I brought a G-pin I asked for new one but they still gave me a open one and way over priced smh.. so I went back today and bought a Delta O THC straight vape and I was happy about it until I scanned the verification code on the back and it said something different... smh

My favorite smoke shop. I virtually purchase all my glass here. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable about the items they carry and are more than willing to help find items and brands they dont carry regularly. Customer service is impeccable and always has been for.the 5 plus years Ive been visiting it. I should also mention. They value loyalty and show it to me everytime I enter the shop by knowing my name and offering discounts on some of.my regular purchases.One.thing you should know. All sales are final, so inspect your potential purchase carefully. They will remind you to.do that themselves, and should disaster befall through no fault of your own, they will do their best to help you get a replacement from the manufacturer. You should understand though, although they will do their best, it does not always guarantee a positive outcome for you.I love this place and recommend it highly. Dont shop here. I got charged double the price of a Toro rig. They had it listed at 525 and 20 toro collectors told me I got ripped off its 200-300 max. They sent me a free t shirt and some stickers bc they knew they ripped me off. Wont shop here again. Unless you like getting charged double.

We came last year, pre-COVID, and enjoyed a great experience with awesome customer service. We were shown amazing pieces and very happy with our purchase. We felt encouraged to return, got two bonus shirts and a bag to recieve 10% off for return purchases, and left feeling great! We waited over a year to return to the shop, and got a totally different experience. We were brought two or three choices in our price range at the front door. You are not able to shop in the store, instead someone brings you their choices in what you came for. Totally different experience this time around, and we will not be making an hour drive for someone to decide what I like and may purchase. We were told the owner was HIGH RISK and thats how they will be staying from now on, with his arms crossed. We had terrible customer service and will not return.

This place is a treasure. The info they give you is precise and there’s no bs. If they give you info on their products; if they give you guidance for one of their products. Follow their instructions and the product will work. Ask for Damon if need be. He’s got the intellect on their products to tell you the right directions for optimal results. 10/10 recommend. My go-to spot for anything I need that they sell. I visited this place over a year ago when I still lived in Richmond before I moved here to Indy. Now that I live here, they will still always get my business and I will happily drive from downtown to Broad Ripple to do so.

Amazing experience working with this shop. Had an issue placing an order online and the manager kept me updated while they were working on the issue. Ordered an Illadelph and had it shipped to another state. Process was smooth and secure and the shop made sure the make sure everything went alright with the delivery. Great experience, great product, and great staff.

Very friendly and fast service. Once you get to the door there is a table where they will greet you. You cant go walking in they will grab whatever you need. Everyone was wearing a mask and i felt like they were taking the covid guidelines seriously. We were in and out in less than 2 minutes.

Huge selection of everything a smoke shop should have. Prices are a bit high, but quality and selection make up for it and the guys working are exceptionally friendly. They also are very attentive to Covid-19 safety precautions.

Head Lines has a really big selection to look through and choose from which is really nice. The prices can be a bit high but really its hard to find anywhere that the prices are reasonable. The only complaint Id have is about a salesman thats in there. He has blonde hair, I would avoid him at all costs.

Headlines has everything you could ever need at reasonable prices with a polite and knowledgeable staff. They had quite a few customers and Marcos managed to still take care of me immediately. The atmosphere is super chill. Highly recommended. compared to other local shops ive been too this one is the best by far.

Well they have everything you need and plenty that you dont but want anyway. Staff is friendly and attentive as most smoker shops are. And if you should happen to collect cigar boxes they sell ones they have emptied for $5.00. I usually pick up one or two when I stop in. And Im thinking of ways to repurpose. Went there to ask about Hookah supplies, met very nice lady behind the counter and she took her time in explaining and answering all my questions. There was no pushing products on me, and all the advice were spot on.We looked around the store and found all varieties of cigars and hookah products. The prices were fair and similar to another place that I visited earlier this week. Yet, the collection and the variety are vast here!

This is a good place for people who are new to smoking, dont smoke often, or even smoke frequently. The hands on staff know what theyre talking about. There are other head shops in Broadripple and I gotta say this is the best. The Magic Bus across the street has an agenda and seem like they just want to take your money and kick you out. I dont feel that way at Head Lines.

This headshop is amazing. Big variety of quality product and there’s bound to be something for everybody at a reasonable price too. Marcos and Brendan were extremely well informed about the product and answered all of my questions I had with a smile. Definitely going to shop here in the future.

All of my visits to this shop have been great. The staff is knowledge, friendly, and not uppity like workers in some of the other local shops. Ive also noticed their prices are often lower than other stores, which makes them my go-to place when Im looking to re-stock on shisha or buy a new piece. Easily worth the drive to Broad Ripple.

The staff here is amazing, always helpful and friendly. They have a huge selection of hookahs and supplies and a very impressive selection of tobaccos as well. There are a couple of brands that I like that they dont have regularly, but other than that, they are simply amazing. My first choice by far when I need anything Hookah related.

This Headline Smokes in Broad Ripple is the only head shop me and my husband go to when we are purchasing new products. Im only giving Headlines a 3 because they are not the type of people to come to you when you need help(You have to go to them, Ive been thereabout 10/15 times, just by observationand ). Also last week I was there with my identical twin sister. She bought something, she was asked to show her ID, no problem. I on the other hand did not have my ID, but because my sister just bought something it shouldve been ok right?. Wrong! Was not allowed the sale, and I had to leave. Its crazy because the guy said hes never carded me which isnt true. They honestly lost a loyal customer.

Probably the coolest owners/employees in town. I come for the e-juice because nothing else is open at 9:00 am, and even though they cater more to tobacco users which means the selection is smaller, the customer service is worth having less to choose from. Vape shops have some of the worst employees Ive noticed, but these guys are awesome.

The staff here is actually knowledgeable. The couple who own the place are freqently there actually working and are always very friendly and helpful. The employees they hire have been pretty good over the past few years Ive been going there too. Easily the best headshop/smokeshop in Indy.

These guys know everything to do with smoking inside and out. Ive only been here for vape supplies and a couple cigars once, but they knocked it out of the park with product knowledge and recommendations.

I buy all my tobacco and hookah accessories from Head Lines. Their shisha is the best around when it comes to selection and quantity. I have only had an issue with a busted hose once and was immediately given a replacement free of charge. They are all very friendly and recognize you if you frequent the store.I give it 4 stars because it tends to get a little busy with the 420 friendly crowd as their glass selection is huge. I usually have to wait about 5 minutes to be helped when it is busy. Not being 420 friendly this is slightly annoying but its really not that big of a deal in the long run!
