As I arrived at 6:58pm, my expectations didnt include the 5 star customer care that I received. Some impatience wouldve been understandable, since the store was closing at 7pm. Despite my tardiness, the fantastic and friendly female associate impressed me with her extensive product knowledge. More importantly, her courtesy and kindness provided the customer care that earns lifetime customers

Weve been going to Dragon Smoke shortly after they opened. We were tired of driving far to go to a reliable smoke shop so they really filled a need for us! Their prices are more than competitive, the shop is very clean (the art in there is incredible), and the staff are so friendly. Tyler is always helpful and directs us where we need to go. If they are out of something or dont have something were looking for, they always order it. Everything is organized and our questions always get answered. Their loyalty (punch card) system is great and they have daily deals as well! No other smoke shop is as committed to their customers as Dragon is.

For just opening this shop already has a huge selection of pretty much anything you could need from hookahs to vapes. Great having a place closer to home and dont have to travel to broad ripple for a good shop.
