Excellent Service & Staff. I searched everywhere for a replacement key for my car. Every locksmith I tried said they could not do it. Yet Ray Skillman Mitsubishi got it done. Service department doesnt keep proper records or notes. Ive requested a repair 3x that is a known issue with the driver seat rocking. Mitsubishi knows of the issue and has agreed to replace a bracket for free, yet service has no idea what Im talking about each time I call in to see where my bracket is. The last time I was there, they knew exactly what I was talking about and now they know nothing. They want to schedule a fourth appointment for the exact same issue, how is it service doesnt know about this, yet its a known issue with Mitsubishi? I said I wanted to speak with a manager, because this is been a terrible experience, the guy hung up on me, very unprofessional!

The staff was great and well experienced. Also very friendly and knowledgeable. I spent over 3 months doing research about which car to buy and how to handle buying through a dealership. I asked for the out the door price I was given the the out the door price with no hassle and that set the tone. From there we went to the dealership where the staff went out of their way to make sure my family and I were comfortable and got the exact vehicle we wanted. The price was the same price that was agreed upon via email and all available warranties and package were explained in detail to make sure that I knew what I was getting. Overall best experience I couldve hoped for and I cant wait to buy my next mitsubishi from Ray Skillman mitsubishi.

Lazy lazy lazy!!!!! Worried about flagging hours instead of customer service on warranty work. Already notified Mitsubishi head quarters and since we are from Japan we are emailing the President of Mitsubishi. Takehiko Kakiuchi. The worse service, will never buy another Mitsubishi again because of this dealership and Kerry the service manager. Im a certified Honda mechanic and I cant believe the way we were treated. Kia and Hyundai service is better. Thats not a compliment.

Disappointed in the service my family and I received today. Scheduled an appointment 5 hours prior to seeing a specific car, was clearly told by a representative that we would be notified beforehand if the car was sold, and then we show up to the dealer and wait around to test drive the car and THEN they inform us it was already sold. Big waste of our time and gas today coming from out of town. I will not be back. The car is still listed online as available to purchase. Very misleading information.

I pulled up and a gentleman was walking and then he approached me his name was Andrew. He helped me to find what I wanted not what I had to get. It took sometime but I got the vehicle I liked and Im happy until I found a crack in my windshield. There were other scratches also. Just wanted to make a sale. I was tired wasnt paying attention was there for four hours. Partly my fault on the scratches. They were short staffed Andrew was helping me and another guy. He did a good job with the both of us. Although I had to wait a long time. Andrew still made sure I was okay. Make sure you get all the warranties you are suppose to just in case you miss something on a preowned vehicle. I wont go back to westside 👎 automall. South are East, North.

1st let me say I had scheduled my oil change with mitsubishi in somehow it got switched over to Hyundai Which I didnt mind because I have been dealing with Jamie every since I have purchased my first vehicle with Ray skillman huyndai and Im glad she is there Jamie has always been professional and courteous I will not be returning to mitsubishi Skillman Westside because their service advisors are subpar to say the least. I try to stay with service advisors that acknowledge me and are professionalI even followed service advisor Patrick from pike to avon then to 96th Hyundai and then mazerati I have a good rapport with them. One thing I will complain about is the oil change that price is extremely ridiculous I used to pay $40 for oil change with ray skillman now Im paying $70

My experience was really good! The only thing I would like to advise the service crew is to remember to reset the light that shows my car needs service. If I don‘t remind them, they forget and I have to make another trip to the shop to do it, or being bothered by that beep every time I ignition my car. Also, please keep the volume on the television a little lower, generally everyone is on their phones and the television is a bit annoying. Thank you for the effort you do to keep your customers satisfy. I really recommend your business.

I went to Ray Skillman in April to buy a used car from their buy here pay here service. I told them that the highest payment I could do is $400 a month. I test drove 2 vehicles and neither were big enough to suit our needs because I have three children, two of which are in car seats. I didnt bring my two babies because this was the beginning of the Covid Pandemic. After talking with the sales rep he took me to the Mitsubishi building stating that I didnt need to do buy here pay here because I have a good job and have been there for a while which is all the credit I need. After test driving an outlander and agreeing to purchase I was taken back to the financing agents office. He told me my payment would be almost $600 a month. I told him I couldnt afford this to which he rolled his eyes and started calculating my bills which were more than my income with the car payment. He started lecturing me about how the average car payment in the area is over $400 a month so I wasnt doing too bad for the credit that I was working with. He insinuated that I was being ungrateful as though I should be glad that I was being offered a car at all. He belittled me and pressured me into buying the car. I agreed and finished the paper work and down payment of $3000 only to get home and realize that my kids didnt fit in the car because you cant fit two car seats in the back seat with room for another child. The car had 40 miles on it when I bought it even though they considered it to be new. I called into work the very next day so I could take the car back and tell them the issues I was having. I told them I wasnt happy with the car and I did not want to keep it. They responded by saying that the car was new yesterday but used today. I had put less miles on it than it had when I bought it! I was asked if I had synced my blue tooth and when I responded that I had I was told that I couldnt be helped. I was stuck with a car I couldnt even use. Someone from the sales team went out to the car to help me rearrange the car seat configuration so my 9 year old wouldnt have to sit in the front seat and when he realized it couldnt be done he apologized over and over but still told me there was nothing that could be done. I have been driving my old car for 3 months now and making the payment on a car I cant even drive. Ray Skillman failed me and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I purchased my 2000 Galant from Ray Skillman West in 2004. All maintenance and service was done by them. I have spent as much as 2500 dollars on the recommendation of the service people. And had planned to purchase a new vehicle. BUT I will never patronize Ray Skillman again. I was having issues with my brakes so I scheduled an appointment for repair and an oil change. NO PANDEMIC AWARENESS. When I inquired about NO ONE (other than another senior customer) wearing mask, I was told, very cavalierly, that they weren’t required. Excuse me! You are in and out of my vehicle without mask or gloves? THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND IT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR ME TO SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT RAY SKILLMAN

Gave them one star cause that is the lowest I could give them their service dept is garbage. buyer beware if the are this shady when getting your Mitsubishi serviced. I can just imagine how they rake you over the coals when selling you a car. I would have to say out of all the dealerships I have dealt with in my 30 years of driving Rayskillman has been the worse. And the Mitsubishi dealership is no different. I would drive to another state to get my car serviced before I ever drove back to this dealership.

I did not purchase a vehicle or come here for a vehicle. I brought my parents here to look for a new vehicle. While waiting for them through their process I explored the lot and showroom and climbed in a few different models. Eventually talked with some of the staff and just relaxed. I used to be a car salesman, I know the routines of the good ones and the bad ones. I can say this about this dealership, when it is time for my next vehicle this is where I will be coming. They took great care of my parents. They were upfront ans honest about everything they offered and advertised and they were just a pleasure to talk to and see work. Great customer service Every time! Ive been going to this place for car service for years. They are a bit pricey IMO ($43 for synthetic oil change), but I receive quality every time. They even offer suggestions on maintenance needed... but not in a way that is pushy or to up sell. This place doesnt disappoint.

The salesman Mike was really nice and wanted to really help us but we waited for hours one night waiting on the finance crew and then was told to come back the next morning in which we did! Get there the next morning, the salesman had gone to a different location to get the car and was having it cleaned and we were told we were approved with the down payment we had! An hour later we are told that they need more money and that they would put us in a different vehicle in tiredly. That’s not good business if you ask me. Our hopes were brought up and we were excited but we left more disappointed than before.

Got a fair price for an oil change. The wait wasnt very long at all. The service manager was friendly and even took the time to look up any coupons I had for my car from Mitsubishi. They checked in with me before making any changes to the service request and even told me my tires didnt need rotated when I asked for it because the tread was just fine. Hows that for honesty.

This is the worst place ever if you want to get your car serviced here. They service department is rude and tells you lies. I purchased my car from this place and my car started acting up 3 days later, then turned around and start acting up a month later. I gave them great hope to get my car corrected and they fix things on my car that wasnt even the problem and still charge me high prices to fix something thats not the problem. Then they told me I can trade my car in because my engine was bad and at that point they told me that my car is only worth $1500. And come to find out when I took it somewhere else, they fix the real problem, which was not the engine. The problem was my water pump. So how they get a engine problem and a water pump problem confused?. And my car is now running perfectly fine. So the moral of this story is they was trying to sell me another car that was going to be more than the car I purchased from them and nothing was even major wrong with my vehicle and probably sell it more than what I paid on the vehicle. 🤔😡😠.

Im pretty straight forward. Told them I didnt have much credit. I initially asked to go to their buy here pay here lot because of this. I was there for HOURS. They kept trying to sell me a car from their new car lot. Not only could I have gone somewhere else and wasted an entire day in my search for a car. My credit was run through multiple different lenders after they said they wouldnt. Because they were trying to put me in something from a lot I didnt ask for. Im STILL receiving letters from lenders. Same with my sister. She had her credit run through Eleven different lenders. I would never recommend this place to a first time buyer or a person trying to repair their credit. Used to be great, not anymore. Service dept, is expensive and not helpful. And $50 oil changes? Every one, including Ford dealership does $20 oil changes. They never want to acknowledge my warranty. I always have to fight them. Then they cover it, but with a huge attitude, like its my fault they didnt see the warranty. Winsheild wiper motor shorting out the other day. Then when I come to get the car, they say they fixed and changed the part, and its still doing the same thing, while Im there. I told them its not the part, its a short in the wiring, before they started. They didnt listen, so now I have to spend another day off work waiting on them to not fix it again. Probably will try to tell me its out of warranty when I return. Cant wait to see how they try to get out of this repair the second time I return on Tuesday.

I am highly disappointed with this customer service. No one attempts to call me back, one gentlemen was super nice in sales then as I was transferred someone picked up and hung up immediately.
