Super helpful staff with a large inventory to meet your needs. I had been trying to find batteries (and a charger) for an electric golf cart, and they had the right ones AND the charger. The representative even helped load the entire order in the car. I definitely recommend this location.

Went and got a new battery with a five year warranty. Battery immediately gave me issues. Took it back and spoke directly with the owners son. Jacob was extremely well mannered and took all of my concern into consideration. And Joshua(the owners son) gave me a complete replacement with no extra charge in my convenience. Batter is working perfectly now.

For some reason I wasn’t in the system but customer service rep help me. He swapped it out for free for me. They get five stars because most places would have made me pay the difference.

After going to a slightly closer location and being told they absolutely couldnt replace my battery and that Id likely pay $100+ for the labor, I knew I had to come to these guys. They charged a mere $20 for labor and did a fantastic job. Seriously, if you have any battery needs at all, just forget anyone else exists. Theyve got decent prices and superb customer service.I owe them an apology for even attempting to check elsewhere

The store personnel were very helpful, knowledgable, cheerful, and courteous. They appeared to enjoy helping customers and working atthis store. If all stores are this way, I would go to any one of them expecting an excellant experience. The price is also great! The store was very clean and inviting. Came into store and staff was very helpful in explaining the differences of a wet filled battery and a AGM sealed battery, pulled 2 batteries from stock and loaded into my truck and I let him take my 2 cores, also got a 10% Veterans discount!!! The associated were very helpful, and they bought some old car batteries from me just didnt pay nearly what Id have imagined it would. There are a couple places which pay better. Though it wasnt busy and the guys behind the counter were very courteous and quick to help me.

Great batteries at a great price and they even install them for no extra fee.

They lied to me in person and their website lies about carrying Diehard batteries. I called them and they quoted me a price for a Diehard battery and installation. Later in the day I stopped in to make sure they could install the Diehard battery that day at the price I was quoted, specifically stating I wanted a Diehard battery. I told him I had to go to my bank and get the cash to pay for it. They said ok. When I got back to the store with the cash they said they dont sell Diehard batteries. And sarcastically stated this is Interstate batteries. We sell INTERSTATE batteries here.

Charges $20 to put in your battery that you buy there. They will give you the tools to do it. But as a 59 year old woman I didnt feel as if I could pick it up over my Jeep Hood. And carry the old one back into the store. In the old days battery places would do that for you for free. I imagine Ill go back to my small town NAPA store who will do this for their customers.

I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this store. I have taken 2 different batteries to this store for replacement because the terminals were faulty. Both times they will not warranty and expect me to purchase a new battery. I paid to replace the first one and when the second one broke (different problem) still no warranty. The bolt on the battery came out of the battery when trying to loosen the cable. This is a n overpriced faulty battery. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AN INTERSTATE BATTERY PRODUCT AGAIN. Autozone is cheaper and they stand behind their products. Don’t waste your money here. Keep in mind, both batteries were less than 3 months old when trying to get replacements. Absolute crooks.

Needed a reasonably priced battery for chrysler 300 called several places and they were just shy of 200 dollars. I got my battery complete with taking out old one and putting in new one for 107.00. Salesperson was nice and polite. Great customer service.

Interstate broke my phone. Took my iPhone 6 Plus to have the battery replaced and the phone never came back on. They claim there was nothing they could do. But the phone was working when I walked in and broken when I walked out. Will not return. The only reason I gave them 1-star is because it is required to complete a review. DONT GO TO INTERSTATE BATTERY!!!!

CONSIDERING A REPEAT BUSINESS AND WORD OF MOUTH OR IN THIS CASE TAKING A TIME TO WRITE A REVIEW BUT KNOW THEY BLAME A CUSTOMER THAT WE GOT IT ALL WRONG! if I was a manager of that establishment he was long gone by now! Here’s the Jiffy Lube Review I want to pass along to Interstate;Wow. Unexpected. I’ve heard and read the horror stories of “quick lube” shenanigans and even witnessed some first hand myself but not today folks!!! Hats off to the manager and crews here today!Had an Interstate Battery go dead in my car and called everywhere looking for an Interstate dealer rep... the Indy offices said try a Jiffy Lube... so I called here and they had the battery in stock and it was cheaper than all the other do-it-yourself name brand stores but I was scared! I’ve done all my own vehicle maintenance for the last 10+ years after I learned how to do what the “stealerships” do... anyway - the manager here was way cool, super helpful, made sure they had the battery in stock before I made the trip (showing up only 30 min before close on a Friday - July 5th to boot!!!).They tested my battery, found a dead cell, checked the date stamp, checked with Interstate... and... Replaced the battery at NO CHARGE!!! Not even labor! (Which I did ask about before hand...)Forgot to grab the managers name tonight... bummed about that, but while they changed my battery I saw them do 3 oil changes that took only an average of 10 min each!!! These boys don’t play! Kudos all around!
