They are a good store, helpful and knowledgeable usually. But I couldnt go the last couple times I needed parts. They used to be the only 24 hours parts store and I needed them a few times for parts after hours. They changed their hours recently and now they have been closed when I needed a part when something broke at the wrong time. I liked not being held up until the next day to fix a vehicle that broke down on the road or something urgent pops up. During regular hours its a good place to get cheap parts, but disappointing that now none of the stores are open in bad situations after 9pm.

I happened to come about looking for a LED Light in regards to the front of the BEAMS LIKE BOOOOM! I found one and received freaking AID with shifting the old light out, to this new one!! Thank YOU GOD, thank you Dustin P!!!Not only was this done, but Dustin took HIS time to seriously suggest a switch of the protection within the headbeams, due to melting, and helped install protection for the LED lights, which REALLY helped me TONS!!!Thanks Dustin, P!! :DHE ROCKS. HE DESERVES A BIGGER OPPORTUNITY, AND SO IT IS!!! :D

I went there at about 11:30 p.m. and they were still open they close at midnight its nice to be able to pick up a part in the middle of the night like a light bulb for a headlight

This happened a couple months ago. - My elderly Father was told by an older male employee that he needed an alternator. My husband was going to do the work. But he said to get a 2nd opinion. We took the car back here the next day. A different employee checked it & said the alternator was fine. The older guy came by & remembered us. He said, No, he needs an alternator. Since this was fishy, we took the car down the street to a different car parts company. They checked it & said the alternator was fine. *We just had the car worked on in a garage. They too said the alternator was ok & did not need replaced.* - Its too bad Auto Zone has a dishonest employee.

Friendly service. I was greeted by a kind customer service representative that was friendly when she rang up my order. Left me feeling pretty good about my lightbulb purchase.

Absolutely terrible service. I called to get a quote first to compare with others and was told 29.99 for back brakes and 31.99 for front brakes. Joshua was rude and stated no that’s not right and then said no beuno…huge insult for I was speaking in English and he was assuming I didn’t understand him as if I was a Hispanic…very disrespectful even if I was Hispanic. Needless to say the price I was charged was 31.49. & 43.49! Long story short I got the wrong brakes and was overcharged on my quote for the wrong thing…

Always use this store. They have good customer service and always willing to help if needed. Definitely would recommend.

Service was Courteous, they were Knowledge, and were very decent on a human level.The manager even went outside to his vehicle and got me something so I did I needed to put water in out of his vehicle he went out his way to help me which I find really really really rare these days and I appreciate it very much I would save me and everybody was very courteous in the store.I give this a huge thumbs up for being given Respect And the Help I needed in an Auto parts Store. Overall experience was good. Would like it if staff would be more helpful. There has been multiple times I have called and staff has no idea what Im asking for and arent very knowledgeable about cars but not everyone. Good place

Worst experience so far with auto zone. The staff was clueless, couldnt find the parts I needed, and the place was super busy. I would suggest training them better and having some kind of order system for the parts that come in and/or the computer says are there but nobody can find.

My newer $36 Bosch Focus wiper blade snapped off when I ran in store, came out and was cleaning ice off. So was without a driver side wiper and made my way here. The young man that waited on me basically said I had mishandled and broke, which even if I did it was my $36, so I purchased a $18 blade. Im a middle aged female and he didnt even ask if I needed help. So I get in car, open blade and all of these spare parts fall out. So I ended up driving the remainder of the way home still without a wiper. No compassion.

Well all the things you can go to Kentucky Avenue and you get somewhat good help then go to Washington Street and get no good hell are you going to Washington Street by Belmont and if you dont know Spanish then youll get no help at all

Had a hard time finding the right hose but the guy that helped me was determined to get the right one. He even had me call my husband so he could talk to him to make sure we got everything we needed!

Open 24 hours. If they dont have it no one will. They will ship between stores for free usually same day if early enough.

Travel a lot for work and Im a regular AutoZone. I definitely know my stuff when it comes to working on my truck but occasionally theres things Im unsure of. The associate that I interacted with here was very helpful and actually had experience with the issue I was dealing with. It was a busy place but I got in and out in just short amount of time. I will probably return to this location next time!Thanks guys for doing a good job!

The employees are very helpful and make sure you have everything you need. Only negative is that you usually have a long wait. Other than that, very pleased with every experience Ive had there.

My battery was dying, and finally gave out across the street after work. I walked over to make sure they would be able to help, and once I got my car jumped, I ran inside for help. Ricardo was the associate who helped me check my battery to be sure that was the issue, and sold me the new one. Despite being the only one free at that time, he still took the time to explain how to swap batteries, and even made sure to get the proper tools ready. Less than 5 minutes later I was finishing up as he came to check on me. I really appreciate his help that day! This was a great team, and Ricardo represented them well.

They didnt have enough people working so i had to wait a good 20 minutes or longer and it was pretty crowded

Great parts store! Its been my favorite for decades. Great service and always ready to offer help and advice. Used to be 24 hours, but they changed that, that was a big deal to me.

It is ok it seems like they dont really want to help you much anymore they have people lined up and 2 people at the counter and 4 putting stock up and 2 outside smoking so I went to oReilly and got in and got what I needed and out in 10 minutes

Its the hub, so theyll have the parts you need if any parts does. Just pretty ghetto.

Visited this location on a late Thursday night. The store was a little busy but very well managed. I was greated right away and helped. Everything was easily accessible and i was once again very [pleased with my visit.

If i could give zero i would internet said they had my wheel bearing for 34 and some change went i got there i was informed they didnt have any and that the one they did have was roughly 20 bucks more wen i ask if he would honer the price i showed him on my phone of the part that said in stock on thier website i was told NO with the line growing longer i just grit my teeth dug deep into my shallow pockets paid and got the #*@! outta there before i caused a scene

Autozone is best of the generic chain stores at least on the southwest side of Indy it is you want better you have to go to speedway auto parts or napa because advance and orieleyd sure aint no better

If i could rate this company a zero i would. Extremely unhappy and wont be buying from autozone ever again. Bought a quote new caliper paid over hundred bucks for it. Wasnt able to even get a quarter turn on the new bolts to put on the new caliper and the bolts lost two pieces of thread before they tightened. Then they snapped with just a quarter turn to snug them. Now have to wait till they open to return the defective caliper and now go to advanced auto instead. Never will I ever buy from autozone again.

They were very helpful and accommodating. They are actually open 24 hours so when my son broke down at 3:00 am I was able to go and pick up the part. My son called ahead and they were waiting for me to arrive and gave me a discount because of how far I had to drive. They were able to explain my options in an understandable way. I would definitely do there again and will recommend them to anyone (especially because of their hours).

He even installed my headlight at 9 pm on a cold night, I would give him a 10 if I could!!!

Dont order online they dont do curbside pick up either. Had to go inside and wait inline. I might as well have just went there and gone inside and asked for the blower motor which is what i had to do... i just added extra steps by buying it online first. When I asked the lady, doing nothing at the front counter, where my part was she told me I needed to wait inline. I will avoid this place.. drive the extra 3 minutes away to another auto zone... Honestly, speedway autoparts is cheaper and better anyways. Also for some reason the guy went and got my part then took it out of its wrapping like he was angry. Did he really need to look at it? The blower motor shouldnt be dropped onto a counter and mishandled like he did. If i have to return this I will not be happy..
