I had an appointment this week in Indianapolis with Lorelei. Everything was so pleasant, clean, safe, and lovely! I came in with some ideas and Lorelei offered some fantastic suggestions; a lot more inventory than I was expecting! It was super comfortable, my stylist was dedicated, polite, and fun! I truly felt like she was there to help me find the best dress for me! Bonus points that youre able to walk out with your dress - saves you from the shipping headache and is less wasteful then creating new garments! I would definitely recommend coming here for your dress!

I am so happy I scheduled an appointment at Luxe Redux. Lorelei was phenomenal to work with. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, she made the whole experience special for me and my family. Overall my experience was OK. The only issue I had was that the lady who put me in dresses had put me in a dress that I fell in love with that was almost double my budget. I explained to her that $2000 was my budget and she put me in a $3700 dress and the dress looked like it wasn’t even worth $2000. Their selection is very minimal and the dresses don’t look as expensive as they are.

I loved everything about this store. It has a cozy feel and the layout is nice. It was clear what dresses I could look at while staying on budget because there is a separate area with more expensive pieces. You do not feel like you are on top of the other bride while you are trying on dresses, and the dressing rooms have mirrors so that you can form an opinion on the dress for yourself first. Lexie is a wonderful consultant who listens to your suggestions but also puts you in other styles so that you can be sure. The very first dress she picked out is the one I ended up purchasing. Also, the appointment was 2 hours long so I never felt rushed. Thanks again Lexie for helping me today!

Ive worked with LUXEredux on a styled shoot and have also had a couple of brides whove purchased their dresses their and LOVED the whole experience! Seriously recommend checking them out if youre in the area!

My daughter found a dress. My issue is salesmanship. They quoted a seamstress they use often for the alterations. My daughter took it to the same seamstress and it was $563 higher. I spoke with the seamstress and she confirmed she provides average pricing of $450-$900 to Luxe Redux. A far cry from $250-$300 tops Evan quoted. This seems from my propective some shady sales tactics. Under bidding the seamstress allows for a larger budget to spend on the dress. I spoke with Luxe Redux and received a $563 Im sorry nothing we can do. No accountability. My suggestion, use a bridal shop that has an in house seamstress to provide acutrate pricing.

I had such a great experience finding my dress here! They have a huge selection of really beautiful, quality gowns. I tried on at least 12 dresses, and at the end narrowed it down to 3 favorites, any of which I would have been thrilled to take home. Savannah was my consultant, and she was so warm and welcoming, made me feel comfortable, knew her stuff, and was respectful of my budget. I really feel like this place is such a hidden gem—I didn’t expect to get such amazing options at such an affordable price. All of these 5-star reviews are 100% deserved. From the first telephone conversation with Lexi, to my consultation appointment with my most amazing stylist Savannah, my experience with Luxe Redux Bridal was nothing short of epic.Scheduling my appointment was painless, conversation with Lexi flowed effortlessly, and coming into this as a person that doesnt really wear dresses, she eased my fears and hesitations.After arriving at the shop, Savannah greeted us warmly, took the time to get to know me, my aunts, my mom and my daughter. Based on our initial conversation, and the notes Lexi took during our phone call, Savannah selected a first round of dresses that were absolutely stunning. I dont remember how many dresses I tried on during my appointment, but it was quite a few - but lets be realistic here, one dress is quite a few for me lol. Each dress I tried on, she took note of what I liked and disliked about the dress, pointed out the patterns with them (I dont like lace, but didnt know that going into this. I leaned towards the strapless/sleeveless dresses, but didnt know that prior either.) She knew my daughter really wanted me to try on dresses that had a long train, and my daughter spent time measuring them, and giving her yes and no seals of approval on each one. By the end of my visit with Savannah, I had it narrowed down to two different dresses. Both equally stunning but vastly different from each other.I took about a week to call them back and let them know which dress I was going to go with - THANKFULLY the dress was still available. I spoke with Lexi again - this time more of the same, conversation flowed, laughs were had, information exchanged about wedding planning and things of that nature.Now - the most amazingly beautiful dress is currently sitting in my craft room closet, awaiting my first alternation appointment in April. I cant wait to wear this dress in August for my wedding.Ladies - thank you so much for guiding me through this (incredibly stressful for me) process with ease, support and humor. Because of both of you, I now have a stunning dress to wear for my wedding, I wont have to find a pant suit to wear, and my fiance can get his dream of me in a white dress. We had a WONDERFUL experience at Luxe Redux while I shopped for my wedding dress! Lexi was my primary contact from start to finish. She called to confirm my appointment, then asked me questions about what I was looking for, my price range, etc. When we arrived she was so sweet and helpful, and again took care to listen to what I was looking for (even though I had about 358386 ideas of what I liked going into this). We were also grateful for the fun attitude that she and the other gal had as our party was much rowdier than I assume most bridal boutiques prefer (sorry again for singing so much during the entire process—but in our defense is because we were having a grand time). This was my first and only stop for dress shopping and I loved it. I was initially concerned because their dresses are old samples from other boutiques so I did have a worry I wouldn’t find what I wanted, but their selection was still plentiful and the dresses were in wonderful condition. We had an absolute blast! (They also let us bring in champagne and breakfast so long as we didn’t use the dresses as napkins 😉).

I was super nervous about shopping for my wedding dress but the girls at the store were so kind and helpful. My consultant listened to me as I explained what I was looking for and she picked so many beautiful options for me within my budget. As we went through each dress she explained how I could alter them to fit me better and at the end, I was stuck between two beautiful dresses and she let me try them both on as many times as I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured and she helped me pick the dress I really wanted, wrapped it up for me, and I got to take it home THAT DAY. Lexie at LuxeRedux in Indianapolis is amazing!!! She made the wedding dress shopping process a great experience. I went there on my first day of looking and found three dresses I loved but couldn’t make a decision. Lexie was amazingly helpful without ever making me feel pressured. I went on the luxredux website and saw a few other dresses and Lexie let me know the process of how I could have them shipped to the store and was able to coordinate this and make a second appointment to try them on. One of the ones I saw on the website ended up being perfect. Lexie was amazing at coordinating everything and explaining everything. I highly recommend the store there is a great selection of dresses, the experience is great, and the service amazing! ❤️

This place seems to have all of the sample dresses that designers use for events or other stores, and marks them down according to how much damage and wear they have. This means the dresses are hit or miss, but the service there was wonderful! They truly cared about us and made sure that the bride had everything she needed and they even let us bring in mimosas to celebrate!

Went in to look for a 2nd dress for my daughters upcoming wedding. Did not find what we were looking for, but Lexie was so professional and helpful, I wanted to buy a dres anyway.She went out of her way to offer other options and made me feel welcome and important. My experience at Luxe Redux was amazing. Not only were the dresses beautiful, but the people there are very personable and truly care about you in making sure you feel beautiful.

First things first, this was my first appointment for trying on dresses and I was nervous that I wasnt going to like anything since I am picky.We were greeted by Jessica for our appointment and she was absolutely phenomenal. She wanted to hear all about the proposal, my style, etc. She then gave me the option to choose 3 dresses, then brought in some others based on my feedback on what I liked and didnt like. She NAILED it! I wound up falling in love with one of her suggestions because she really listened to what I wanted and found the perfect dress for me.I did have another appointment after that one and she was completely understanding and even told me to enjoy my other appointment and gave me her contact info just incase. The second appointment was awful and a disaster, and I wound up calling Jessica to let her know I did want to come back for that dress. She stayed a little late for me to drive all the way back across town. I was never rushed, the intimate setting of the boutique was wonderful, and she has a keen eye for which accessories go best. I highly recommend this shop to anyone searching in the Indianapolis area, as you will not have a better experience anywhere else!Oh, and my name is pronounced as uh-lish-uh (not Aleesha like its spelling) and Jessica made a note to pronounce my name correctly in every encounter I had with her thereafter. I cannot say enough about my experience at LuxeRedux in Indy. I lost my first wedding dress to the Alfred Angelo bankruptcy and was very reluctant to be starting the wedding dress shopping process over again. My mom stopped in on a Thursday and Jessica got us on the schedule for a last minute consultation the next day. Jessica was so incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, given our situation. She was truly a joy to work with. She made every effort to put the joy back in this experience for me and helped identify dresses that fit my vision as well as dresses to try just for fun. When I fell in love with a dress that was a little over budget, she made phone calls to bring the price down, and then stayed open late so I could try the dress on one more time before purchasing. The boutique in Indy is off the beaten path and was so relaxing. We were the only people in the store and never felt rushed or pressured into purchasing a gown. I would highly recommend Indy brides put LuxeRedux on their list of places to check out!

This review is for the Luxe in a Box service that this boutique offers. My experience with Luxe in a Box was amazing. It’s like Rent the Runway, but with wedding dresses. The whole process was completely seamless. I looked on their website and submitted a form with the three dresses I wanted to try, which were then immediately mailed to me. I invited some of my girlfriends over to my apartment, and we made a night of it. I was able to buy the exact dress that I wanted while saving over $1500 because they stock samples. By far, the best part of using Luxe in a Box was working with Jessica - she was so friendly and helpful. I felt like she was truly excited to help me pick out my dream wedding dress and I loved working with her. I highly recommend this Luxe in a Box!

I had the best bridal shopping experience ever at Luxe Redux Bridal! My stylist, Lexie, was incredible and so sweet! She really listened to me and the first dress I tried on was ‘the one’! The Luxe concept also absolutely made my experience. Their inventory is filled with pieces that have been floor models or samples, so everything is not only at a lower price but every gown you try on is the gown you would take home. With a tight wedding timeline, this reduced my stress tremendously. It was a lovely shop, with beautiful gowns at a great price with incredible staff! After several bridal dress boutique experiences, this was hands down the best. I would recommend any bride to make Luxe Redux Bridal on the top of their list of shops to visit!Update:This was our day and the gorgeous dress I found at Luxe Redux Bridal!!
