If I could give these guys 20 stars I would!! Absolutely amazing quality work and unbelievably fast. If it wasn’t for these guys our school buses would have never passed inspections. They cross every T and dot every I. And the customer service is outstanding. Always emailing with updates and will answer every call every time. Thank you SO much Frank!!! I will not go anywhere else.

I had my oil changed here and tires rotated, affordable, efficient and the workers really care about the customer!

They were very communicative and up front about the issue and price. They were able to fix my exhaust problem by the following morning when I turned my car in to their shop the afternoon prior. Quick, courteous, and professional team.

I had something wrong with my windshield wiper fluid and went to this place to get it fixed. They couldnt fix it and still charged me in advance. I then went to Peterbilt Dealership and they fixed it but this place still isnt returning my money. Do not go to this place.

Guys did repairs that was not necessary they said it was an injector bad whenever it was the o-rings and contaminated fuel when the o-rings went out of the new high pressure oil pump that they just put on they was like you got to wait two to three weeks before you can get your record back and I had to take the limestone garage and they fixed it for me and then whenever I confronted it pfm about it all you got pictures you got this you got that but yet they want to degrade somebody from being able to operate their business by making them wait two or three weeks for their truck back they overcharged me for a brake job they overcharged me for injectors and they didnt replace half the parts they said they did I still have all original injectors in my eng but yet I was charged for installment of two injectors

The only shop I take company vehicles for service. Great below average prices for above average service. I recommend them to anyone needing a repair shop.

Hiway robbery 45.00 to change a tire on a crv

They charge 300 just to look at truck and tryed to say the truck need 28,000.00 worth of work done we took to another shop and only cost 1,500 to fix. This place is a rip off

I accidentally put gas in my Diesel truck this morning Had to have towed her . They were very understanding and helpful and was able to squeeze me in right away as I was hauling load of horses so needed to get going. They had me up and running with in 3 hrs after having drain rain replave fuel filter and prime and made sure everything was ok. very nice people to work wit . Thank you to all involved. you guys rock!!

I experienced car trouble at 10 pm recently. I was not familiar with Indianapolis. Took recommendation from AAA to tow my car to PFM. Servicemen were able to locate problem and repair was done right then so I was able to continue to my destination with a safe car. Everyone was very accommodating turning my nightmarish experience into the best case scenario. I would highly recommend PFM for any car care needs!

These guys really saved my butt! I was driving on 465 when my radiator decided to blow up, forcing me to pull over on the side of the freeway. Being later in the day, PFM was the only nearby mechanic still open that I could tow my car to, but boy am I glad this was the case. They took my car with no payment up front and even helped me call a ride to get where I needed to go. Then they gave me a call a few days later, and plainly explained the situation to me and how much it would cost. They ended up replacing my radiator, installing a new thermostat, giving me an oil change, and testing my engine for damage (of which there was fortunately none), all for the price of $734 dollars. Everyone was extremely friendly, I never had to sit in a waiting room, and I was never pressured into paying for anything I didnt want. I would make these guys my primary mechanic in a heartbeat if I lived in the Indianapolis area. Highly recommended!

I dont live in IN, but i did experience some trouble diving through on my way to Atlanta, GA. My car died on Thanksgiving (the day before) with my daughter and we were both stuck at a gas station. Long story short, PFM took my car in as they were the only repair shop open. They got my car running again and drove back safely to Chicago. I have since purchased a new car but i just wanted to say a heart-felt thank you to these guys. I believe the managers name was John. Sorry if i messed up your name but you and your techs saved me that day. I was able to make it GA for Thanksgiving with my little one in a rental. I wish i had more i could have done to show my gratitude for you help but you guys are the best. Stay blessed and God Bless!!

I have had a number of vehicles maintained and repaired at PFM over the years. Their staff has always been courteous and professional and have provided me with an estimate when requested. The waiting area is well kept and comfortable. I was even offered a ride! If you are looking for a place to maintain and repair your vehicle, PFM is the place in Indy.

Weve taken our cars here for quite a while and the work and service has always been top-notch.The last time we stopped in was to get our older SUV checked over before a road trip. Sadly, they found that the rear subframe is starting to rust extensively. When we went to pick it up, Frank (I believe) was done for the day and walking to his car. Instead of just leaving, he took the time to pull it back into a bay to show us where the future trouble spots will likely be. He was done for the day and didnt need to do that, but it was so much more informative that just knowing the rear subframe is rusting. Even when theyre busy, its worth the wait to take your car here.

Had a 9 am appointment on a Tuesday for new tires and an oil light...no one even called to let me know anything. I had to call on Thursday and then was told it would be the next Tuesday before my truck would be ready. By that Wednesday there was still no call to update me about my truck. I called and was informed they were going to work on it and it would be ready by Thursday night or Friday. There was not only zero communication...but it was pricey and they also did not quote me on the other services I had inquired about. To top it off...when I picked up my truck, there is a crack in the hood that was not there when I dropped it off and it is now leaking antifreeze which is was not doing prior. Needless to say...I will not be taking my truck here again.

Very clean facility. Staff was very courteous and kept me informed as to the progress of my repairs. I found their extended hours very helpful in getting my repairs completed as quickly as possible. I look forward to using them again in the future!

They know what they are doing...maybe a little too well. I took my truck in to have my driver side window checked out which wasnt rolling down. End up just being a missing fuse. 2 days later I get a DEF Fluid System Malfunction warring on my info center. After running a diagnostic it came back that my DEF fluid was bad. Had a 31.2% concentration of urea instead of the desired 32.5%....WONDER HOW THAT HAPPENED. Had to flush the entire system costing me $750. Coincidence...I dont think so. Needless to say they lost a lifetime customer today. Like I said they know what theyre doing but you might end up have more wrong with your car than you originally thought.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I recently visited the new Carmel location, using pfm services for the first time. I just got a routine oil change. I found the staff to be very welcoming as well as willing to go out of their to help. The manager, the individual who was processing the payment information, even went out to get my car off the lift and drove it around front for me himself!!!!! The service was fast, of high quality, and convenient. The facilities are very clean and nice. The waiting area was SUPERB. Nice restrooms, a computer in the waiting area, television, and refreshments. I cant see myself taking my car anywhere else now that I have seen the service from pfm!!!!

Horrible. Didnt even put the oil plug back in right. Came to fix their oil leak on site after I had picked up the truck. Then they took the truck without even asking along with my personal belongings including my glasses. Really who does that? So I had to go hunt down my personal belongings.

Great place...Read the story! While traveling out of town my truck limped into Indy Thursday night, Friday morning started calling every auto shop within 10mi. of the convention center. the impossible task find a place that could fix my throttle body before I had to leave on Sunday morning. I called PFMs South location spoke to Jason not only could he get it fixed, Quoted me an exact amount based on it was the throttle body, arranged to have me dropped off at my hotel, picked back up Friday night (they are open till 1:00AM & open on Saturday) called me as his shift ended and gave me the name of his replacement and the update on my truck. I will take on almost any issue my vehicles might have, Im well versed.I WOULD RECOMMEND this place to anyone, mother and sister included..Thanks a bunch --PFM--sincerely,up a creekJames

Anthony and the boys where awesome got us back on the road in less than an hour. Came from Michigan and it was 8 PM.

Im actually surprised these guys can stay open with their blatantly criminal-style operation. And I dont use that kind of language a lot. Heres my story: I call them while Im on the way to Indianapolis. They say they can replace my exhaust manifold (my first key issue) easily. Except, when I get there, I break down. I have to have it towed (first mistake, these predators were ready for blood!). So, I leave it with them for an estimate. Ask them to check the rear brakes, fuel and cooling system as well. Sounds ok? Well, its about to get ugly.First off, they stall me on the estimate, knowing I have a flight booked out of town. Then, they break the news: a $10,500 estimate. Im completely serious. And apparently, they were too. After I picked myself up off the floor, I started combing through the estimate, I saw that they were also jacking the parts prices by 100-500%. So somehow $30 parts would end up being $130. They estimated $800 for a carburetor (a $250 part) $400 labor to change shocks (usually about $15-30 per shock) I could go on...After talking to several other mechanics, I basically told them that I wanted my RV back. Not happening, they said. Not until I paid them $525. Their estimate cost. So they basically held my vehicle hostage until I paid them their $500 extortion fee.Think its over yet? Nope. These completely unprofessional thieves also parked the RV in a spot that was so difficult to get it out of, that the tow truck driver nearly got a hernia trying to push it to his truck.The sad joke about the whole thing is that in the end, they tell me that they wouldnt be able to replace my exhaust manifold. So basically they lied to get me in there in the first place, held my vehicle hostage and then extorted money from me. Crooks doesnt even begin to describe it.

Knights in shining armor! Car wouldnt start when I tried to leave work one evening -- a co-worker took me to PFM just after 6pm. I was near tears. The service staff listened to my problem, did a preliminary diagnostic based on my report, and ushered me into the waiting area with an assurance that theyd take care of everything. While I sat and watched TV, they retrieved my car and brought it back to the shop. After explaining the problem (including a laymans-term tour of how the car battery connects to the rest of the car -- or, in my case, how it didnt connect) -- the repair staff gave me several options, waited patiently for me to decide how to proceed, and then did what I asked. Didnt even charge me for labor! I was back on the road before 7pm. I look forward to returning to PFM for my cars regular service work.

Dropped off the company truck a few days ago and when we entered the man we spoke with talked to us like we were idiots. Pretty bad customer service. But the mechanics are good, so we still go.

My company uses this JOKE of a truck repair center for the so called repair on our trucks. On a scale of 1 to 10(1 being horrid and 10 being the best) I would rate them a negative 100!!!! I have been driving professionally for 15 years and have NEVER experienced a nightmare like this place. They have ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL ROYALY F-UP YOUR EQUIPEMENT AND THEN CHARGE YOU FOR IT... THEY ARE AHOLES TO THE ENTH DEGREE AND DO NOT LISTEN WHEN YOU SUGGEST SOME THINGS YOU THINK THE PROBLEMSMIGHT BE. Making along story short, STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THE PFM CENTERS UNLESS YOU DONT VALUE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND SELF DIGNITY. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM...
