I pulled up and as soon as I parked, a technician came out and greeted me. She was very friendly and was able to get me right in. I got an oil change, a filter change, windows washed, and they topped off my antifreeze. They asked me before they did anything, which I greatly appreciate, so I was prepared for my total at the end. All in all, I think I was in and out in 25 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional the whole time. I will definitely be going back!

No waiting at all. Services were fully explained and quickly performed. Minor issue when glove box door (removed to check cabin filter) was not properly refitted. Had to return to the service center where it was quickly reinstalled properly.

I sent my son to get an oil change that he ended up spending over $90 to get he was manipulated into things that he didn’t need at the time they lied about not vacuuming the car saying that my son declined they didn’t check all the fluids didn’t check the tire pressure they just more so do what they’re famous to say they will do get you in and out while exaggerating what they think you should purchase to benefit their compensation. I’ve never send a teenager To be manipulated the way that I know that they do ever again and they morsel lost a customer

Was able to pull up and be waited on in less than five minutes. Had my car oil change done here before and was glad they kept my information so we knew what was done before. They took great care of me and car and didnt bombard me with ways to increase my costs when I was just wanting a quick, simple, oil change.

Quick in and out for an oil change on a new used car. Got me for the air filters, but they were genuinely nasty and they made them affordable. They seemed busy, but we were in and out in about 30 minutes. Id definitely use them again.

97 dollars for a synthetic oil change is pretty high after I was told it would be around 65 dollars. They never reset my oil life gauge and misprinted the next oil change window sticker saying it was due again in 1000 miles after I just had it done through them. No attention to detail or making sure things are correctly documented.

Always a quick visit & they are honest. I asked if I needed new tires yet & he said not just yet & printed out an estimate for when it’s due. That’s helping folks get the max for their buck. I’ve gone there for years & will continue to do so. They vacuum your car, clean the windshields & ck fluid levels, tire pressure & other maintenance items.

JL changed my alternator. I was able to come in with no appointment in place and get it done within 3 hours. Priced right. Runs smooth. No issues. Good job JL of Stop 11 area

$160 for an oil change and tire rotation is absolutely bananas. Will definitely be going to Firestone or Walmart Auto next time, where it will cost less than half that. They also left several tools and a piece of my windshield wiper blade under my hood (despite not changing my wiper blades?). Jiffy Lube is the most expensive chain for oil changes and it is certainly not due to their expertise.

I got right in! the employees were very friendly and accommodating as I brought my own oil, filters, and stabilizer for 2 vehicles separately and spent less than 45 minutes total at Jiffy Lube. They even topped off my window cleaner and changed out my air filters I had.

They replaced by battery and a headlamp that was out plus I always get my oil changed here. They are fast, reliable, efficient and affordable. My battery was done in under 20 minutes and I was back on the road. You can wait in your car while they change the oil and I like that. All tge employees at the Jiffy Lube on 31 & Stop 11 give great customer service.

There was not too long of a wait. I drove to this location instead of another one that’s closer to my house bc online it said this one accepts coupons. When I checked in they actually directed me to a different coupon that was better than the one I found so I saved a little bit more. I stayed in my car the whole time so I can’t review the inside but I know they have the option to wait inside at least. I would go back to this location when I need another oil change.

I attempted to have my car aligned and tires balanced. Called amd made an appointment, and told them the MAKE AND MODEL of my car. Came to my appointment. Their sensor doesnt fit my MAKE AND MODEL. Something they specifically asked me that morning. Terrible service.

This place is amazing! As I pulled into the parking lot I was immedietly greeted and directed to a bay. After the crew member directed me in, the teams fast and friendly service got me in and out faster than I could say thank you. Everyone jumped in doing different tasks making it a smooth and stress free process. I will definitely be going back for any future vehicle needs and would recommend everyone to stop in as well. Amazing service with an amazing team.

Bad sevices and prices $700

Terrible customer service and nobody knows what they are doing. Threw my air filter in the trash but didnt have one to replace it so they had to dig my old air filter out the trash to put back into my car. Overall trash service.

They were very honest i had went to midas first and they told me all sorts of things were wrong with my vehicle so i took it here for a second opinion they explained to me there was no way they could know what they said was wrong without opening my motor!! So they were just trying to scam me out of more money !! So they saved me thousands. Thank you jiffy lube for your honesty. So ladies out there go to jiffy lube on 31 and stop 11 if you want honesty. These people are honest. I went in to get my brakes checked since I felt like they were squeaking, but the guy checked it out and told me he didnt find anything wrong and that there was nothing he felt like he needed to sell me on.The entire process was fast and I wasnt charged anything. Ill definitely be back when I need my oil changed!!

This is an amazing store! Not all Jiffy Lubes are equal! I normally go to Stop 11 and 31S, on the south side of Indy, for my oil changes. I had a doctors appointment by the Jiffy Lube on Shadeland, so I took it there a few months ago, because it was on the way. Will never do that again! I bought a high mileage vehicle, because I barely drive. I may put 200 miles a month on my truck, at most. Anyway, Not even a thousand miles later, I checked my oil and it was completely black and looked like it never had an oil change! I dont think they even changed it. So, I followed up, by going to my normal store on Stop 11 and 31S. (I definitely wasnt going back to Shadeland!) The manager there, gave me a free oil change, to fix what Shadeland did! Shadeland also had marked down, that I had over a million miles on my truck??? So, Stop 11 and 31 is the only place I will ever take my truck again! I recommend this store 100% Their manager is always walking around, checking and communicating with his team, which gives me great piece of mind.

I pulled in to Jiffy Lube and it was very very busy. An employee named Jake approached me as soon as I stepped out of my van and asked what he could do for me. I told him I needed a new battery with installation. He said “I’ll take care of that right now”. He had me out of there in less than half an hour from the time I pulled in. Both the manager and assistant manager took the time to ask if I was being taken care of, while in the waiting area. This was my first time at Jiffy Lube and there’s no doubt I will be back.

Pulled up to the roll up door and a man came out and introduced himself. He explained services and cost that may be involved with my BMW. And normally do my oil changes myself but being cold and I had the money I just figured I’d give someone my business. The gal working inside showed me my cabin air filter which I had replaced and also recommended a fuel injection clean which I am also authorized. Theservice cost me around $150 and I was given gift from the staff. I’d use their services again.

It was horrible i sat there forever 3 other cars got done before mine they did not check all my lights and signals i had to ask them to air my tires up. I told them i had a coupon from jd byryder and ever since i told them that i was not treated fairly and then when they started it, it literally only took 5 min i dont even know if they drained my oil. Eventhough i have that coupon i still upgrade alot of things and i would hope they wouldnt treat me any differently. The girls were real rude!!! I wont be going back to that one. Thank you

Let me start by saying the service was fast and friendly. Check in and check out was simple. It had been a long time since I went to Jiffy Lube. The cost was $30 dollars higher for the same 5000 mile synthetic blend that I pay at the dealer which was very surprising to me. I needed convenience this time around at oil change timw and Jiffy Lube did provide that. The cost was disappointing.

This is where Ive had my oil changed & antifreeze changed for years fast and very efficient and great prices

I had gotten an oil change and they stripped our oil plug. We had been living in apartments at the time so I had not noticed the oil leak until a couple months after the initial oil change once we moved into our new home. But when I notice we are still 500 miles under our 3,000 mile marker. I removed the oil plug because I figured they had stripped it and wanted to check. And of course they did. I called them and they said there would be an investigation into the incident. I got the car towed up there because trust driving it. They called me the next day and said I needed a new oil pan that would be 650$ lol I kindly refused and said they should cover it because the stripped the plug. They said since it didnt leak when we got it, that it isnt there fault. So I kindly said I would talk to them in person when I got off work. They called me back and said they cleaned the threads and it didnt need a new pan but they werent going to put oil in. This was a different mechanic and I said the last guy told me I needed a new oil pan. I would like a new oil pan please. He said it didnt need a new oil pan and that it was fixed. I just said okay and told him Id talk with them in person when I got off work. I get over there and say they should at least put oil in it because they originally said they will fill up your oil if you ever need oil before your 3,000 miles. He refused (the GM Jake not the GM) and said he isnt going to do anything else to the car because of the oil plug incident. So I asked for the oil plugs back and they had thrown them away. And said they would dig them out the trash and they gave us 2 different plugs. Not even the right ones. We told them and they said they are probably already in the dumpster. So we asked for our recipes for the New oil plug they put in that they said wouldnt leak. And we put our own oil in the car. And as I thought the car still was leaking oil. So yes they will be hearing from our attorney and will soon be getting a bill for a 650$ oil pan. Jake is so unprofessional and probably never even told the real gm about the incident. He will be getting a fun surprise soon. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!
