Pretty store, great customer service and great selections!

I love the selection here. Often they have wine tastings which are great. Very friendky staff and clean store.

Both cashiers were very rude to customers in line. Multiple people walked out including me. Consider other options with much better service, prices, and selection such as Total Wine.

I have shopped and supported 21st Amendment for 40 years +. Ive never had a bad shopping experience at that store. I occasionally shop at 56 & Illinois when Im at Kincaids. The 86th & Ditch store has a great wine & spirits selection. Im not a real beer fan, but when a friend is coming in, they almost always have what they desire. The store is well organized, not too big, clean, and fairly priced. They can make many wine selections that might surprise you. Its not what you might have had or have read about; but they probably carry it if you want it. However, dont be surprised if you explain what you are serving for dinner or just a gathering, they will often suggest a very similar wine at a much better price. Many countries have gotten into the wine business and quality does not always equal high price. My situation involves a shoulder injury. I have required assistance getting, purchasing, and taking it out to the car. They have never rolled their eyes or made me feel like they had something better to do. All of the employees at 86th & Ditch are always very nice. Joe & Neil, & Curt make me feel understood. I dont have to explain my wants or needs. I really appreciate that. When they see you arrive they are ahead of the game and help me without even asking. Mom & Dad loved their single malt Scotch. They liked something different periodically and they have a very nice selection. Outside of that, I just wanted to thank them all for such great service; Cheers, to you all. Its important to consider all of these factors on which store you patronize. Its great they are in the neighborhood and have been for so long. They are a pillar of this community. I do support my local merchants and restaurants. The 86th & Ditch area has a lot to offer. Please check out all of the businesses up here. 21st is a very good example. They have a great assortment of everything from wines to ales. They have great prices and this building is huge! A must when looking for alcohol. We will drive out of our way to come here. The staff also is very knowledgeable and they have an app that also helps make sure you have all the ingredients you need to make a great cocktail!

I could spend forever going through the wine selection. They have so many options at varying price points. And everything is well organized, so it is easy to browse.

My review is based on a search for a particular brand of Scotch Whisky. Friendly people and a very nice selection, made my visit worthwhile. Prices were good too. If you cant find it there, ask. They might be able to get it for you.

Good location and easy parking - traffic light to get in and out. Selection is fantastic and the staff are super helpful.We normally use the store across the way, but came here because it was closer at the time. Really glad we did.We actually found a beer that we can rarely find due to its amazing taste. They had one left and had it behind the counter, and offered it to us.They even have samples available.Will be using this store all the time.

Poor customer service. Bought expired beer and after noticing it was expired brought it back to the store and was not refunded. I also asked to exchange the expired beer for beer that wasnt expired and they also refused and said If you are worried about your health it is good 90 days past the expiration date.

They have great selection although their ciders are lacking. The service used to be a lot friendlier.

This is a good lil store. Its got a small town Mom and Pop feel to it. Typically, there will be 2 people working. Normally, when I go in, its the same two, well dressed gentlemen.They have good weekly deals depending on what your vice is. A valid selection of wine, liqueur, and craft beer you wont find in the other stores located on 86th.Please Note: Bring your friggin ID with you! If you wish to purchase alcohol at this location. Absolutely the best service friendly people

Staff are rude and do not help at all. me and a friend tried to buy a bottle of a specific rye whiskey. we asked for help and the staff refused to give us any. we could not find the brand and left the store, and when we said bye to the cashier we received a glare of disgust. when my friend tried to call the store about this issue, the individual on the phone was incredibly rude
