My doctor was shocked because I believed in natural healing. She asked if some told me to do the yoni streams. I told her I googled everything from lavender water sprays and finally found a article from a lady who went to Egypt while going through menopause. They had her sit over the herbs and wrapped her in a heavy blanket from her neck down to feet where they tucked the blanket to keep air out. I said all that to say. Dont believe me do your own research. I love that I can meditate and remove all the toxicants at the same time. I cant wait to glow tomorrow.
