BEWAREEEEEE… Spent 200 on some human hair extensions (that are apparently on Amazon for 80 dollars 😭 do your research unlike me💀) and made sure to confirm with the sales lady that it was at least 160g of hair before I purchased it. She said she knows it’s good to go… take it home only to find it’s extremely thin and poor quality, missing chunks of hair in the clip in wefts. I weighed it at home with the heavy metal clips in and it was about 60g of hair! Unreal lol Wouldn’t offer a refund or exchange, sadly… super disappointed in the quality of their products. Will not be spending my money there again that’s for sure.

I used to love this location but after today and my last interaction I will never spend money here again. - they have prices on plants and whenever we go up there she’s stating the prices on the plant (that say orchid 1.99) are wrong and only the jar it’s in is a dollar. So we just say okay and try to continue- the older lady there continuously is repeating how we are wrong and they’re not for sale meanwhile we’re just trying to get out other items. She checks me out - cancels the transaction then re scans everything all while continuing on about the plants while me and my partner stay quiet. So the transaction goes through and she then asks for my ID to match everything. Repeats my address back to me then hands me the receipt to sign and refused to give me my items because my signature wasn’t good enough. If you’re the owner your employees need a check in because they’re obviously dissatisfied with their work environment and are taking it out on customers

Amazing hair store for sure. Very pleasant experience every single time. I believe the woman in there is the store owner and she never fails to amaze us with a great experience while shopping.

After they rang up the merchandise and deducted the money from her bank.They asked for her ID they then accused her of stealing the card. The was NOT denied. They told her they were going to cut the card and her ID up. She asked for the manager. Manager gave her the card,ID, and a free comb for the mistake. We will never shop there again. They they get a lot of stolen cards

Love this store! Very reasonable prices, a portion of your total goes towards future purchases, great product selections and love the enforcement of face masks. I have never had an issue with the people that work there, great customer service. They didnt have an item I wanted, so I made a substitution but let them know what I was looking for. The next time I went in they had it. They believe in pleasing their customers and I appreciate it.

0 stars DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Lady made me take my baby out of their cart cause I was by the wig section and carts aren’t allowed over there. I just said ok whatever, took my daughter out and continued looking for a wig. 10 min later she tells me come back since I’m indecisive about what I want and she has other things to do other then to watch me. If I could give a lower rate I would. I didnt even get to go inside. I had my baby with me who was in a carseat, too small to touch anything, we got yelled at by the lady/owner whoever she is. She was extremely rude and said that I was crazy for bringing my child with me. She could simply have said they werent allowing any kids inside but instead she yelled and made a scene. Would NOT RECOMMEND!!
