This place is amazing! I was quoted $1,100 for my front brake rotors and my total ended up being around $850! I even shopped around at the dealership and other places, and this was by far the best price. They also gave me a loaner car while mine was being worked on which was great so I could still go to work.I used to go to Petes Service Center(they repaired things, but then broke things in my car, constantly stealing over 2.5K from me) so I started looking for a new place and found Euro Motorworks. Josh was beyond helpful!

Professional, courteous service can always be expected. An estimate of repairs required is provided before work begins, loaner cars are often available, competitive pricing and quick service has always been my experience. A nice surprise each time we have our vehicle serviced is, it is cleaned inside and out. A log is on file there for past and planned service we schedule, as needed. Highly Recommend Euro Motorworks for your import and any other car, although I can only speak for the Mini Cooper model.

Been taking my wifes Lexus here for a while, so when I bought a 99 Boxster and thought I could replace all of the steering and suspension components, I brought it here afterwards and they set everything right. They were exacting and thorough in their diagnosis, spot-on with the repairs and corrections, and set everything right. Plus, they were friendly and easy to talk with to boot. I have been looking for an alternative to Tomwood Porsche for a while and I think I finally found a new place to take my 997 turbo. They were super professional, cleaned the car really well and explained everthing in very honest way (no pressure and just advice). I thought they paid attention to details such as matching the loaner car to another Porsche, leaving a little snack gift inside, saying my name as soon as I walked in to pick up the car, and getting rid of little squeak out my sunroof (which never got fixed over 5 years taking to TW). Of course, they communicated very well on the services during the day which I never have gotten these days from TW. Great job guys and look forward to working with you!

I recently purchased a high mileage Porsche 996 and brought it to Euro for a full inspection and subsequent repair/replacement of some typical wear items. Josh was very quick to understand that I like to do a lot of my own work. So, he worked with me on what I wanted Euro to do versus what I wanted to work on myself. Very pleased with both the work and the communication. The 996 will find its way back here when its time as will our 987.

The service that I received at Euro Motorworks was phenomenal. I recently re-acquired a 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo that I had sold in 1992. Although it was in excellent condition, it needed a moderate amount of work to restore it to my high standards and the even higher standards of Terry Heath, the owner of Euro Motorworks. The team there performed an incredibly thorough inspection and then presented in detail the work that could be undertaken, including an accurate estimate of the cost for each item. They also counseled me on which items were most urgent, less urgent or optional. In addition, Terry Heath drove the car enough to uncover some hidden malfunctions, such as with the cruise control and the turbocharger, that would otherwise not have been easily discovered. They completed the work timely and within budget. Euro Motorworks did an excellent job, and the car actually drives better than when it was new. I believe that the team at Euro Motorworks actually loves my car as much as I do!

Clean reliable loaners are available while your car is being serviced as well and the staff personally follows up within a few days of your service appointment to make sure that all work has been completed to your satisfaction. I highly recommend this business.

I hit a pothole and blew my tire late on a Saturday night and sent an email inquiring about availability after the dealer left me hanging; within 12 hours of my message, I had an appointment scheduled by Lauren to replace my tire 5 full days before the dealer could schedule me. They are extremely professional and my car was returned in good repair, although they did not have time to wash it--instead, I was given a voucher for a free car wash off site, which is still nice. The only reason this review is 4 instead of 5 stars is because in the past, I have been able to ship my preferred tire to my chosen installer through Tire Rack at no cost, and here I was not allowed to do so (not sure why, because Tire Rack is a licensed tire distributor based in Indiana that certainly sells to many other repair shops), thus I was charged for tire shipping in addition to disposal cost. Otherwise, this was a very good experience--I just wish I had been able to avoid the $20+ shipping cost.

I cannot express enough how honest, professional, accommodating, and communicative the Euro Motorworks team is. I had to bring my car in for what I thought was a coolant leak but ended up being an oil leak caused by the previous oil change that I had at a Porsche dealership. I also had a strange noise coming from the front of my car that was from a design failure by Porsche. Not only did Josh and the team thoroughly review all items that needed to be addressed or watched with my 8 yr old vehicle, but Lauren and Josh went the extra mile to research any possible extended warranty coverage by Porsche for the costly repair of their faulty design. I have been to various dealerships and service shops with my 8 yr old vehicle between St Louis and Indianapolis, and by far Euro Motorworks was the best in all aspects of service, communication, and pricing!! They are top notch and I will never go back to a dealership unless I have to!

Have had my 09 911 in a few times for a variety of services, mostly routine maintenance and some elective stuff. I have always gone through Josh, who is candid and expository with regards to what is recommended, what is feasible, and, essentially, what is worth the money. They are extremely thorough with their inspections and if there is something that needs fixed they will find it... HOWEVER, they, unlike other shops, are not pushy in any way when it comes how you spend your money. They have helped tighten up my car and have been top notch all around. I saw someone below commented about dissatisfaction with a loaner they received. I found my experience to be quite the opposite - I was given a sharp, clean, Audi S4 to drive that felt impeccable on the road. All around great shop.

This is a review for Euro Motorworks, but first back story for contrast:I recently purchased a newer Volvo, this is my first European car. In the time I owned this car (6 months) I had to take it in for service for 2 issues. Since Volvos use a specific diagnostic system (VIDA) I thought my only option for service was Tom Wood. The first trip was a battery, I looked up the battery online using Tom Woods website to get an idea of cost, as a side note this car has a battery that is not available at regular stores. When service was completed they tried to charge an extra $100 for the battery plus labor.Next issue I had a check engine light come on for EVAP leak. Tom Wood had my car for 2 weeks, would not answer the phone, text, or email to keep me informed. They did call back to get authorization to charge me an additional diagnostic fee to amount to over $1000 without repairing anything. I promptly took my car from them. At this point I am seriously considering getting rid of this car, not because of the needs for repair, but for the need to deal with Tom Wood. I love this car (Volvo V60) but I did not want to have issues with service or lack there of.Finally to my contrasted review of Euro Motorworks:Before trading in my car with a CEL on and taking a hit on value I decided to look for another option, I found Euro and saw the many great reviews. I set up an appointment after verifying they do have VIDA if it was needed They had my car for 2 days and was able to diagnose. My car was diagnosed and repaired in less time and for less money than the dealer tried to charge me just for diagnostics. When I came in as a new customer they addressed me by name, had everything ready to go and made the transactions easy. My car was washed and vacuumed, (something Tom Wood is supposed to do but never did.) And I received a nice customer appreciation popcorn treat. One of the reasons I am reviewing here is that I want other Volvo owners to know you do have an option in central Indiana other than going out to Richmond or Bloomington for service. I want to thank Euro Motorworks for taking a painful situation and getting me the best result possible.

I needed to get some major maintenance repairs on my VW TDI. I searched for German car specialists and Euro Motorworks is highly reviewed. I sent a contact for late Thursday night. Normally I have to follow up because companies never call. Around 9 am Josh called and we discussed repairs I needed, basic cost, and how long it would take. I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of his call. I was able to schedule quickly, and asked if I would need a loaner. Dropped the car off Tuesday evening. Clean and impressive building, obvious they are serious about performance cars. Josh called me the next day and said they were almost complete and would be ready the next day. I was in no hurry , but impressed by the follow up. On completion Josh called me to tell me everything was good. I asked if they saw anything else that may need to be addressed soon. He stated everything was good. Normally Im used to dealership trying to upsell different items every time. I now will only use Euro Motorworks for all repairs and services in the future, With all the issues I have had with VW dealer I was pretty much done with German cars. Great experience! I had 40K mike service performed on my 2017 VW Golf GTI. They identified a leak on upper timing cover and recommend repairs. I held off on this service due to still being under VW warranty. I bought the vehicle used last year so I wasn’t for sure if it was still under warranty but they went out of their way to find out I was still under it. I didn’t feel pressured to have them perform the extra needed services. A quality loaner vehicle was provided for the day the services were performed. I will definitely use them in the future for oil changes and other needed services.

I live three states away. When my son, who is in college in Indianapolis, was involved in a minor fender bender in his Mini we decided to have his car brought to Euro Motorworks for the repairs. There was no major body damage, so we decided to have the mechanical parts checked out here.The crew, especially Josh, were courteous and understanding. They were able to communicate with me and explain everything that was going on with the car, even though I was three states away. They worked through a lengthy back order on some parts and kept me informed when items were shipped and what the ETAs were.Once all the parts arrived they expedited the repair and completed it in a very timely manner. Other than a minor discrepancy in pricing, which they resolved immediately and to my total satisfaction, everything went smoothly.When my son picked up the car, he called me and told me how amazing it drove and how good it looked. I was purchasing my first used car and wanted a third independent opinion of the auto before I bought it. On very short notice they were able to see it the same day I made the appointment. I met with someone who knew a great deal about this type of vehicle before and more importantly after I had the inspection done. We have trusted these folks with our cars for a few years now. Recently they serviced our Lexus 460SL (new brake pads, etc). They have worked on our Lexus suv as well. It’s so easy to work with Josh and their team. It’s so refreshing to know that someone has the integrity to tell you what must be fixed, what you might think about doing and what you might want to do later. And Josh went to bat for us with our extended warranty provider last year. He went way beyond what he had to and we are still grateful. It saved us thousands of dollars. Wonderful service at a price much more accessible than the dealership. I needed an additional part and they had it overnighted so it could be installed the next day. Very impressed.

Will overcharge you for any service and overcharge you for a loner, then they will give you a 97 a4 with 180k mile as the loner. If you elect to take your car elsewhere they will charge you at the minimum $200. Its in poor taste to charge the $200 because they have already insulted your intelligence by offering massively overpriced work. I just ran into a friend who had the same experience and now I finally realized they do this to EVERYONE! 🐝 Warned.

Took my 2016 Audi there for a complimentary bumper to bumper inspection and everything went really well. Everyone in there is extremely nice, they had a loaner car for me to use for the day, and called me midday to let me know they had completed the inspection. If you own a European car, this is the only shop you should allow to work on it. I drive an hour one way for their customer service. They have friendly staff, prompt service, and reasonable prices considering the high quality of their work. Having the option to use a loaner vehicle from them is so convenient! When I picked my vehicle up after the repair, they had even cleaned it. I will definitely keep coming back for all of my maintenance needs.

Finally got time to put in the review. First of all, I know little about car, so I can not comment if the parts are indeed original BMW parts as told. I sent my BMW in for winterization, I even indicated a couple of times if the tires are close to the end of their lives, I would get new ones. Josh explained to me that they should be still good a for a while...they did the regular check and maintenance. The price was reasonable. But after I got the car, the third day I drove it, the engine overheating light was on, and they accommodate my schedule and got it fixed right away. The price is slight better than the dealer, but Josh did give me a small discount. Overall, I was happy with the service.

From the ease of scheduling, the experience dropping off my Porsche and picking up the loaner, to the communication with the service manage about the work - everything was as ideal as could be. I loved the text reminder I received. The quality of work was excellent.The entire experience was totally stress free, efficient and courteous!

For those of you who follow me and read my reviews you know that I am straight forward and dont mince on words.So here goes I kept gettng emails from Euro Motorworks and just kept deleting them because I had no idea who they were. (I HAVE NEVER LET ANYONE OTHER THAN A DEALER WORK ON ANY OF MY CARS.) So this time I said let me call and see who these people are and if it is worth my time to try them out. I called and spoke to Lauren and was almost sold by just speaking to her, she was detailed professional and more than helpful. She checked on the pricing for my car and called me back in a reasonable amount of time.I was still not sold so I thought about it checked back with my dealer again and realized that they were charging me 2x the price for the same work. I called back to schedule the appt and Lauren had already done it for me and scheduled me a loaner car without me even asking.I took my car in today and I could not be happier. I will be using Euro Motorworks from this point on.Thank Youoh yea if you go in and hear a dog barking dont worry he is only a pup and is still learning. :)

Youll probably be able to find a cheaper place to work on your car elsewhere. I did and I ended up waiting far too long and then paying to not have the right things fixed. Euro Motorworks is professional and they communicate what is going on well- I trust what they say and theyve done good work. And offering loaner cars makes dropping off the car convenient.

Euro Motorworks always does a fantastic job for myself and my car! They are incredibly friendly, open with communication, and clear about what your car really needs, instead of games and sales tactics. The loaner cars are always clean and fair, and a great added perk. I gave them a shot based on a friends recommendation, and so glad I did.

1st visit to get a quote for a few things issues. Very happy with the communication from them. They didnt do anything without asking permission and gave me all the information for future work. Very happy, highly recommend!

Terry and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my new car was in great working order. Everyone was extremely friendly and was happy to answer all of the questions that I had. One thing that sets Euro apart, is they have loaner vehicles available to their clients. This is unheard of with independent repair facilities, and I really appreciate it. I will say this wont be the cheapest repair you will ever encounter, but I can say with confidence, what ever it is you may need will be done properly, and with these kinds of vehicles, you want right vs cheap. Dont hesitate to give them a shout for all of your German vehicle needs.

I have been seeing Terry since 2002 and keeping coming back. The place has grown significantly over the years which is a testament to their quality, professional service and while I generally dont see Terry face to face anymore, they have not lost the same personal touch. I always feel that I can trust their judgement and I rely on their professional opinions.I highly recommend them.

Brought my Mercedes here for service because of prior good experiences with my Porsche. Had to cancel at last minute due to weather and they were accommodating and got me in the following work day.
