They have a premium section up front.As best as i can see, there is one way in, and the same way out. You must request to have them unlock the only gate, and they lock you back in while getting parts. Ring the bell and wait a few minutes while they finish with check outs, and then release you.This does not seem safe!!!

The part we were looking for was there like the website said, price was good. My only complaint is it was hard to get through there in some spots. We would definitely go back.

If you need a part,I suggest try here 1st. $ for $, you cant beat them. Only downfall, you cant use a jack. Can rent an A frame engine hoist for a $50 deposit. Be careful after a good rain,the vehicle my be in 4 of water.

Dont have enough Asian cars. Cant get around to other vehicles, because there are car parts everywhere from people being too lazy.I would rather go to Pull a Part than here. Even though it is farther.

I like the way their website lists what cars they have, what row theyre in and how many days theyve had it. Saves a lot of time looking for a specific model. Good prices, helpful people

Common vehicles didnt have much left to them, probably why they did a pullathon ($60 all you can carry + $2 entry fee) Yard is nicely paved. Organized. Parking lot could of used a cleaning/pickup trash before the event. Staff was nice. But I wouldnt go again.

Pullathon was awesome. Great deals on parts and had everything I needed and a few things I didnt know I needed. Always bring some extra cash because you never know what youll find.

They had the part I was in need of thank God, even if it was in the 6th vehicle on the list, Good to have options though. The deep water in some spots was my only complaint.

Owen pay is one of my favorite places to go find parts well organized or clean workers are pretty easy to work with when you need something close by one of the better places Ive worked out of gathering parts.

The yard needs to be cleaned of parts more often. The concrete lot is better than gravel. They definitely need to improve their water drainage. They are right next door to a water treatment plant, so the ponds in their lot dont make sense.

Getting parts for my car was really nice, but the fact that they now have a restaurant and made an absolutely amazing pork tenderloin just takes it over the top. It was definitely small town Indiana family owned restaurant quality that Ive come to know and love! I will definitely be back to try the barbecue brisket When I need to grab a radiator for my girlfriends neon.

Every time I go the chicks at the register are so sweet... Not like the one out west where they are rudeAF LIKE ALL THE TIME. THIS ONE IS KOSHER !

The only thing bad about this place is: if you purchase any used part ;And this part don t work. U ll only get store credit- not the refund of your actual money. So make sure its the correct part you need and that the part actaul workor, U ll be out luck as far as getting your money refunded back to U.

Because of my disability, I was threatened with trespass with the police involved. IMPD did a good job and explained that I couldnt be trespassed for this reason. This company needs to read the Americans with disabilities act and the masking orders set forth by the Indiana governor, the president of the United States, and the CDC which all have exemptions that I am part of.

The cleanest, most organized junkyard Ive been to, and Ive been to a lot. I really appreciate their website for locating vehicles and telling me how long theyve been there.

We love that fact the part you need is in the yard , but you must search and find. In the meantime you fund something else no need and the bill goes up and up. Thats not a bad thing because you get what you pay for and more. Picked up a mirror for my father n law and it made his day.

Go to location within hours of a vehicle being listed ...arrive and vehicle is stripped and is basically bare bones....no matter how busy the place could be there is no way a car can be stripped as bare unless you had a Nascar pit crew.

Its been awhile since Id been to a junk yard looking for parts. I was very impressed with how organized this place was. The vehicles have plenty of room around them to search. The desk even gives you a list of vehicles with the parts youre looking for! Very polite service and great prices! Was worth the $2 cover. Ill be back for sure.

I know it is advertised but it really stinks that they only offer in store credit for returns.

Overall if you need anything mechanical you might as well find it on Facebook. Not only because of their insanity on pricing but their is an entry fee environmental fee and part fee and then on top you have to pull your on part AND pay tax so a simple $15 trip to the junk yard quickly becomes a $30 trip because all the fees and just pure no knowledge from some of the people who mark your part. And then argue with you about what it is. Its a pretty bad experience expecting to spend what I have for YEARS and now I have to pay 30-40% more for crappier parts. IM DONE WITH THIS PLACE AND YOU SHOULD BE TOO. BOTTOM LINE THERE ONLY GOING TO GET MORE MONEY HUNGRY SO EXPECT SNEAKY TACTICS TO DRAW YOU IN AND PRESSURE YOU TO SPEND MORE MONEY, MONEY, MONEY.!!!! I absolutely love this place. They are following the COVID-19 rules pretty tightly so bring a mask and BYOB or water to stay hydrated cause they bending machine is pricey. But the staff is nice and friendly, except when its approaching closing time. But who wouldnt be.

Go there. Be warned there is an entrance fee. Yes you have to pay to scramble around grease and dead cars. This place is so great you wont even care about the $2 you spent to go in. $2 right? Cant even take the bus for $2. Its a great price and just high enough that people wont bring all the people from 3 Rd shift over to help or all their Church/bar buddies. Its organized better than a white house visit. They will print out a guide for the cars you are looking for by row and how many days on the lot. The staff are great. It could be Target or your favorite restaurant. Everybody is helpful. Thank You. Check out their website to see if they have what you need. I saw a Mercedes that was the right color and went over to see how much trouble I could be in. Unfortunately the car was not processed yet, takes a few days and they have to create room before they can bring out more cars. It was not a big deal in that it was/is all cosmetic parts I wanted. Love this place

Went there to purchase a rear end under a van and I got there the first time it was under water and I couldnt get it so I went up there and have some one to take the forklift to pull it out so I can get the rear end out well they said no we dont have nobody here to do that okay thats understandable itll be Monday so Monday I go over there and get it and they tell me that no they dont have nobody to be able to get it but they had people out there on forklifts and Im like well its okay I cant get it dont shop at this place

Was a little overpriced on damaged bumper cover I bought for my sons car he wrecked. But at least they had a mustang with a front end still on it lol

Love this place! At least, when they have the car I want parts from. Most of the time they do. The staff is super helpful and really attentive. Today, I was buying a rim for my car and my tires bald anyway and they sold the combo for $60 but wouldnt let me out the door without inspecting the tire.
