***IMPORTANT: if your passport is going to expire in the next 9 months you need to renew it ASAP. Some host countries will refuse you entrance if you have 6 months or less on your passport before it expires! Dont learn the hard and expensive way. While he seems to favor certain customers, he ignores others. I normally only write positive reviews, but I have had it with this negative place. This is only my opinion. I rented a box because I saw good rating. The owner refused to accept my delivery from Fedex which made Fedex sent all my packages to senders which caused me so much money. The reason: Emily did not get all the information he needed. That was not my fault and I had pay the price.

This was my first time dealing with Jim at AIM Office, and I have to give him an A+. I was in desperate need for custom Prayer Cards for a funeral in two days. There are plenty of places on-line sites, but I did not have 3 days for shipping. South Coast Family Funeral Services (they are great too) referred me to Jim, at Aim office. I emailed Jim a photo, a prayer, and the other information for the card. Later that day, 300 card were ready for pick-up. Total price was $63.00 (about 22 cents each. On-line prices were around $1.50 each. Jim saved me $387, which we added to our flower budget.

I purchased an authentic German coo coo clock during Christmas for my grandparents in Florida. The problem was that the clock was so fragile that I was afraid it would be damaged in shipment. To eliminate this issue, I took my package down to the AIM mail center in Huntington Beach, and they promptly and professionally packaged up my clock and had it on its way. I am happy to say, that my grandparents received their new clock for Christmas without a hitch thanks to AIM.

Nothing is too small a task from faxing a document to shipping priceless antiques, they are the professionals that can handle the business professionals needs. Recently I needed a notary, I was in a bind and could not leave my business. Jim the manager at the Huntington Beach location came to our shop and notarized our documents.
