Got a great deal on the car I wanted. Got a respectable trade-in offer. Got the correct dealership fees and no hidden fees, no sleazy businesses. Got a great Salesman (Geo, thank you sir!) that help out with the whole process was very professional and knowledgeable. After a few months of car research (visited over 14 dealership) this one was the only dealership that Did Not tagged on scam fees, great price below market and I was out of there in just over 2 hours. Highly recommend even if you have a long drive, it will be worth it!

Sales department is decent, but the service department is absolutely horrendous. Took us 5 weeks to get a part for a vehicle we bought the month prior and no one ever called us with updates. We ended up having to call corporate to finally get an answer on the part and it was there the next day. They give you the run around, put you on hold for extended periods and then say the parts back ordered. The service manager, Mina is full of excuses, and blames staffing problems rather trying to resolve issues. He’s rude and you can tell the other employees are fed up with him. 4 hours for an oil change. Will not be returning to this disaster of a service department.

So I made an appointment online to go see and test drive the new carnaval manager Antonio came out to tell me they do not have the car in their lot, car is in a different lot and in order for him to bring he needed to ran numbers for me before to see if I qualify!!!! WTH!!! I made an appointment they knew I was coming the car should have been at their lot already for me but again this dealer has HORRIBLE Customer Service they don’t take care of their customers cause if they did he should have not come out and from the beginning tell me he needed to ran numbers 1st πŸ‘ŽπŸΌ

Bought a car here today from Tim who was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for and once we found the right car he again went through what the car had to offer. Next was the finance dept which we were prepared for since Tim told us in detail what to expect. The finance guy was great as well and the whole process once we choose a car took less than an hour. Our new car wouldnt be ready for a couple of days and Tim told us to pick any car on the lot to use for two days and we choose a Mercedes. Tim will deliver our new car to our home on Friday himself at which time we will thank him for making a potentially stressful experience one of enjoyment, laughter and stress free. I cant say enough about Car Pros Kia of Huntington Beach. Thank you everyone.

Edited original post to say I appreciated Tom the manager helping my situation. We purchased a used RAV4 which had a faulty tire sensor, so they told us to come back during the week and they would fix it in thirty minutes. When I came back, they couldnt take my car for a long time and I started freaking out because I had a 40 minute drive to get back home to my baby before her bottles ran out. Tom got me a rental car so I could go home, since other issues appeared after the tire sensor was fixed and no one knew how long it could take to resolve. It was resolved the next day and I returned to collect the car, no cost to myself. I really appreciated this workaround.I docked one star for the lack of customer service behind the front desk. When I was waiting, they didnt acknowledge me until I got teary and asked for the manager (because I didnt know how long I had to wait for the car when my baby was as home.)Other than that, we got a great car at a great price, which we found on Carfax and came to test drive before purchasing.

If you go to Car Pros KIA Hunting Beach, ASK FOR AMIN!I recently moved to Orange County and Amin was my car fairy godfather! I was so stressed about this process and he made it super easy to understand, especially since I was a first-time car buyer.He listened to my needs so well and found me a car that was a great fit for my lifestyle and my budget. It was as if I was car shopping with my own dad. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of throughout every step of the process and even after my purchase. Do not bother coming here. Most vehicles are marked up $10-15K above MSRP and per salesman I spoke with, he doesnt care to help me whether I have cash or financing in had because either way he will get his money. To me sounds like a horrible type of dealership who only cares about money not trying to help sell a customer a car.

My only complaint is that they NEVER answer the phones in the service department. Last time I needed a service appt., I had to drive there in order to schedule an appointment for a later date. That is totally unacceptable. I have complained about this problem but nothing changes. They stated they are so busy they cant get to the phones.I cant schedule on line because my boyfriend and I each have a KIA and the system they use cant distinguish which car Im scheduling for. So, please get a dedicated person to handle the service calls.

Maintenance department is horrible . They have 4 people doing service and according to one of their employees they schedule an appointment every 5 minutes. I understand that they have a lot of other appointments and that customers have to wait but having them wait 4+ hours is simply ridiculous and inconsiderate of peoples time.

Was hesitant to come here but I scheduled a test drive for a Soul online. Sergio greeted me and was very patient with me and all my questions. I test drove two different Souls but they didnt have the color I wanted. Sergio searched for the Mars Orange one I wanted and found one in Moreno Valley, he got my financing approved quickly and for the monthly amount I was comfortable with. He then turned me over to Mario in financing and off he went to go pick up the car in Moreno valley!! Mario was very nice to work with, he was quick and had answers for all my questions and we finished the paperwork quickly and i went home. Sergio delivered the car to my house at 10pn and still took time to go over features with me! I was very impressed with the service I received here and Sergio and Mario were icing on the cake!! I love my new Kia Soul!! Thank you Sergio and Mario!

I would strongly suggest not coming here to purchase or lease a vehicle. When you need assistance with your vehicle staff gives you the run around and are not interested in providing quality customer service only in trying to get a sale. You should never have to call 4+ times and talk to 5+ people to get information on how to return your leased vehicle. Very unprofessional and dissapointing. Also when speaking to someone there the man rudely insisted I could only return my leased vehicle M to F when they are open 7 days a week even though I expressed I work M to F 8 to 5 and live an hour away. 5 people later and supposedly I can return it this Sunday. Which leads me to believe there are no set rules just employees that may or may not want to assist you.

Was looking for a larger car for our growing family. Saw the Kia Telluride and immediately fell in love with it. Called around multiple places to see what offers they had. We called Kia at Huntington Beach and talked to Serbando(Serbie) over the phone gave him all of the information that they needed to run while we got to the dealership. Once we got there everything remained the same as they quoted us on the phone. They treated us like family even though it was so late at night. Made us feel comfortable the whole time we were there. Serbando was extremely friendly and caring. Alejandro(Alex) their finance consultant really helped us through the paperwork and made the process really simple. He made us feel like family and we really appreciate everything they they did for us. Excellent Tier 1 Service. Would definitely recommend going there. I know we will definitely make another trip here in the future.

I saw TV ads on the local news from this dealership. The 24 month lease offer was a 2021 Niro EV for $2899 down and $149/mo. plus tax, registration, license. I initially was emailing and asked for VINs for vehicles that would be part of this offer. I wasnt provided any VINs but told by the sales rep that they did have vehicles for that offer. So my wife and I drove to the dealership. Turns out they didnt have anything except a top of the line model. For $2900 down, the monthly payment would be $384 and it would be a 36/mo lease. The rep said she didnt know what ad I was talking about but even if they had the base model, it would still be much more. Id be forced to buy mud flaps (yes, because SoCal has so much mud!), a pulse light so cars behind you notice when you hit the brakes, and locks for the wheels (these are not wheels anyone would steal), and all for the low, low price of ....$1495! Dont waste your time here.

I came in for a 2020 Kia Sportage based on a phone call I had with a rep, but it was sold right before I got there. Fortunately, our rep Liam helped us get a 2021 Sportage for an amazing deal and communicated with us throughout the entire deal. Could have been quicker bringing us back for paperwork and credit checks, as we waiting almost 3 hours just to finish the process, and I still have three dings on my credit report for unnecessary checks with 3 agencies, but I was able to drive home in my new vehicle that night, even after showing up around 4PM.

Where to begin. I dropped my 2010 Kia forte off on Tuesday for the regular scheduled 120 thousand mile maintenance. A day later later well a day and a half to be exact but the timer is still running as I write this. I did not receive a phone call when my vehicle was done. Eventually leaving me no choice yet to go to the dealership and claim my vehicle. After sadly paying the thousand dollars for labor and parts. I then had to wait upwards of 40 minutes before anyone could find my car. Overall not a great customer experience I would not recommend to bring your car here I would gladly recommend a reputable mechanic prior to ever Coming to this dealership for service. This dealership only reiterates the bad taste in your mouth and the over expensive bill that you will receive from most dealers. I will say they do have one solid employee in Cooper in the service dept. He was friendly helpful understanding. Overall great for Kia to keep him employed

I went in to check out the Kia Stinger GT2. I had initially emailed the sales rep named Tania who was very attentive and friendly, you can tell she strives for customer service in comparison to other salespeople. Upon arrival I saw that they were short staffed. The situation is understandable and the rep named Tania was busy with another customer. I was then assisted by another salesperson whos name is Mike if my memory serves me right. I was allowed to test drive the Stinger solo and I did in fact really enjoy the ride.I wanted to talk numbers but Mike was busy with other customers and said if I didnt want to negotiate I can just leave. I persisted and asked to see some numbers even though I had not yet received an appraisal from CarMax for my trade-in. The offer they gave me for my trade-in was pitiful to say the least. I said I would return some other day with a final number from CarMax and we can talk from there but they insisted we try to make a deal. I said sure lets see what you have to offer and we ran some quick numbers.When I said I wanted to lease the question was ignored and it seemed that they wanted me to finance it instead. Here is where the hilarious part comes in though. The finance person I spoke to didnt want to honor the MSRP of $53,280 or even answer my question about any current lease offers. Instead he told me with a straight face that the price was a firm 80k due to markup. What a joke, who in their right mind is going to purchase a Kia for 80K?! A truly insane markup. Everything soured from there on and it was time to walk.Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs, there are better Kia dealerships out there that honor MSRP or start negotiating at MSRP. Dont fall for their insane joke markups and do your research on the true sticker prices of these vehicles before you start looking.

I put in an inquiry on the Internet about a 2021 Kia Soul GT. I was immediately contacted by Max from Car Pros Kia in Huntington Beach, CA. We set an appointment for the next morning for me to test drive the car at 10:00. Max was prompt and even came in early to the dealership to accommodate my schedule. He took me for a test drive and showed me all of the features on the car and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was knowledgeable and very thorough.I instantly fell in love with the car and Max was able to get me the price I asked for with no haggling back and forth. After I purchased the car I had a few questions and Max was very accommodating and helpful and returned my calls promptly. I needed the mud guards on my car to be installed which inadvertently were overlooked when I purchased the car. Max saw to it that the issue was resolved immediately with little to no wait time for me at the dealership.If you’re in the market for a vehicle, Max is your guy. The sales portion of buying my new Kia Niro EV was actually good- Tania was very helpful and tried hard to take care of me. However, at the very end of the deal, AFTER I had purchased and insured the vehicle and was about to drive away in my new ALL-ELECTRIC vehicle, Milton Kahn very casually and unapologetically informed me that there was no charger available for my car. MY COMPLETELY ELECTRIC CAR. He said he would order one for me and that it would arrive in a week or two with a wave of his hand to show that it was not important at all. When I told him that I was going out of town in a couple of days and that I really needed a charger, he responded by telling me that the charger had been stolen. No offer to go to another dealership and get me one, or even to have the one hes ordering delivered to me. I emailed Bao Tran about it last week and still have not heard back. Im not impressed with the service. I feel bad for Tania because she has been trying so hard to have it be a good experience, but the people around her are not helping at all. Also, even though the website says 7-Day No-Hassle Return Policy, the finance guy told me there are no returns- he said its not a Ross where you can just return the shirt if it doesnt fit. Overall some seriously shady and rude behavior. I would not recommend this dealership.

Kia Sales took advantage of me. I came in to have them look.at my 2017 that had been in an accident. The talked me into leasing a 2019 Kia SoulEV. I was recovering from Cancer and suffering from depression. I am a senior citizen I came in alone. The payment was twice the amount of my 2017 Kia. I asked for help they convinced me to purchase the car. At the time I was not informed that they were combined old loan with new loan. My payments went to 1000. I was too ashamed to tell my family. When I did I wrote the President of Kia. Everyone was very negative and shared that it was nothing they could do. I will never ever buy another car from this dealership. They took advantage of my me due to my age gender and race. I suffer from depression and also fell and had to have my Achilles Tendon reconstructed. These heartless people didnt care. Last week I called them and surrendered the car. Unscrupulous business office dealership and owner, Mr. Bao. I believe in Karma. I predict this dealership will no longer exist in a few years from now. I am 70 years old 68 when I fell under the oldest trick in the book. Bait and switch. By the way according to carfax this dealership still has my 2017 Kia in use. They told me the damage was so severe it was a good thing I brought it in. Dont use this dealership. Go to Kia in Glendale. They were trying to help me. However I simply had no more fight left.

I called most of the KIA dealers in Southern California shopping for a 2022 Stinger GT RWD. Save yourself the headache and just call these guys and ask for Serbie. Unlike most KIA dealers, he didnt hesitate to offer me a competitive quote within minutes and even texted me all the numbers for my review. I accepted the deal, completed all the credit info online and he set up an Appt. with finance. When I arrived at the dealer the car was washed and fueled, ready for inspection. After a quick test drive I was in Finance where all the numbers were loaded and ready to go. Honestly, I dont think anyone could expect a better experience than what I received. This review is only in regard to the service center. I brought my Kia Soul that was broken into early Friday morning. I needed to replace the back, driver side window that had been shattered. I talked to Cooper who was helpful and let me know they needed to order the window and it would be 2 days. Cooper let me know that Kia doesnt do the work themselves they use a 3rd party but if I wanted it done it would be $355 dollars no problem. I contacted the glass person Kia suggested and they were really helpful but couldnt do the work until May 29th. I called Kia and got Mina on the phone, Cooper was busy and Mina could help me.. Mina said he could order the glass and needed payment up front, $ 488 dollar, huh? Why did the cost go up over $100 dollars? They need to use a special tool. This is what I was told? They needed to clean it out and a special tool is needed? I drive a Kia, I chose Kia out of all the car manufacturers and dealers and this is how they reward loyalty.

We had the pleasure to work with Serbie! He was very attentive and straightforward with everything. We had a clear idea of what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. He listened to everything we said and got right to work. Our initial visit did not have the color and model we wanted, however Serbie assured us that he would put a hold on the model we wanted once it arrived. Within a few days he contacted us and walked us through the paperwork. Everything was simple and quick. The next weekend we made the trip to beautiful Huntington Beach and completed a satisfying, haggle free, comfortable purchasing process! I bout a car 12/30 it had a defect/damage. We found out right before we left.We decide to leave the car and have them fix it. I call next day to confirm, have trouble reaching them. After 3 tries I get thru and I tell them i want to cancel the agreement and ask for my deposit back. They say its too late and cant give back the check or write a check.Anyways, long story short, I call many times and talk to many people. Sometimes I leave a message sometimes they hang up on me.In the end they write a check on January 11 and send it on January 15th. I get the check on January 22. Finally I get my deposit back.Finally its over. Its been frustrating and stressful wondering if I was getting scammed. But at least its over.Alma has been upfront and I appreciate it but she disappeared on me and I end up dealing with Gina in the end. I cant say the service i got was first class but at least they kept their word and sent me the money back

Experience this time around was ok. I had hoped to walk out with a sportage but after tossing and turning Im glad I didnt. Kia models are great and stylish but over the years price has increased.I didnt go with a kia this time around for credit reasons and wasnt wowed with their vehicles. I had my eye on the sportage but after driving it I was deflated. Staff is helpful however I feel they always pushed me for new cars considering I asked to see their pre-owned vehicles also. After 3 hours I decided to leave to another appointment at other dealerships and glad I did.Overall, please do come check their inventory as its bigger than Garden Grove and Irvine combined. I was satisfied with all kia cars I owned.

Fortunately, we made one last attempt and contacted Car Pros. We talked to Armin over the phone and he quoted us a killer deal and promised us no surprise mandatory add-ons and other rip offs. In contrast to the Irvine dealership he stuck to his word.When we arrived at the dealership we were promptly greeted by his assistant Nate, a genuinely nice and personable guy. If you think negotiating over the phone and looking at the dealership website to get all fees and real price is not possible you would be wrong. After calling more than a dozen dealerships and trying to get a price over the phone (especially with a COVID shopping difficulties) I finally got to speak to Serbando after I found red 2019 Kia Sorento on their website. We agreed on the price within 10 minutes and asked him to check if the car is actually on their lot since I dont want to drive 50 miles to find out that it isnt. He called me back and confirmed that it is. I told him to start with the paperwork and Id be there within 1 hour.I finalized the deal with very pleasant Alejandro in finance and while waiting for my car to be detailed I found out that Serbando is a big Denver Nuggets fan like myself. He even showed me his photos with Murray and Jokic :)This a very modern dealership and I highly recommend them. I was amazed when I got Serbandos business card to see his job title Internet Sales Specialist when most dealers wont even give you a price over the phone

HB Kia sells great cars. We bought a 2020 Niro EV Premium fully loaded in late December. Got a great deal for which we are grateful and happy. However, our experience with the Service department, accounting and just generally trying to get anyone to answer a phone has been one of the worst experiences we have had with a car dealership. No one seems to be home whenever we call(except sales). No one seems to care one way or the other about whether I am getting my questions answered. Sell a car and leave it at that -- youre on your own from that point on. I might buy a car from them again but I would not service it here or expect any other customer care experience worth talking about or worth recommending this dealership based on the service we have received to date. 4 stars for the sales experiences -5 stars for everything else.

BUYERS beware!!! On 03/07/21 Sunday, we made a purchase for a Kia Niro plug-in hybrid. We were assisted by Geo Kageyama from Sales, Michael & Alex from Finance. We electronically signed the Purchase contract & Kia Finance Co. application & documents with Alex in his Finance Office. However, we were told that the DMV website was currently down & all paper work will be sent to us after. It is now 03/15/21, eight days have passed & after multiple attempts (text & email), Alex has refused to send us our signed documents. How can a Dealership have their customers sign purchase documents & NOT provide them a copy??? This is also a violation of the California Auto Buyers Bill of rights.
