As the old saying goes - good things come in small packages. in the case of DeLillo Chevrolet they prove that a small, local, family atmosphere dealership can deliver on the selection, value, and service ended to compete with any of the mega-dealers. I was thrilled with the support I received from Phil on my new 2021 Silverado LT Trail Boss and the help from Mike in service with my old 2020 model when I took it back. Great people! The easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I worked with a salesman named Phil Bonds, what a good guy. Turned out there was paperwork that needed to be signed, Phil offered to drive it out to my house for signatures. I live 83 miles away from the dealership...talk about going above and beyond! No hassle, no funny business, no pressure. Just good people and good attitudes. I will absolutely buy from them again in the future.

I bought a 2015 sonic ltz from delillo. I took it in for a over heating problem and here I am 2 weeks later with no car . No return phone calls after multiple attempts. And many messages left at the service department. They told my daughter yesterday they have been busy and havent started the disassemble process yet my daughter without a car and they are to busy. If I could urge any of you DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They werent to busy to sell me a car. So I have called an attorney and if they dont give me some answers tomorrow then I will have no choice to take legal action. I will keep everyone posted. If I could give no stars I would have below is my daughter and her car at the dealership thanks delillo

Dropped our Yukon off for the safety passenger airbag recall. Phillip, the service advisor, said itd be done in an hour. Within 20 minutes, we got a call that our car was done. Nice dealership! Excellent service! Very friendly and professional! Definitely a thumbs up.

I love the service department here. I took my 2015 Colorado Truck in due to an engine light issue. In the past I have received excellent service at DeLillo Chevrolet and today was no exception. Roger, the service technician who assisted me was outstanding and went far beyond the scope of what I needed. Not only was the issue resolved, he checked my warranty so the cost was covered. In addition, he rubbed out a scrape on the front end of my truck due to me backing into a wooden storage shed where I live. My truck looks brand new thanks to Roger. Hes the best service technician Ive ever had the pleasure to deal with and thank you again DeLillo Chevrolet!

Was told one price over the phone and got another when I got there. Justin was nice, but I didnt come in to haggle. I know what I want and dont show up until I know what Im gonna pay. Dealer on the phone had an emergency and wasnt there, dont blame him. But, Manager Wendell stormed up saying he couldnt match it. Threw his employee under the bus and said hed compromise at halfway. Then stormed off. Justin comes back and shows me a quote with my trade-in on it. Quote didnt even have the Managers quoted price on it. This dealership tried playing me. Whats great is I ended up saving myself from this bad manager and SAVED MONEY ELSEWHERE. I GOT A LOWER PRICE SOMEWHERE ELSE. They couldnt match a price that was higher then what I got it for.I read several reviews before showing up to this dealership and I wanted to like this place. But, I dont appreciate how I was treated in this situation.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Delillo Chevrolet. I bought a 2017 Dodge Durango in February and for the most part, Im happy with the transaction. Unfortunately when I received my new license plates in March I noticed that my registration was to expire the end of May 2021 and not February 2022. I never received anything from the dealership as to why this was to be. The DMV was no help either and now Im fighting penalty fees with the DMV because they never sent out a renewal notice and I couldnt renew online because the DMV didnt recognize the plate number and VIN ID.

I had an absolutely great experience at Delillo Chevrolet and with Justin the very nice gentleman that help me purchase my 2017 Chevy Spark LT. Not only did he help process all my paperwork for my loan which was through my own bank,but he didnt try to add on any ridiculous warranties or hassle me for using my own bank, as was the case at some of the other dealership I had previously visited. He wasnt being pushy and was an overall pleasant person. He made my first car buying experience a breeze. I had visited a number of dealership prior to Delillo and none of them made me feel confident or comfortable but I felt at ease at Delillo. Ive had my vehicle for over 2 weeks now and Im still extremely happy with my purchase and experience. Definitely recommend Delillo excellent customer services. And the lobby area was clean, good music and coffee.

While I’m waiting for my new 2021 Chevrolet Trail Boss to be delivered, Tom Gardner the GSM was able to get some warranty work done on my GMC Yukon that another local dealership said that they couldn’t do under warranty. Phil in service worked his magic and got it all dialed in for me so I can sell it for the most money possible. Purchased a 2021 Silverado HD in March but with all the vehicle craziness going on, the factory-installed running boards were on backorder. Wed been traveling around the western US and as soon as the running boards were in stock, I was notified. We just returned to the area two months and 8200-miles later. Called up Katherine and scheduled the runningboard installation and an unexpected windshield replacement (courtesy of Randolph, ID) for this morning. Showed up and only a couple hours later, drove off. They completed the work in half the time I expected so I took a little run to visit the beach. After seeing so much of this beautiful country, its still so wonderful to be HOME. Thanks to my sales associate David, coordinator Katherine, and service writer Ivan.

He and his GM Tom worked with me and were patient while I took a couple days to sell my previous car privately. Justin answered my questions when I unknowingly contacted him on his day off. So you’re thinking about buying a car from DeLillo Chevrolet? Here’s my advice...pump the brakes and fasten your seatbelts. You will not believe how my wife and I were treated by this dealership. From the salesman all the way to the general manager. I will cite dates and times and include photo’s of text messages sent from the salesman to my wife. A little background on us. We are Huntington Beach residents. We have raised 7 adult children that are now between the ages of 23-31. We are both High School teachers and I was the Men’s & Women’s Head Track Coach at Golden West College for 29 years. We are well established in this community and between both of us we have a few thousand former athletes and students. I am 60 years old and have bought plenty of cars (new and used) from a variety of dealerships. So my wife wants a convertible Camaro and she finds one at DeLillo Chevrolet right here on Beach Blvd in Huntington Beach, about a mile and a half from our home. We visit the dealership on Tuesday 3/30 in the afternoon. We look at this silver 2019 convertible Camaro. The sticker was like 22,995. We like the car. I notice these scrapes on the passenger door and point them out to the salesman, Justin Bond. He asks me, “If I get these fixed, would you be interested in the car?”. I respond, “get this fixed and I will buy the car”. He goes to to get this cleared with his manager. He comes back out and says, “the car will be fixed by Friday. Can we make an appointment for you on Saturday?”. We agree and make an appointment for 9:00am Saturday (4/3). He calls us on Friday (4/2) and tells us they discovered a problem with the convertible top and since it is still under warranty, they are going to get it repaired but the car won’t be ready until Monday (4/5) because they are getting it repaired “off site”. So on Monday (4/5) at 12- noon, my wife gets a text from another salesman named John Buhs at 12 noon. He states, Justin is out of the office and they are waiting for the car to arrive at the dealership. My wife asks when we can come over. He says, “I’ll keep you updated”. He then says the car will be ready tomorrow (4/6), I hope that works for you. Then today, (4/6) John sends a text at 2:26pm saying the Camaro will be here at 4:30pm. My wife arrives at 5:00pm and is told the car is currently being sold to somebody else. My wife calls me, I head over to the dealership to talk to the general manager, Tom Gardner. He really has no interest in the story I just told and basically tells me, “That’s how we do business”. So at this point, it’s no longer about the car but more about how we were strung along by the entire sales staff at DeLillo Chevrolet and how they completely led us on, wasted our time, and deceived us through the entire process. I highly recommend you DO NOT do business with this dealership. I will be sharing this review on every platform related to purchasing automobiles. I am also reporting them to GM consumer complaints and I will be sharing this story with Mary Barra (CEO of General Motors) and the local BBB. Buyer beware! They make you feel like family members and care about insuring your satisfied with the work done even if you believe they missed something they will check to see that its correct(ed).98% of the work on my pickup has been by Delillo since December 1999. Once after having work done by an out of state Chevrolet dealer I had them check the billing statement to ensure things paid for were completed correctly, they werent. They also found some number of issues obviously done to cause downline problems and an outright dishonest add on. They called Detroit GM Legal office, everything was covered by Detroit GM, Delillo was authorized to repair/ correct everything. I new then Delillo would be MY go to dealership for life.

Went in for an oil change today, took everything I cared about out of the vehicle but left change in the center. When I got the vehicle back the stuff that was in the center with the change was in the cup holder and all the quarters and dimes and nickels were gone just pennies left. Management just wanted to give money back but not deal with the fact a thief works there. When I asked for a manager the service advisor said there wasn’t one on duty because it’s Saturday but took me to a sales manager instead. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE VERY SHADY EMPLOYEES

I have been taking my truck for service at DeLillo for awhile now... I have been working with Steve, but Steve moved on. Steve called me and recommended Tony De La Certa. As I expected, Tony took care of me. Got my truck fixed up, quickly and at the price quoted.I bought my truck at DeLillo, I will always service my truck to DeLillo and I recommend DeLillo.

I was so impressed with the streamlined process. I was able to make my appointment online, I got a text confirmation, I pulled up and was immediately greeted and taken care of, I requested a ride home and did not have to wait, and when I picked up the car, there was no line, and my car immediately showed up. It was as if all of the stars aligned and it was meant to happen! Thanks everyone!

Purchased a used car from DeLillo in Feb 2019, after we hand-shacked on the deal he came back 5minutes later and wanted to add another 500.- to the price.Now in Nov 2019 need to sell it and they offer 5k less to buy it back. Car is still in same condition with 15k miles more. Clearly they ripped me off tremendously.

As a customer when you act in a kind manner, therefore most of the time youll get professional service. My service Advisor Steve was top notch. He thoroughly explained what I needed done to my car. He is really knowledgeable and made sure he communicated with me of whats taking place with my car and how long it would take to do the job. Great customer service and the atmosphere was pleasant. My wife and I decided that our crossover suv was too small for our growing family. We are local in HB and decided to stop by DeLillo to browse Tahoe’s and see if we like them. We were immediately greeted by salesman Manny, and offers to show us cars with no pressure. He took the time to compare Tahoe’s to suburban to traverses, as he wanted us to truly be happy with our families new car. In the end, we purchased a Tahoe. The deal Manny and Wendell (finance manager) got us, was impressive, and no hassle. We got a great price on the car, a great price on our trade in, and an interest rate beating our credit unions. All and all the experience was by far my best when purchasing a vehicle.

Just got to Huntington from Vegas when my car broke down. These guys got me in quick, fixed the car in less than two hours, offered a shuttle service and even to pick us up and back to our hotel in the event that they couldnt fix the problem same day. Tony the service advisor was awesome.

If you want exception service with one of the sweetest people on the earth, go to VAN!!!! He was so sweet and caring; knew exactly what car he was showing and all the extra small bits that some other dealers might not point out. He even drove all the way out to my house just to get a signature on something we forgot. Anyone who shops at Delillo Chevrolet will definitely be taken care of to the fullest! :)

Everything was great except they blew off the wash. Car was just sitting unattended, keys in ignition, dirty. All the maintenance work was accomplished timely. Ivan is a terrific service writer !!
