Best cut, style & service I have had anywhere. Nancy has a can-do attitude working with my problem hair. Also, this salon was less expensive than the other competitor chain. Especially like her work ethic willing to please me. Im done with other salons. Thanks Nancy. 3/17/21.

I came to Lillian for a bleach and blue color and it turned out so so amazing!! I had such a great experience, definitely coming to Lillian again. It was also covid safe!!

I found a Salon to get my haircut, for the 1st time since I donated to Wigs for Kids last year and during COVID closures, yay!It just so happens a very nice lady by the name of Lillian, who is the owner of Fantastic Sams at Bella Terra and is taking appointments for her Salon, while following all cleaning requirements outlined by the government during their June opening. She fixed my A-Line cut and spruced it to my pre-donation preference. (I was hating the cut, I had.) Plus, I could bring my son with no issues since we were the only ones during my haircut.Unfortunately she has been hit hard by the closure and uncertainty of opening her salon to more people.

Everyone has been wonderful to me and my autistic grandson for 5 years. They take special care of him and he wont go to any other hair salon. Hes now an adult and they tidy up his beard and hair once a month and treat us like family. The the ladies are Nelly, Nancy and Jennifer. And they are hiding my gray like the pros they are.

The stylists were great and very professional and helpful.

Consistent excellence in service and styles. My hair is challenging, thick and wild. Jenn makes it easy for me to maintain between cuts and highlights. She is very quick as well.Nelly has a special knack with special kids. My grandson will only let her cut his hair for many years. Shes bonded with him and he trusts her. I recommend her to any other special needs moms out there.

Jenni is AWESOME. I love how she knows what color & cut works best for my face.

My stylist was Jennifer, Came in for color correction...she made it WORSE! It cost me $250 for her to screw my color up I mean I have patch work and stripes, I could cry. She did a decent cut and blow dry.

I asked for something very detailed and had already gone two three different salons that had no stylist that has ever done the cut I was asking for nor were they willing to try... I walked into Fantastic Sams and they were absolutely great not only did they have a stylist that had lots of experience with my specific request but couldnt help me right away because she had clients booked however they manage 2 have two more selestat were game to give it a try! Thats good service, thats professional. Ill be going back

I got my hair done with Nancy, she was polite. However, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did something completely different. She cut my hair ultra short. I dislike the cut so much and now I cant even grab my hair to hide it.

My stylist was Nancy. She was very nice and respectful. Without me having to ask, she took me to a private room to cut my hair because I wear hijab (a scarf covering the hair for religious reasons). Like I said, very nice woman.However, when I got home and my hair had dried, I realized my hair was obviously uneven in a view areas. She cut of 4 inches too much.I was so unhappy (to say the least).

It was my first time at this place, loved what sherri did to my hair she transformed my orange blonde to ice blonde . She is the best !!!!!

This is a great place for an expert hair cut. I have been coming here for five years and each time I leave I am amazed at the quality of their work.

Went two months ago got a great cut the hairdresser spent time and did a great job. Went back to the same person last week she washed my hair, cut my hair and I was done in less than 20 minutes guess she just wanted to get the next person waiting. Very bad job will not be going back every again.

Walked in last minute, twenty minutes before closing and my bf was able to get his haircut. His regular barber was booked, but this place did an OK job.

Went here for a cut and color my stylist was absolutley amazing and the color came out perfectly! definitley reccomend coming here!! staff was great but ask for nancy for color shes great!

Its exactly what you expect.

Had orange spots in my hair, was priced a different price then what I was told and once I paided the manager was giving attitude for the price I got from the stylists. Had to go somewhere else to get my hair fix. NEVER go back!!!
