I have been going to HB Beauty Supply & Salon for years. I am impressed with the available products, the friendly professional staff and convenient location. Most important of all, I go to have my hair appointments with Long. Long is a true hair color and care expert. I am always happy with the color and style when he is finished. 5 stars to Long and Salon.

Not even 1 star really but had to put to post would I give to a shop that has a terrible exchange/return policy...I went to them for a hair diffuser to attach to my hair dryer....the girl quickly found me one and said your in luck it is 30% off---what she did not tell me was that it was a final sale nor that you can only get store credits on any item they sale (bad, bad, bad)....at the register when I asked if it would fit my hair dryer she told me it was universal and should...at that point I asked if it didnt could I bring it back her reply was only yes....no explanation about return policy. She rang it up and said I will put your receipt in the bag which she did. When I got home tried on my hairdryer it did not fit-saw receipt for 1st time that said final sale on it, but of course thought they would honor a cash refund because of the situation and she said I could return it. Of course another girl than yesterday at the counter said it was a final sale no credit/no exchange, of course I lost it--she said she called manager (which was the girl that waited on me first) and she said she would give me a credit---I wanted my money back-they had not other diffusers and needed nothing at their shop. When I said I was not told any of your policies I was told there was a sign (which I never saw-it was 3 feet from cash register surrounded by product and other signs)....I will never go back there. There is an Ulta across the street with more product, better return policies and well trained informed employees----RECOMMEND EVERYONE GO TO ULTA!..I am going to spread the word and also YELP review them....maybe they will change their policies for the next customer.
