2015 Cayenne S. The intermediate service needed warning light came on around 48,000 miles.We recently moved to HB. No Porsche dealers very close and since the car was out of warranty we decided to try Autowerkes as they are only a few minutes from our home.I called our old dealer about the items needed just to compare what they said against Autowerkes. Interestingly the dealer said besides the standard Oil change and plugs we needed to change out the transmission fluid. And that was a big $$$$ number.When I called Autowerkes they said the transmission fluid didnt require changing until 160,000 miles per the maintenance schedule recommended by Porsche.So I had Autowerkes do just the Oil and plugs.I got a call from them later in the day that the brake pads on the front were extremely low. So I had them replace them as well.At the end of the day they called to let me know that after test driving the vehicle they believed the Transfer Case to be failing and were checking with Porsche to see if there were known issues. They would have an answer in the AM. Next morning they let me know an extended warranty was in effect but the work had to be done at a Porsche Dealer so I was given a specific contact at the dealer who was able to schedule the repair. No need to start the warranty dialogue with the dealer. Autowerkes greased the process along for me.I like the fact that Autowerkes offers complimentary shuttle. Thorough inspection so as to detect problems. And they clean and wash your vehicle.Great communications from beginning to end.

My car is still under warranty and Autowerks does all my service (If its a warranty issue, I go to the dealer, since its free). Though I am extremely OCD (I think most 911 owners are), I completely trust these guys. I was there last week for front breaks. First of all, they charge about half the price as the Porsche dealer, using the same factory parts (I think their baseline for Parts is OEM). You make an appointment, show up, they give you a ride to the car rental place. They call you a few times with updates (usually more than what you get from a Porsche dealer in a week when they have your car), Come back in the afternoon and believe it or not your car is ready, washed and detailed.At the end, you keep half your money. This is the third time and they do an excellent job, more important, they back their work. And if you need something in an emergency, you dive there and they will take care of it on the spot.

If you own a Mercedes, Porsche, or BMW this is where you need to go. Great mechanics that fix your car right the first time are just part of the equation. This is a business that you can trust - their prices are fair, they dont B.S. you, and they provide excellent service. Ive been coming here for years and if I can ever get the kids through college, Ill feel comfortable buying an older Porsche since I know that Ill be able to maintain it with the help of AutoWerkes.

Engaged them to do a PPI on a Cayman I had agreed to purchase from a classified ad pending the PPI result. The cars owner was a customer of theirs and they had serviced the car while he owned it. They asked me the purchase price and then one of their employees reached out to the owner and convinced him to sell to them instead for the same price.This car was advertised at a $13k discount because Autowerks had quoted $15k to fix it. The car ran great but the diagnosis was based upon finding small metal particles in the oil filter. No further diagnosis was done after that.
