I didn’t intend to post publicly, but I can’t seem to get a call back from American Tire Depot regarding this issue.I took my wheels & tires to this location to be mounted and installed on my car. The associates that assisted and greeted me were great and the technician that mounted the tires on my wheels did a perfect job - low profile tires on 20” wheels are difficult, and my wheels left this location as good as new.The issue was regarding the lug nut torque. My car has exceptionally high torque required - 129 lb ft. I was sitting in a spot where I was able to watch an associate (different than the one who mounted the tires on the wheels) put the wheels on my car. I saw them use an impact on my lug nuts and then NOT torque the wheels down. Once my car was pulling out front, I asked them what it was torqued to. They told me 110 - wrong answer, but also untrue.When I got home, the driver’s side was about 20 lb ft under-torqued and the passenger side was over 40 lb ft under-torqued! I had a road trip planned that afternoon and my wheels legitimately could have fallen off my car if I didn’t have a torque wrench at home. I have a pretty popular car, so there’s no way this hasn’t happened to others here.TLDR - great job up until the person actually put the wheels on my car. Lug nuts were way, way under-torqued.

Car repairs can be really expensive and it’s hard to know who to trust when you are new in town.Until recently I haven’t had to get any major work done on my car. This is the second place I’ve gone to and it looks like it will be my go to place. I had a combination of urgent and less urgent repairs which would have all cost me a considerable amount. The manager, Mike, was more than willing to work with me and gave me a great deal. I highly recommend this business.

Id like to thank Mike and all the guys at American Tire Depot for their excellent service and professionalism. Ive had tires installed on both of my cars and when I left there I felt very confident that Mike helped me pick the best tire for the needs and driving that I do. I give two thumbs up for the Huntington Beach store.

I have been trying to get my tire fixed that had a slow leak for a few days now. Every place I called said they were too busy. I took a chance and drove to American Tire Depot and was pleasantly surprised. They removed my tire and put my spare on so I didnt have to wait around. When I came back to get my tire (which had a nail in it) a few hours later I was told there was no charge! Wow, what a nice service. I will definitely be back. Thank you Logan and staff for making my day!

I didnt expect to spend a lot of money but, I guess my car needed a few things and David took care of me. He was nice and pleasant and gave me the best rate he could.Most of all Im glad he gave me the promotional deal where theres no interest charge as long as you pay it off within 6 months.

I had a nail in a tire on my brand new car. The dealership wanted to replace the tire, but suggested taking it to a local tire store. I looked up American Tire Depot and called. They quickly offered to let me come in this morning, first thing, and theyd take a look at it.Mike greeted me promptly at 8:00a on the dot! He gathered the details and then had me relax in the waiting area (super clean and didnt smell like tires). In about 30 minutes he let me know it was fixed - and they did this as a complimentary service. I was shocked! Completely ABOVE AND BEYOND - and the interactions with their other customers arriving first thing - its clear this location has an established rapport with their customers and they enjoy returning here for all of their tire needs.I will be, too.Thank you Jose for the repair! Very efficient! Ordered my tires and services online, made appointment for next day. Dropped off car, verified services, and got a call shortly after recommending brake pads and rotor service. After okaying, service found coupons and some discounts to help me save a few $$. Car was ready quickly and service manager went over everything throughly. Tires are great, brakes are great, oil and filters great...car running the best it ever has. Highly recommend!

These guys did a great job. Mike helped me once I got to the location and Tony had helped me over the with placing my order for my tires. I ended up with 4 new tires, alignment, and an oil change. I didnt even have to ask Mike to fill my tires with Nitrogen or to give me the road hazard coverage for the new tires. It was already included with the price quoted. I was at the tire store at 8 am today and Mike ordered tires for me to come in around 2 pm. He told me to bring my car back then so I did and dropped it off at 2 pm. He told me it would be ready by 6 p.m. I arrived at 5:45 p.m. and my car was still in the same spot with no new tires. I asked the guy at the desk what had happened and he didn’t really know what had happened. Mike was not available and it was very poor customer service. I would at least expect a phone call from them letting me know they weren’t able to get my car done. I don’t RECOMMEND this place to anyone! I need to drive my car long distance this week and my mechanic told me I needed new tires, now I am stressed because they didn’t get done and I planned my entire day around the tires. Go somewhere else!

They got my flat tire dialed in really quickly. It was a special tire that needed to be ordered and they were able to have it there in 2 days and installed under an hour. Great pricing and so grateful I found them!

This tire shop is terrible! They have zero urgency in their work. I have given them three different business opportunities and each time they have taken triple the time to work on the car, they call to say its finished only to show up and the car has not even been worked on. They are overpricedThe manager lost my keys and couldn’t find them for 30 plus minutes. This business is unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone. Please avoid at all costs! Waste of time and money. Do not use!

I will be a forever customer here! Mike and his assistant are absolutely amazing! On Christmas Eve I was running errands trying to get Christmas dinner items, went to Sonic to get a quick snack when I realized my passenger back tire was on 4 psi. Knowing it was nearly on all rim I called my husband to let him know what was going on. He called Mike and it was almost closing time - he literally told my husband that he would wait for me! On Christmas Eve when him and his assistant were on their way home to be with their families... they waited for me. I aired my tire up enough so as not to ruin the rim and rushed over! He was so good to me, so welcoming, caring and made sure we were well taken care of! Little did he know, just the day before we had quite the scare with our dog and had to send him to the puppy ER. When my tire was flat the thought crossed my mind - what was going on that these little things were trying to steal our joy! Mike and his helper made it all seem like a Miracle! I teared up in his garage... thinking this is what Christmas is all about. But then I realized... its really what humanity is all about. Mike you are amazing! Thank you! We have committed to come there anytime we need servicing to our vehicle... the best part is... if he is mentoring his partner to be like this, can you imagine what the whole staff is like??? I went here in need of desperate help literally 5 minutes from closing. Spoke to Mike and explained my situation instead of turning me away like most shops he told me to pull my car in and helped me. Mike understands customer service like no other, not only did he take my car in but he made sure all his customers ever doing okay and even thanked us for being patient. Multiple times he asked if we needed anything making sure we were treated like friends and family. I dont know who owns this place but he needs to be in a higher position than he is. There is not alot of people like Mike out there in the work place so when you find someone as hard working and caring as him, you place him at the highest position possible within your company. Came in yesterday for a tire that was low on air. Not only did they check my low pressure tire, but they checked all 4 tires for punctures and leaks. Didnt charge me anything except for the oil change I had them perform. Highly recommended!

I leased a brand new Kia in January, and somehow ended up with 2 flat tires on the right side. Even though my car is under warranty, Kia was going to charge me just to take a look at it! Not even including the cost to fix it!We called up Andy at American Tire Depot and not only did he offer to take a look at it at no cost, but he ended up fixing the tires FOR FREE!I am blown away by the incredible service from Andy and the team members at American Tire. 10/10 recommend, they truly take care of you and are willing to go above and beyond. 4 hrs to put 4 new tires and to do an alignment and I made an appointment at 11 am and that didnt mean anything why schedule appointments If its still gonna be first come first serve not to mention I have take my vehicle back cause my car is pulling to the left now for there alignment adjustment they made when I dont thing l think I needed one from the start will not go back after they fix my alignment should be 0 stars

Went in there towards the closing of their day and I was greeted by smiling face I believe his name was net or nat very knowledgeable fellow he filled up my tires for free to the right pressure and also advised me that I should replace one of my back tires and when I got home I saw it and he was totally right I didnt have the money for the new tire but he was very knowledgeable about the the specials and he assured me Id get the best deal there and you know what Ill be coming back tomorrow for that tire

American Tire Depot on Beach Blvd. in Huntington Beach is the best! I was prepping to make a 3 hour drive and on the way to the freeway the tire low pressure icon along with a constant dinging sound could not be ignored. The customer service was excellent and they quickly determined my tires were fine but two of the pressure sensors were dead. They replaced the sensors and I was on the road in about 45 minutes! Their pricing was more than fair! Thank you Jeff and Mike for being so awesome!

The tire gauge on my vehicle was popping on randomly and I asked my friend to help air it up and have a look, assuming I had a slow leak or something. He does an inspection, finds a tiny nail and proceeded to fix it. Apparently, my tire was being feisty and needed more attention as the plug didn’t do it. Soooo...I found myself googling tire shops in my area last night after work and prepared to have to decline being upsold on new tires and a bunch of hassling over my flat, I trekked over this morning. Andy is on the phone when I arrive and the other guy is just pretending I don’t exist. I am almost annoyed that it’s going to be an ordeal already. After several more minutes of him running around and manning the phone alone, Andy is back and asking to help. I briefly explain the issue. He asks me to fill in a bit of info and asks if I’m going to drop it off or wait. Says it’ll be about 45 to and hour to have a look. I decide to wait and head over to the sitting area to drink my coffee until they tell me what’s what. Within less than 45 minutes, Andy is back with my keys and says I’m all set. Uh? What does that mean? As in fixed? Yes. I’m heading to the register and he says, “No you’re good to go. It’s free of charge.” Wait! What?!?! Is he serious? Nooooo! Yes! He had my tire fixed, free of charge! I am still shook. Andy is a gem and he made this whole tire issue a breeze! I will def be back if a tire need arises! Thank you to Andy! I would def recommend him to all my girlfriends!

I have used this store twice. They are very close to my house. The first time I had a flat and went in to have it repaired. They did it quickly and surprisingly at no charge.Last night was the second time. I hit a curb tow blocks from their store. I broke the side wall and the tire had to be replaced. I chose to replace all four. I arrived there at 5:55 PM I think that they close at 6:00 PM. Mike welcomed me and said that they would stay as late as necessary to get me back on the road. He gave me a very good deal on the tires and alignment. All of the technicians were friendly and respectful. I had the car aligned twice in the last 18 months and it was still pulling. It no longer pulls. It drives straight as an arrow.

Came here the first time for a flat repair and I was so impressed that I decided to come back when it was time for new tires. Very good customer service, friendly, great competitive pricing. You can even borrow a beach cruiser from them to cruise down to the beach while you wait.

I come to American Tire Depot regularly for all my tire issues. Normally, they will just correct my tire pressure at no charge, only asking that I return as a customer. Today I actually ended up needing a new tire, and they were fast, nice, and well priced. This is a great, service-oriented business whom I will continue to patronize and recommend highly to others!

Im kinda surprised with all these good reviews about how helpful the staff were. Not in my case.I visited the place for a tire change and the guy in the front didnt even looked at me, he was talking to another client, when the client got up to leave the phone rang (never said sorry ill be right with you or anything, still invisible). When he hung up he just looked at me and nod his head, I said good morning, another nod from his end and from that moment I felt that I was doing him a favor that I was at his store. Super rude and cold person. I cant judge his work because he didnt have my tire so i cant really tell anything about it, but for sure that was the last time Im stepping my foot on that place.

As a single woman I am often thought to be easy money when it comes to car repair. I didnt feel like that at all here. These guys treated me with respect, explained everything, and answered all of my questions regardless of my redundancy. They were quick, professional and courteous. I had called around for tire mounting and these guys were the best price plus they inspected several other items for me. I am very pleased I chose American Tire Depot. In 2017 I bought tires from American Tire Depot. Lifetime rotation included, although rotations are normally included in most oil changes for me. I went back to have a tire rotation and Mike said I needed an alignment too. He offered me a good deal for 3 yrs unlimited alignments. Which means I will probably get a good 2 for 1 deal. I was happy with my service. Mike was very thoughtful and helpful. He wasnt pushy he just offered and let me think about it. He was also great in Customer service, as I really appreciated when he told the guy who stepped in front me in line that I was there first and he would get to him in a minute. That made me feel valued as a customer. Also, my car was done fast and ready to go within the time frame - faster- then he estimated for me. You cant beat any of that! Thank you Mike , I will be back!
