Me and my husband We’re out and while we we’re driving back home we Accidentally hit a plastic rubber on the road with a metal piece on it and we ended up having a flat tire so we tried looking for a tire place near by but my tire was under pressure so we called AAA and they couldn’t fix it the guy tried helping for 30 mins and nothing and then we decided to try to find a location and we found a Hans Imports literally across the street from us,We asked for his help he was super busy but he helped us out really quick and he was so helpful and very fast and he didn’t even charge us so we want to thank him for all the amazing help, Thank You so much

Was going to Hans for 20 years and then moved to East Coast. Came back to SoCal for a visit and needed service (20 years later). Called them up made an appointment and got same service that I remembered. Hans Jr. just like his Dad and enjoyed talking to him about the business and his Dad. Only wish they were 3,000 miles closer to me.

My experience at Hans Imports was excellent. My twelve-year-old Honda CRV had a problem with its a/c heater (no hot air) and was due for routine maintenance. As always, Hans Imports communicated solutions, costs and options in a timely, professional and friendly way, completed repairs within the time frame given, and went out of their way to help solve a chronic problem with our fuzzy plastic headlamps. Hans Imports is super duper!! (I have been their customer for over forty years and I cannot say enough good things about this Huntington Beach family-owned business)

Diagnosed a problem 5 other mechanics could not, could not get the part to fix on a 90 VW but at least we believe we know the problem now, and did not charge me an arm and a leg.

We have gone to Hans Imports for years after we couldn’t get our old Mercedes to pass smog. They did a wonderful job on the repairs needed and she passes smog every time now. We just had them work on our Volvo Wagon which we thought had a leaky head gasket. We were fine with the quoted amount but when they took her apart it wasn’t the head gasket after all. They made the necessary repairs charged us half of what the original quote was and she is running great!! They have alway taken great care of us and our old “beasties”.

Despite a full garage and parking lot, Hans took on the work of my cars 100,000 mile checkup and maintenance plus a special request outside their normal domain. The car was ready by the end of the day with a recommendation on the special request and a warning about additional work needed during the next checkup. Great work delivered on time at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be back for that next checkup.

This is by FAR the best, fairest and most honest auto repair place in the OC (and maybe even LA too)! All repairs are fully explained -- not only what is being done but why it is needed. Hans will tell you if a repair is not needed and always takes into account the value of the car. For example, if your car is worth $3000, he will tell you that it is probably not worth investing more money than the car is worth if it is not absolutely necessary to make the car run well and safely. A great alternative to any dealership for repairs. . . .

A neighbor referred me to Hans for servicing my Toyota RAV4. I had always taken my car to Toyota dealership for service and the last two times was not satisfied with the overall service department. A friend referred me to Hans and I will always be grateful for that. In at 8:45 and out at 10:00; was given a recap of all that was done to and for my car by courteous personnel, the waiting room and accommodations were immaculate. The cost for the complete 50,000 mile service was probably less than half of what Toyota would charge me. I cant say enough for this place and cant see myself taking my car anywhere else.

Ive been taking my cars to Hans and the guys for over 20 years.Always fixed right-helpful-honest and provided me with a ride home.As for the guy who called for an oil change quote and never brought his car in. It may have been $20.00 cheaper at Hans too after he inspected it. Always quaranteed--NOT A CRAP SHOOT.That was RUDE and misdirected. Youve never been there--I have!! They are awesome.Hans is always on the premises to talk to if you want too as well as Jr. This is the best and most honest place in town!!

Hans Imports gives the best service I have ever had. I came to them on the recommendation of a fellow worker, after a dealership tried to sell me service and parts I didnt need. Hans has been our car guy forever - honest, excellent service, friendly.

First time I took my car there the service was great and they fixed what I needed. A month later what they fixed started giving me problems so I took it back. They immediately wrote it off as the problem being something else and not owning up to the fact that they caused the problem. They charged me for a service I didnt ask for and that wasnt needed, and my car is still having the same problem.

I do love Hans Imports. Been using their superb services for over 25 years, even when my cars were brand new. I felt respected as a woman car owner. I know I was provided only the services I needed and at great prices compared to service flyers I received from the Nissan dealership.My 1997 Nissan Maxima lasted 310,000+ miles (until an accident) due to the great and regular care it received from Hans. And at fair prices with wonderful customer service. I think it would have gone to 400,000, except for the accident.Hans service reps are happy to explain repairs and to discuss alternatives. Their services are completed promptly. And they are honest. They told me on 2 occasions (old cars) that time was limited and that I should start looking for a new car.I have a new Infiiniti now. I will be taking it to Hans for service. The dealership people are nice and the service expensive, but I trust Hans completely and I know I will be charged a fair and reasonable price.And I have recommended Hans to all of my friends. Those who have tried Hans out continued to use Hans, even from Sacramento and other faraway places.
