Convenient scheduling and knowledgeable !!Explained everything so I understood what was going on and the repair works. No more problems - Yay !

This company was referred by First American as well. It has been a month since the technician came in and stated that he was going to place the order and I havent heard from them. I posted two messages in a week with First Home Warranty and they posted on the website that someone was going to contact me but after 4 days no one has it. I am a realtor and I always had refer my buyers to home warranty, so today I reached out to my rep. and submitted a formal complaint. I am pretty sure the issue is going to be resolve but it should be happening.

Terrible. Got directed to them from First American Home Warranty. They came out to examine a dishwasher leak. Found it was a fill hose. Told us they do not do this work that we should go to Home Depot and do it ourselves. What!? I have the ticket they gave us to prove that. Cancelled my First American Home Warranty policy too! They are terrible as well. They said the contractor had to file a report to replace a fill hose! What? I thought they told you too that they didnt do that work? Somebody is lying! Save your money.

The absolute worst, the guy came out 7 times to fix my dishwasher (always late). The last time he came he stunk up my entire house and asked my girlfriend to send him to pictures because he left his phone in the car. Kept saying it was a different part every time. Sent from First American home warranty. Situation got so bad I had to cancel my warranty and buy a brand new dishwasher. Don’t listen to anything this clown says.

I was referred to Centurion through First American Home Warranty for a broken dishwasher. A technician was sent and indicated the dishwasher needed a new control board. I was told he would get the approval from First American, order the part, and schedule a follow up appointment to fix the dishwasher. I never heard back despite being charged. When I called Centurion to follow up I was told they had closed the claim because the dishwasher was fixed. When I attempted to explain that the dishwasher had not been fixed I was met with a very argumentative and rude individual who refused to send out a technician to complete the repair. I am now working with the home warranty to have another company start the process again. I would avoid any contact with Centurion Appliances in the future and if referred by a home warranty I would ask for a reputable company with more than 1 star ratings.
