Andrew has NO BUSINESS being in customer service if youre going to be rude about answering questions especially to the elderly that dont know much about what youre supposed to answer in a professional manner. Thats what you got certified for. I know youre all short staffed but I work in hospitality and I would NEVER deal with anyone in the fashion that he did, especially if its MY JOB to answer these questions. You dont be condescending, you answer the question in a professional tone and leave your bad attitude at the door. Weve switched pharmacists today because of this. It might be out of the way now but well worth it for the poor customer service weve been receiving from this location these last few days.
Had what i needed and very helpful staff
I love this store! Its a great place to work, kept very clean and full of super nice people that are happy to help whenever you need anything. Pharmacy staff is kind and knowledgeable. Management is great at coordinating shifts & the floor so no one is doing the same thing constantly - this is a great way to teach everyone how to navigate the store and help customers more efficiently. Ive only worked here for a few months but Ive learned so much already and I really enjoy my job.
Not being a Walgreens “member”, I made the mistake of purchasing something from them. I paid with a credit card and did not grab my receipt in an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19. After getting home, I realized I had no need for the product I just bought so I returned to the store for a refund. That’s when the nightmare truly began. I was told they could not provide a refund because I didn’t have the receipt, even though they found the transaction in their system and I had my ID and the credit card I used to buy it with. Instead, I was offered store credit which I have no need for considering how infrequently I shop there. Of course, I settled for store credit because nothing else could be done but it really irritates me the more I think about it. Every merchant I make purchases from frequently has a completely different return policy. There’s no need for a physical receipt when want to return something a bought from Amazon. They’re hassle free return policy is just one of the many reasons why stores like Walgreens and CVS are struggling while Amazon continues to soar to new heights. I hope Walgreens either catches up to the times or gets the heck out of the way of businesses who provide much better consumer experience.
Always clean and organized, employees are helpful and very polite.
Great selection!
Sideways stares from the pharmacy like Im gonna hold the place up every time Im there. Its hilarious, but rude. I stopped going when when I dropped off my prescription, they said 20 minutes, then 45 minutes later said they dont even have it, come back tomorrow morning. I did. They forgot to order it, come back the next day. I did, theyre now on back order and they need another 3 or 4 days. Then when I asked for the prescription back, they said they cant give it back its too late. Well whatever. CVS and Meijer dont have this problem. They get cool holiday decorations though.
I been struggling with a cold for over a week. Talked to the pharmacist and was very helpful with recommendations on what to take. Along with that she had a great bedside manner.
At this somewhat busy location, Ive only received top-notch service in every department. In particular, the pharmacy is excellent, helpful, concerned, and proactive with advise and counsel with respect to drug interactions and education. I have to take a lot of meds for various chronic issues, and in that respect, I trust these people with my life. I feel like they take that responsibility seriously.
Love this one. South of town Walgreens need to train their staff better.
This Walgreens is very rude and the staff is really not helpful. I walked in a while ago and was confused about the difference between two products and asked an store associate who was stocking similar products on the shelf about them. The associate sighed like she was annoyed about my question and said I dont know and walked off! I talked with the manager who acted like I was bothering him. He said hell handle it. I came in today and that employee still was there! In fact, she looked at me and then rolled her eyes and walked off. This Walgreens seems to prefer their own rather than the customer. You know, THE ONE WHO PAYS THEIR CHECKS! If you dont want mediocre service, dont come to this Walgreens.
Never will I go to this location again! The lady named Emily that works there was beyond rude when I asked for assistance. Then started chatting with another associate while ignoring the customers that were trying to get in and out. Terrible service
If I could I would rate this -five starsI dropped off a script Friday morning and now it is Tuesday morning and it is finally ready. Thank God this is not a medication for a serious health condition.dropped off the script on Friday they stated that they would need to speak to the doctor to get clarification. At 5 that evening she had not been contacted so she called them. The Pharmacist she spoke to had no idea why it was put in for review. She told him what i had told her, that the titration directions needed clarification. He said thank you and added that info to the script. She asked if any other information was needed and he stated no.I called around 6-7 that evening and it was still not ready.I called the next morning around 9am and it still was not ready. I requested the script to be sent to the Miamisburg branch because i live in that area. I was informed by the Miamisburg branch that they needed the number of pill to be given. I called the Huber location again and asked why this was not dressed when the Doctors office called. He could not answer this question. I reminded them that they have had this script for over 24 hours and they have not attempted to fix this situation because I had to have my Doctor call, they have not made any attempt to call her office.Monday evening still no call from the pharmacy to my Doctors office. I asked that she please call again. After she called Miamisburg and found out it was never send over she called Huber and provided the information, she also reminded they that i had requested this script to be transferred to the Miamisburg locationTuesday morning 10am the script is finally ready at the wrong location. So yet again i have to call they and request it transferred to Miamisburg. This situation is unprofessional and a case of laziness.
