Daniel and Taylor at Mattress Firm are very helpful and knowledgeable on all Products they have to offer. We spent over an hour discussing different product types and what mattresses have to offer for cooling and support. They are very informative. We were charged with finding a new bed for my elderly mother. Of course quality and price were a consideration as we had a budget to consider. We have seen the mattress firm adds on TV so we stopped into one of the showrooms. we actually visited both the Springfield Ohio as well as the Huber Heights Ohio stores. Both of the sale people were excellent to work with. They listened to our needs and helped my Mother to make some choices as to the type of bed and frame she needed. She had never owned an adjustable bed before so she needed some help in that area. After discussing the options we went back to the Huber Heights store to make the purchase. Taylor the sales manager was friendly and professional and as this was to be delivered and set up for my Mother in an assisted living home she is moving to he added delivery and setup at no additional charge to her. Great store Great staff. We will be back.

I had done my research and was going to get a the mattress I had researched but after my husband and I got to Mattress Firm and talked to our sleep expert Taylor Ware at the Huber Heights store he helped us figure out what was best for us. Let me just say Taylor was not only helpful he is so very nice and understanding on what we needed. He took his time showing us different mattresses. Also had us laying down on them. He truly knows his stuff when it comes to mattresses. Let me just say not only did we buy a new mattress we also did a upgrade from what I had researched. Now I can’t wait for my mattress to come. Customer service is phenomenal! Taylor knew his product, asked probing questions so that he could meet my needs, and took the time to educate me. I went to Mattress Firm first and compare shopped at 4 other locations. They all seem to have pretty much the same inventory and the same sales for the bigger ticket items. Overall, a very good experience. Dan was a helpful, pleasant salesman, and followed up on his word. He was willing to work with me. The mattress itself is worth the cost. I’ve never been one to invest in a mattress costing several thousands of dollars. I’m glad I made this jump, it’s the most comfortable bed I’ve experienced. I get great sleep on it. Delivery was timely. What kept me from a 5 star review was the professionalism of the other staff person at the store. There was a comment made that was unprofessional, and unsupportive of his coworker. Otherwise I would recommend this store and the BEAUTYREST BEYOND FIRM mattress.

After researching online for a new mattress at several different vendors, we decided to first check the Mattress Firm Store in Huber..we live only 10mins from the store..and Im glad we went there first.There were several customers in the store, and everyone was wearing a mask..which made us feel safe. We were greeted by sales associates Taylor and Daniel, who both asked us to look around while they helped the other customers.I had already taken the mattress quiz on their website and knew what mattress was suggested. Taylor came over and asked my wife a few questions about her sleeping positions (shes the one that felt we needed a new mattress), and he suggested another mattress..which my wife loved.We brought that mattress, and it was delivered and setup yesterday. It was a painless experience buying from Mattress Firm, we felt no pressure at all to buy.

My Husband and I bought a mattress from you in May of 2017 during a Memorial Day sale. We got box springs a frame and the mattress. Well recently we had to do a claim on the mattress because it started to sag in the middle of the bed. The claim was approved... What we found out from here is why Im upset. We LOVED our original Mattress- We wanted to do an even exchange. We wanted the same mattress that was it. When we get to the store we are told that our Claim only gave us the amount of money we bought the mattress for and we couldnt get another mattress on sale price, they also didnt have our original mattress. Im still having a hard time understanding if our mattress was defective considering we had all the support beams and box springs were still in fantastic shape why we were not able to get the same mattress or a mattress equal to what we had.. Long story short the gentleman helping us takes us to a small section of the store pointing out a mattress that is a pillow top and said it was our only option if we didnt want to pay any additional money. This mattress was completely different than our original comfort wise! Considering it was our only option we said fine. The sales person said we would be getting our mattress delivered on Thursday the 14th and had to add a pillow because the mattress was less than what we spent originally and because its a warranty claim you cant get money back (Which I didnt want any money back so that was fine). Wednesday came and I had to call the store and find out why I didnt get my delivery call. I was able to speak to Taylor I believe the manager and he said he remembered the situation and our Mattress was moved to the 16th. It was a mistake fine that happens.We will NEVER buy another mattress from this company because of how we were mislead and the fact that we feel the Warranty Claim is NOT actually a Claim. We should of been able to get the exact same mattress or equal to with our Warranty regardless of the cost of the mattress at the time we claim the warranty! We had our mattress for ONLY 3 YEARS... Its ridiculous and your company should explain the Claim process when people purchase from you!!!

My friend, who lives in Colorado, tried to purchase a mattress for her elderly mother, who lives in Indiana where I also live. I was going take care of getting it to her mother. They had what she wanted and prepared the purchase only to tell her they couldn’t get their online payment system to work and had been having problems for a few days. Evidently they can only take online payments at this time....but it doesn’t work so they can’t sell mattresses. I could have gone to the store and paid for it. We purchased a mattress at another store.
