The store was half of what it use to be. All the great stuff was gone. Tervis glass section gone, vibrating/massaging chairs gone. Animal section didnt see. Some of the good pillows gone. Not like it use to be!

Walked right past what we were looking for, but a very nice young man showed us where it was (without rolling his eyes!).

I was having trouble finding some home accessories, so this place was recommended. It was my first time here, They at least had a better selection than the other places, but more expensive. Some other items seemed to have better prices.

Its clean, well lit, well organized, and usually full of stuff Im not interested in buying.Its full of as seen on tv products, linens and beddings, and all kinds of things of that nature.Too be honest, I always forget its even a place. But it definitely deserves 4 stars for the attention to detail, as well as the aforementioned qualities, and the service it provides.

Appreciate them actually carrying organic sheets and comforters made out of real materials unlike the store 30 minutes south of here, which was a complete waste of my time. Claude and Julia were both helpful as was the manager Jessica despite me being a bit stressed out while on the phone. Thank You. Kudos

Nice home store with various items for sale. Youll find those items that your all inclusive stores do not sell and here they are of higher quality.

Love the coupons and the sales! Ive had great quality merchandise and will shop there again. Like the curbside pick up option. Great for when Im in a rush or find a great online deal.

Yikes! Is this place going out? It was interesting. Very disorganized. Visibly loosing ground with buyers. Really sad. Use to be vibrant and friendly. It was like going to a fire sale but nothing much was on sale. Prices seemed to be higher than normal. Sometimes Ive seen that practice when a place is going out. I hope its not, but it seems that way. The Home store is across the street. Very impressive. Lower prices. Huge selection. I would go to the Home store before I would go to this place. While they decide what they are going to do. The Home store will take about 1 hour to casually go through the store. It is massive. Overwhelming.

Staff, friendly and helpful.

All employees kept running away from me and I could not find what I was looking for. And on way out cashier was playing on her phone. No contact at all from employees and wasted time going there.

It seem they dont have as much stuff as they use to.

Best place ever. Got a nice body pillow case for my dad. It was great.

The best thing about this location is the free wrapping station! I think its worth the extra drive, just to get this taken care of before leaving the store!

Staff was helpful. Found a tub drain protector to block hair from going down drain that works better than product used previously.

Good place to search for gifts and other home and kitchen items.

Great place to shop if you want to mop up the savings! Clean store, shelves are neatly organized and fully stocked with the latest items from the BB&B circular, interesting displays that beckon you to look closer AND very courteous employees willing to go the extra mile to help you.

Great place to find needed household items at reasonable prices. So much to see. They have so many quality products and name brand products as well. I loved shopping but watch out you may buy more than you intended. Thats a good thing!

Go into get one thing come out with things you dont need. Prices are a bit more than Walmart but you can find things that may last longer there than from Walmart.

Staff was excellent and helped me order my product online as it was out of stock in the store.

They literally had EVERYTHING Ive been meaning to get but havent had time to go find. Even found the perfect birthday present for my nieces 3rd birthday. Also found a 2 year pocket calendar, fall window clings for my office at work, and the pillows I originally stopped in for! Great prices on all my items. Last time, the item I wanted was out of stock, so they got it from another store and shipped it to my home for FREE. Great store.

I really do love bed bath & beyond. I just love looking at all the little gadgets and little things that I want and definitely do not need. Theres so much stuff in the store and it could be overwhelming but yet how they have it organized doesnt feel cluttered. But theres a lot going on. The staff here was super nice even though they didnt have what we were looking for they did tell us where we could get it. we ended up rummaging through the store until we could find something to buy because they were so nice.

Looks like they going out of business a lot of empty shelves.

I have never regret anything i have purchased from here. Helpful staff. You can almost always get a 20% off coupon if you sign up for texts.

I love going to bed bath & beyond you can find everything there from kitchen spatulas to pictures for your wall two neck pillows two duvet covers. Which are really hard to find sometimes. You can find just about anything there.

Nice, clean place. They have EVERYTHING. Some staff could be a little more helpful. I can usually find something that I need/want or a gift here. They send emails every day! I have waited nearly 15 min while the cashier searches on my phone for the barcode to the coupon in my email - they bury it and it is hard as heck to find! Ridiculous! That is the reason for 3 stars rather than 4.

Crazy good selection of quality cookware, bedding, servingware, and bathroom stuff. Interesting and obscure items near the front of the store are fun to browse.Ive always had good service experiences, and sometimes great ones, at this location. The only inconvenience Ive found is that when someones dawdling along in front of you with a cart, it can be nearly impossible to get around them because of all the displays in the middle of the main aisles.You need to use their coupons, preferably combined with a sale, to get reasonable prices. Its worth doing the math: as in, do I save more using three $5 off one item coupons or one 20% off everything coupon. Give them your address once and youll get coupons every week for the rest of your life

The store is a bit on a pricey side, especially when it comes to picking pictures and mirrors. Big lots have better and cheaper selection. Thats the only reason for 4 stars.

I found everything I had been searching for my new bathroom,the variety of colors was amazing and though they were a bit pricey I couldn’t find that particular color elsewhere so I really didn’t mind the extra cost and the rugs are so plush they have held up well with several washings and machine drying.

I was very frustrated when none of the carts at the entrance had a working seatbelt on the cart, and there were no employees around to ask. It wasnt until I was all the way back toward curtains when an employee asked if I was finding everything alright and I explained to her my situation. She said she would let the manager know. A few minutes later she brought me a cart with a working seatbelt and apologized for the inconvenience.Many of the aisles were cramped and unable to fit a cart through. Employees were scarce to be able to ask question about products, and some signage was missing. Not the best experience.
