I had come back to this store today because the paint i thought was color match the day before was off. Well come to find out today the manager Joshua who was helping me the day before did not actually do a match. I was just given a red base paint to go home with. I had brought a piece of the wall today so the staff that was helping me was able to match it. But today while one staff was working on my paint gallon there were 4 other people waiting to get help. When tried to get the attention of the other staff we could hear was talking to another person in the office. The manager Joshua came out and said they were all busy and walked back in the office. I believe they did not appreciate that one of the customers whistled to get their attention.

I came in Saturday and one other customer was getting assistance. I was looking at the color cards and waited for my turn.. Instead another guy came in after me and received assistance first. The one guy at the register took 20 minutes to help him before I was helped. I asked the guy if they have samples he replied they ran out of samples weeks ago. The guy didnt bother to show me colors from the color card wall. He said he would give me a book instead. I told him never mind and left. Below par customer service.

I waited 40 mins1 Guy tolde ill be back in 10 mins amdnnevwr come.back. no costumer It was empty. Ill nevera come back to that store

If you dream about lackluster supply availability and waiting 30 minutes in line with no other customer in the building to see some random guy walk in and get helped immediately, this is the place to go. Otherwise, I would stay far far away from this location as they dont seem to care about anything even when management walks by.

Well, since I have to give at least one star 🌟.. There you go. By far the rudest and unprofessional Sherwin-Williams Ive experienced. I mean, I walked into the store a couple employees walked past me, no hi how are you or even hi may I help u. Just looked, so I called to let them know that I have an order that I need to pick up while in store. Im just saying, its the little things that count.

One of the best Sherwin-Williams stores in Houston to go to. Very limited on waiting in the staff is very professional.
