The gate works properly (I have yet to see it break down or get stuck). Property is clean. Well lit at night. Management and maintenance are a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend.

Horrible! If you have storage here or planning on doing DO NOT! “Management “ does NOT what customer service is, as well as when they call you over the phone they tell you to come in person however when you get there they love to call the cops and falsely accuse you of having a weapon or demanding you wear a mask (knowing you have a medical condition) or they claim they are a professional establishment yet have people in the office as well as upstairs who aren’t even employees! Office always smell like cigarettes, never answer the phones or have office open. Claim they send correspondence about rate increases yet nothing seems to be changed or “updated”. Also have people that cut locks and steal out of your units and when you report over $15,000 stuff missing they can’t even be diligent and send over videos from cameras investigators request.Most importantly don’t ask for district manager information or corporate. They refuse to give it to you. On top of them having and accessing late fees yet during COVID they should be a little more understanding especially if your husband just gets out of hospital.Karen( property manager)Ceaser Alvarez (assistant manager)Beyond unprofessional, rude, lack of common business law and polices/ procedure, as well as COWARDS!Don’t invite someone to come to the office to talk but then, once they get there they cowards or raise the voice thinking people will allow you to disrespect them. As well as if any other employee is there and not being spoken to should not jumped in and give his two seconds of fame when the situation has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM.Again this is NOT a place you want to keep your items and if you do have them there REMOVE THEM ASAP!

Be careful in renting here, now.Last year, I gave them the best rating, stating that, I have been a long time customer at this storage place - 14 years.I have seen quite a few management teams throughout those years..since 2005.Javier Reyes & Darius King is the best management team I have encountered, here. They keep the place clean; made sure it is as safe as possible, considering the neighborhood...Now, I must revise my review because of my experience in the changes of management. I am a writer-wanna-be and a class A commercial driver. I have an office with 24 hours access that I use at odd hours & when I write I stay there working/resting from my other job(s)...Because this storage place is not in a good neighborhood, at night, there will be break-ins people trying to lift up doors - including mine, even though my light is fully on; thus, you must have a thick lock and buy insurance if you absolutely have nowhere else to go because your unit will be broken in sooner or later... Sorry, but That is a fact. With the new management, there is no serviceable restroom facilities after 6pm when management leaves.. management has also locked up the outside water faucet so you will have no water nor facility to wash your hands or clean anything... and guess where people would relieve themselves in case of an emergency? On the property, of course.I did the courtesy, per the new manager, Ms Candaces request to inform them by emails whenever I hear strange happenings at night (with the previous two managers, I would text them instead) and guess what happened to me:1) the assistant manager, Ms. Karen, tried to force my door opened while I was sitting at my desk, working on my writing; she then told me I could only be there 4 hours at a time (and my rent is usually paid one month ahead!) I said ok.2) the next day, they removed my access code (and my rent is all paid until February 29, 2020; plus, I have been a customer there for 14 years!)3) I also heard through the grapevine that they have a new rude and crude African American working there, who has been yelling at every body ... I havent met him, yet, so cant tell you much about that.4) I emailed them & ask why my gate code has been changed to unknown - whether its the black dudes way of getting me to appear in person (so he can meet me and talk to me), or it is a computers glitch at the front gate, like usual... . Their customer service is so bad, now, that they have not email me back, or text me, or call me, yet, to explain why they have changed or block my gate code without informing me.5) last month, to my knowledge, at least 12 renters have moved out.6) and yes, the new management also does not sweep the trash around the place like the last ones had cared to do so.If you plan to move in here because it might be cheaper than another storage place...be careful; Think again. After 14 years, Im looking to move out after my rent is up on February 29, 2020. And yes, per their companys policy, they do not give you any refund of your rental - regardless of how they treat you with their rude & crude customer service... Or how they take advantage of your advanced payment!So, if you come here, you can look forward to being burglarized & having lots of nuisances with management at this place.

The staff is very R.U.D.E..the assistant manager Ceasar doesnt listen to customer concerns. I had my locks cut illegally & he had NO EXPLANATION. I asked for the corporate phone number he advised me he couldnt give it out.. I have filed a complaint with consumer affairs as well.A. CRUTCHFIELD

This place is ridiculous how the property has been enlarged over time. Plus how tenants are allowed to park vehicles blocking ones ability to maneuver back to a unit. We ended up parking both rigs inside the gate and walking to and from the unit several trips to empty and load what was stored. When walking back and forth there seemed to be twenty or more shady individuals popping in or out of doors.We put our holsters on and retrieved our belongings and got out of there quickly.

I’ve used this storage for over a year and had no issues. Darrius was always there to assist my needs and answer any concerns I had. His customer service was beyond excellent which made my experience here pleasant. Great experience.

The place seems pretty secure. It is kinda old but fairly clean. The staff however deserves 5 stars. They are very helpful and extremely friendly. Sometimes people being nice makes all the difference.

Xavier and Darius are awesome.Ive been here lomg before them andthough I thought the other managers were good and friendly I feel these 2 go out of their way to make the clients here happy, or they try to. Not everyone can be pleased. I hope they stick around for a long time.

My unit has been broken into multiple times. The rent went from 100 to 225 even though I was on auto pay - no consideration for prompt pay or length of lease. Downsized and was given a new rate. Checked online and found special was told I would have to move to get it. Mgmt is not fair and security sucks.

I dont have a good review of this place, unfortunately my unit had holes and the mice made their home in the clothes, linens, shoes, rugs, etc, etc....there were dozens of this mices in every box, the mice destroyed my stuff.
