The customer service rep Dana at this location is AWESOME!!! She helped me resolve my issue and also gave some great advice. She was patient and answered all my questions. I wish all customer service reps were as great and helpful as she was! Thank you Dana for all your help!

I just had the best day ever and it was all due to the excellent service from my local Uhaul on Bissonnet and Wilcrest . This property was neat, clean, and inviting. Leonard , the manger was knowledgeable about miles/ pricing and finding the best truck/storage unit to meet my business’ needs. His kindness and professionalism was a relief during my stressful morning. His entire team matched this energy. Donald, an associate was witty, polite and very helpful when explaining the latch for opening the truck (yes I needed to know this 😊). The entire Bissonnet Team from start to finish prepared me to have a safe trip and return as I filled my new unit. I am super excited to be apart of this community and I look forward to the great customer service Leonard’s Team provides.

I would give this location a zero star if I could, I rented a self pick up truck yesterday and got through all the paying process but when it was time to open the lock to get the key, the code did not work, I stayed about 2 hours trying to get the right code through the live chat they got on the web and got asked to try 6 different codes just because the after hours person you can call from this location never answered the phone. Then after I call to cancel the order which took like one more hour “, I got said that I would qualify for a $50 reservation guarantee, but then today they said I do not qualify.

One star is even to much but you cant do ZERO stars or even negative stars cause thats what this place needs!!! Except one older gentleman that is extremely nice and hard working but is treated poorly they yell at him and demand him around. I felt so bad for him. Melonie and the other girl are rude, they demand you arrive at 9:00 am but they dont arrive, they dont open there store, but they still charge you the extra day!! Super unprofessional rude and will never ever rent from this location again. There is a location in Stafford I used a few years ago super super nice staff, clean office not smelling like weed, and everyone was professional. Im mad at myself for not going the extra 15 min drive to Stafford it would have saved me the headache and frustration of this place.

The only reason why I give this a one star is cause ... Can’t give 0 stars. Waited almost 30 minutes for the service lady to get here. She opened the door, didn’t even say good morning or apologize for the wait, she was rude with a bad attitude, slamming everything plus she didn’t even wear a mask. She was smelling of weed her eyes were red. Worst service ever. Zero courtesy, zero customer service. To owner fire this person, she’s running the business down.

I always have a problem when renting a truck at this U-Haul. Ive rented a truck twice in the last two months and each time I rent a truck and pay the full fee for 24 hours Im still told the truck has to be back at a certain time because its reserved. Then at the end of the day, there never were a reservation to begin with. Also watch that you are reimbursed on your mileage because that is not automatically refunded to your credit card. Im still in the process of receiving my refund and I wrote my mileage on their form when I returned the truck as well as took a picture of everything I turned in to them. I was about 14 minutes late and the business were closed and there were no one waiting for this truck at all. I also called before I returned the truck and told them I would be running about 10-15 late and there were absolutely no mention of any angry customer waiting for their RESERVED TRUCK! There NEVER were a RESERVATION!

Reserved a 26 foot online was in and out in less than 5 minutes, no problems great service thanks.

Extremely satisfied and would 100% recommend this location. The equipment was clean and had no issues during the whole process. Very friendly and professional staff. Very good price! I rented a large truck for moving large furniture.

I feel so bad I don’t know his name but the guy with the diamond teeth lol, he truly took his time to help me resolve all of my moving needs. He truly cares about his customers, and will continue this unprecedented satisfaction until you are fully pleased. Went in today to rent a Uhaul on Wilcrest and Bissonnet the only store associate/Manager Leonard help us out. This was the 2 U-Haul location we had been to today. He found us a truck and help us reserve it. Thank you so much for you help. Never go to the location on Bellaire and Boone that was the first location we went to and they were usually and did not help. They said all they could not look up other location to see availability and told us we need to reserve online. Thanks again for All your HELP Leonard for going over and beyond.

You have to actually be able to appreciate people like Mr. Tracy and Ms. Yvonne they are some of the most nicest people youd ever want to meet but one thing I will say if anyone offended by them lacks common sense because they are common sense type of people. Ive been standing there when some of these phone calls coming in and people answer their questions with their questions and expect someone as busy as Mr. Tracy to juggle their lack of common sense so I dont know what their problem is this is the best location ever and I would never trust any other location with my possessions and I know that when Im communicating with the staff there that they are competent Yet busy people and I respect that.

$19 rates additional dollar $0.10 per mile plus additional fee Plus refilling tank minimum $5 at least eight or nine dollars maybe 10 depending on if youre driving 30 to 50 miles round-trip, the truck and vans are all the same rate the large moving trucks use more gas or as the truck and vans get better gas mileage choices years depending on how much you need to move best to get the size that fits your need so you only make one trip because the more trips you make the more mileage and gas youre going to pay for

Just got an office here. They are wonderful friendly people. Even though the area might not seem like the best. This place feels safe and im there working through out the night sometimes. Awesome place to get a storage or small office.

Easily the rudest and most annoying experience I’ve ever had at a uhaul place. The person running things was Rude, Unhelpful and a real jerk . Never coming hear again and if it were my business I’d fire the guy there.

I have used U-Haul and their competition more times than I can count. The folks at this location are very nice and helpful beyond expectations. It was also noticable that the large storage facility was clean and orderly. .K.M.

Worst customer service ever. I have tried for 2 days to make payment and there has been no response. So today I called and a kid by the name of Chris has absolutely no clue of customer service. Ive called twice on for him to pick up and hang up and then place me on hold and then pick up and end the call. If you are busy why not say that. I believe that this will be my last time with them because one bad experience lasts a lifetime and CHRIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!

Do not go here. These people will lie to you and do not know how to competently run a business.When I went to pick up my van, he kept charging me all kinds of hidden costs. He also told me that they would just check to see if I had $80 in my account and then actually charged me the $80 and told me I would be refunded the difference once I brought the van back. When I called him out on it, he got very rude with me and tried to tell me that he did not say that. Took 4 days for the money to come back to my account.

Very clean storage here. They also have office spaces to rent here.

This is my second time renting a truck from them, the owners are always kind and the staff gets you in and out. The paperwork process went smooth you should always show up at least 30mins before your booking time. Now here’s where their service went above and beyond, while moving I accidentally locked the keys in the car while the engine was running (thank god I had my phone in my pocket). I called Jaylen he came with his cape and saved the day. Jaylen drove out to my location quickly stayed in constant communication and unlocked the truck with no added charges. What a god send not sure what I would have done because my purse was locked in also. Thank you Jaylen for ALL your help!!!

Great Staff facility is nice and clean

My wife came to this location to rent a cargo van and it was supposed posted with 19.99 daily rates plus mileage posted outside and inside the property. They had ask my wife how long she gonna use it for she said a few hours probably. Shortly after we rented the van the manager had called us about three hours later to return the van or hes gonna charge us for late fee. I was at work when i heard this i had to leave the field as a Comcast supervisor to go whats see whats going on. I asked them what was going on is that a flat rate you guys advertising or what? He told me yes and i told them why you bugging my wife to return after a few hours or you gonna charge her a late fee. He had told we said a few hours and it doesnt matter if thats a daily fee. So i paid for a whole day just cause i said i needed it a few hours dont mean the move went smoothly and gives you the right to harass me for the van when i paid for the whole day and i explained that to him and he said he ll comp it but i felt like he didnt think my wife knew anything and try to charge her extra. If you dont honor what you advertise online you shouldnt advertise anything at all.

The staff are very rude, i just call this morning, and i ask if i can rent truck with drive license from a onthere state, they said yes, when i get there, they are so rude, and they said we cant, rent trucks because your drive license, is from out side the state, they are so rude and have bad attitude my little daugthter she was crying, because this people are so rude, really bad people!!

They were slow to get the Uhaul ready for us but they did there job to make sure it was right to drive on the road

Owners are rude and dont care about you. You are money to them, nothing else.

They are not friendly, they have drop box for night return and also U-haul website allow to return the car after work hours but they don’t allow it
