Really swell dealing with the folks at Chair King, ordered a patio heater online and picked it up from here. From inside the office to the loading area, everyone was very cordial and bright 👍

Recently purchased a dinette set and chair and ottoman. Good selection in the store and staff...especially Josh and Barry... were very helpful and patient as we considered many options. Once ordered, they then told me several days later that the chairs we had chosen were recalled and no longer available. We were pretty frustrated but then went in the next day to see how to remedy the situation. Well, they could not have been more accommodating and we ended up with something entirely different..and much better quality...for a VERY reasonable cost. We left the store as very happy customers. Their prices are better than most other quality outdoor stores and the selection is great. It all turned out to be a very pleasant experience.

I called this place and they said I had the wrong number! Not sure why that happened - called number on website and on the Google Listing.Wouldnt recommend this place if you need cleaning - it is not the correct phone number!

Chair King was overall a good experience. They had an array of umbrellas in the style I was looking for, spanning the price range from far more than I was interested in paying, down to what I had hoped to pay, but upon inspection was not as sturdy as I would have liked. I found a good compromise of price and quality, and made the purchase. The sales staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was surprised that you could not get the order there, but had to drive to the warehouse to pick up the item. The warehouse was about 20 minutes away, so it added another hour to the purchase timing. The warehouse did make one error that I was luck enough to catch, then did not initially provide the gravel balast that should come with the umbrella, but quickly corrected the situation when I mentioned it. Over all very good experience... and now I have a project to assemble the thing....

Warning! Warning! We purchased a long table, bar, and chairs. 6 chairs have fallen apart. Made out of pot metal. Not told it was junk. Cant be repaired or welded. Poorest guality metal available but cheap for them to build. We paid high price for the cheapest quality products. Plastic is better. Company wont stand behind.
