My mom ordered her furniture on March 18, 2020. As of today, June 22, 2020 she still dont have it. Even after paying $250 delivery fee. They refuse to bring it because there is no one else here right now waiting for a delivery. SHE PAID HER MONEY. BRING HER FURNITURE!!

Over priced furniture. Sales managers fail to negotiate to make a sale. One excuse was that they were a publicly traded company and they couldnt negotiate to ensure profits for the shareholders. Prices cant compete with other solid wood furniture companies if they are unwilling to negotiate.I am so glad I didnt buy furniture here. I found a great deal at Costco for bed room furniture (king bed, 2 night stands, dresser and chest) all for under $2200 after tax. The Costco furniture is well build and a much much better deal. Thanks Bassett, I took my business elsewhere.

Do not buy furniture from these people. 7k on a custom made sectional. Arrives with broken legs and a busted pillow. And the sectional pieces will not line up and fit together properly. I tried to refuse delivery and they wouldnt allow it. Three weeks later a replacement pillow arrives made from the wrong fabric. It has also been three weeks and technician is supposed to be coming out this week to fix the legs. I call to confirm the appointment and they have no record of the repair request. Are you kidding me? No apologizes from Bassett. The $600 couch a bought from rooms to go 10 years ago is currently in better condition than this couch. DO NOT BUY FROM BASSETT!

Soooooooo slooooooow! I will seriously rethink a purchase of Bassett furniture in the future. I ordered an in-stock sofa 6 weeks ago. It was shipped to my local warehouse over a week ago and no-one has called me to schedule delivery. Every time I try to call someone to schedule an appt., I leave a message and no-one calls me back. At the same time, I order a bed from Rooms To Go on a Sunday and it was delivered on the following Friday. I like Bassett furniture but its not worth the wait.

I don’t know what’s the sales person name ? But he evaluated me and thought I might not afford their furniture , I don’t know where he got that from ?I was asking about something available for immediate delivery , he suggest I would shop at rooms to go !!!! I hope someone at managerial level reads this review .

Carl took his time to explain all our questions. His patients to help us pick our leather style and color was a determining factor. He really help my wife see what adding different colors does to our living room. Jason the manager want also a great help. Let use take a piece home to see if it would work and return if not to our likeing. Bassett should be proud to have them. We will be buying our furniture from them.

We worked with a designer, Karl, to furnish 3 rooms. We loved everything except the selections in the dining. The store manager, Jason, worked with us so that we could make new selections with Karl that were better suited for our space. We are really happy with the new selections.

The sales lady was very nice took time with my wife, kid and I. The furniture was nice just not what we where looking for at this time. I will be back another time and maybe then I will find what I am looking for. Thank you for the help keep up the good work.

Beautiful showroom. Great deals on really nice custom sleeper sofa & leather recliner. Very soothing environment, low pressure sales professionals. Very positive experience.

The quality of furniture is good here , though we now have some stitching issues in the leather, we purchased $10,000.00 for a sofa and chair. The saleslady Vinette knowledge and complete absence of aftercare service with the exception of sales flyers in the mail really disappoints us. There are better furniture stores that offer higher quality, lower prices and more knowledgeable staff interested in seeing you return for business rather than make large commissions.

This is a beautiful store with excellent quality furnishings. The designers are quite helpful and made me feel comfortable shopping. I’ll definitely be back!

I just made my second purchased at this store they are helping me on decorating my living room, right now we are adding the rug, a mirror, an ottoman and more details I am in love. For me is very important to really love the decoration at my home since is something that you enjoy every day! Here I have found all I want and imagine, since they have the option of customize! :)

Spacious store with many models displayed with illustrations to explain different level of customization that Bassett offer. The staff are helpful and not pushy at all and just want to give you the best deal for your money.

I bought a 2500 $ bed from this shop. And when i recieved it , i was shocked with the poor quality of this bed.supports were the cheapest that you can find in the market.Don’t trust this brand.😬😬.If you buy a bed from costco or ikea you will find a better quality of materials for sure.

The lack of communication regarding our order has been completely unacceptable. I understand that 30 days is the average goal for delivery. long story short, here we are 30 days after purchase, our bed frame and couch are being held hostage in Dallas and all we are waiting on is an ottoman. The only thing we want now is for our couch and bed frame to be delivered to our home in Houston and that we will pick up the ottoman in store whenever it is ready. The response from the store manager is that they will not send a truck from Dallas to Houston until the truck is full..... So they are telling me that I have to wait on other peoples orders to be finished before they will send mine? Does that sound like good customer service? No. This is terrible customer service. There have been several other things that I have been upset about but this is the icing on the cake.
