The hydraulics had gone out and these folks were kind enough to try to get it fixed, there was no way to repair it, they tried and tried and were nice enough to hang on to it for me when I could not come back to pick it up right away. [I believe there are other warehouses Boris can check if you are looking for something specific - and dont find it at 3900 I-45 - be sure to ask him.] Shopping was easy and safe. The man there was very helpful, and gave me information on where I could get the part I would need.Specifically looking for a broken chair, I probably am not the typical customer. However, I did did tryout some refurbished and slightly used furniture while I was there, so I think I can provide a fairly good insight into some of the other things there.They had a nice selection of used office furniture. If you are on the fence about buying new or used, you should check out their used furniture first. They have a lot pieces that look brand new, but are also a lot more affordable than buying new. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for some quality office furniture.

When I needed to get used furniture for a small conference room and office, I looked several places and was so grateful to find Boris. His inventory is massive. With so much inventory, it could be overwhelming. However, Boris spent time to understand what I needed. He then drew out a couple ideas based on what I hoped for and walked me to the pieces that would fit beautifully in my space. So my office was destroyed in Hurricane Harvey And it was time to open a new office and furnish it. I was prepared to drive all over town to get all the furniture and items I needed for my office. I saw Savvi on the Internet and called and spoke to Boris. I wanted to come by on Saturday which is usually closed but he accommodated me graciously and met me there in a timely manner. I was able to not only purchase my file cabinets lobby seating, executive chairs and desks but will be going back for all of the other things I need including a refrigerator, microwave, lamps, etc. He has a huge warehouse and if you don’t see something you like he can order it for you from the catalog. Im SO GLAD I found this place. I bought a beautiful, near mint condition, custom table that is perfect for my podcast studio. I wasnt sure what to expect when I walked in, but I certainly hadnt anticipated the level of service I received. Boris, (the owner or manager?) actually came out and helped me himself, moving tabletops around to help me find the right one, personally polishing everything before I took it, etc. It took me two days to make the decision to buy, and he never made me feel pressured or harassed. When I needed a desk and credenza for my office several years ago, he was more than accommodating - showing me several different options in my budget - and got me (what I think) is the best deal in Houston. He even had his guys deliver and set everything up. Quality all the way around. If you need furniture four your work office or home office, Savvi is the place to go!

He tore the price off the furniture while I was sitting in chair (as if I didnt see price tag) quoted higher price for sale as if he were selling gas - cash price vs card price; as if he were doing me a favor.
