I purchased 2 sofas in August. Upon delivery, one of the delivery guys slit the sofa with a box cutter as he was removing the plastic wrap. My husband and I had not moved back into our home due to the freeze back in February. My husband was only there for the delivery of the sofas and didn’t notice it at the time. Well when we moved back into our home in September, we noticed it. After myself and Exclusive reviewed photos from the delivery guy, they still refused own up to their mistake. It was evident right in the photo. They offered to repair it not replace it. This was brand new furniture and it should have been replaced because we purchased new furniture. Additionally, the Webster store personnel told me to speak with Myra from corporate headquarters. Well she wasn’t ever available. Exclusive took advantage of us and I will never purchase from them again. Inspect your furniture thoroughly before the delivery guys leave your home.

Great customer service! Gerald was very helpful and offered suggestions for quality furniture for the low. I will be revisiting this location real soon.

Beautiful pieces of furniture, kind and professional salespeople, but so sad this store chain doesn’t have a friendly refund policy for not saying they don’t offer one, nor even give store credit. Buying furniture sometimes is tricky, you don’t know for sure if it will fit your home until you have it there! Bad for costumers especially when the piece is over $1,300

I give them 1star because there is not zero star option. This guys are not serious about their business. I bought a mattress (10 yrs warranty) and it lost support before year one. Went to store to make a claim and I after tons of excuses about the guy on charge to call me back its been more than 2 months. Manager is always too busy resting in a comfortable couch and watching tv to talk to customers. AVOID THIS STORE!!! No worth.

My husband and I recently went to Exclusive Furniture on Hwy 6. Customer service was exceptional! We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and got just that! Our sales associate (the manager), Walter Dalton, went over and beyond to make sure that we got everything we wanted, at decent prices, and the process was quick and smooth even though it was an extremely busy day and they were under staffed. We’ve shopped at Exclusive Furniture multiple times and we always have a wonderful experience, but our experience this time, was nothing short of amazing!My husband and I ordered multiple items and needed them ASAP. A few of our items were not on the first order that we received and I began to panick. Walter reassured me that he would do whatever it takes to get the job done, and he did just that! Met Iran while gassing up. I noticed his shirt and asked where the nearest store was located. He gave me his card and said to stop on by and see him.The next day (Sunday) my wife and I went to shop for furniture. We lost everything in the Harvey flood so the task is daunting and expensive. Iran was busy with employees when we entered, but Julius assisted us. He was very patient and explained different sales and styles. He showed us furniture not on the show room floor by using the computer. Iran noticed us and remembered me from the day before. He help with prices and made us feel like family. The warehouse is extremely unprofessional. Exclusive furniture Hwy 6 location and the warehouse need to be in better communication as well as letting the customer know exactly who needs to be there for pickup and what exactly they need to bring for retrieval of your paid for merchandise!

I wouldn’t but ANY furniture from here. I purchased a sectional that was over 1500 and I paid full price NO PAYMENTS. They are some Cons here ! The couch broke 2 weeks later, the seems come out, it’s poor quality, the pillows cotton is coming out!!! I called and reported all they did was send a technician out who didn’t fix it.

I received my leather 2 piece set on Sat May 23rd as scheduled. The driver had a helper . The driver was in a Exclusive shirt with a mask. The helper was not. I asked the helper to retrieve his mask before assisting his friend inside my condo. He went to the truck,but returned with no mask. I went to my car , gave him a new one.Im an essential worker. I had extra . He snatched it from my hand.He gave me the meanest look.The other worker called for assistance. 2 men showed up 45 mins later to assist with mask on. Protect your homes. Its everyones choice to wear a mask.In my home,its my choice.

My husband and I were welcomed from the very second we walked in by Mr. Chris who helped us get an awesome deal on the couch we wanted as well as he was very informative ,helpful and he was hilarious. I will recommend my friends to come here to get their furniture and I will definitely be back when we are ready for more furniture. The delivery men were amazing as well. My couch wouldnt fit through the front doors so they brought it in over the second floor balcony. Talk about hard work! Love this place! This is the second time that I purchased something from them. Now I must say, I entered the store a few weeks ago and there was a guy that was sell driven. This time I went back and Miguel was there and he was awesome! He actually sold us our previous set of couches which we still have. If he doesnt know something, hell find it out! One star is one too many!Judge for yourself...-Paid cash for my purchase. When I asked for my change, they told me they dont make change. And this is their normal practice and all their customers are ok with it. Sales rep tells me that they can adjust the invoice to show what I actually paid. Really?!?!?! Why dont you just give change back to customers the way you are supposed to?!?!?!-I paid extra to guarantee delivery. They delivered the wrong item and couldnt redeliver the correct set the same day.-Sales rep, CHRIS, did NOT assist!! Kept saying that hed call back but never did.-I requested a refund of the extra delivery fee - the girl I spoke with, who was the one who assisted with getting the correct item delivered, advised it was approved.-45 days later, still not refund. Went to the store to find out why still no refund and no response to my inquiries. CHRIS said that girl had no authority to authorize a refund and said he tried to contact me but didnt have my number?!?!?!? How do you not have my number when its on the sales invoice you prepared?!?!?!?!? And said he tried to contact me because he needed to confirm that I wanted the refund. Really?!?!?!?!? You need to confirm that your customers want a refund of money that is rightfully theirs???-Purchase made 11/28/17 in CASH. Refund of extra delivery fee finally paid on 2/8/18!!! 73 days later!!They lost a customer.

I loved my furniture shopping experience. I thought I’d have issues or feel pressured into something and none of that happened. Also did compare prices with other places and these are seriously the best prices. The customer service is wonderful. They even were able to get my delivery day for the next day. Exclusive Furniture on HWY 6 was great! The experience was different from any other furniture store I had been to. They were attentive to my needs from the moment I walked in, but not like sharks lol. I had my mind set on an entertainment center, but couldnt figure out a coffee table. Julius, repeatedly moved the coffee tables from all over the store to see which one went best and allowed me the space I needed to make a decision. He was patient throughout the process and provided all the information I needed. I bought my entertainment center and coffee table set. Will definitely be back again!

Good customer service, on-time delivery but my living room set is ripped by the seams on both arm pieces. they swapped out the sofa once and it ripped again in the exact same spot. been trying to get them to replace both pieces to no avail. btw the furniture is not even a year old

I am very big on customer service and Julius went above and beyond, he was patient and even took the time out to move pieces from across the store to other areas so I could actually see what it looked like together. He and Eugene were there to help every step of the way and even with my millions of questions they provided amazing service. We bought a bunk bed and the delivery guy brought a defective drawer along with it. We called the customer service and gave a complaint when the delivery folks were there and nothing was taken care of. Within 6 months, the sides of the bunk bed broke. Finally after reaching the furniture store where they helped us raise a work order, the company calls up to inform that its not covered. This, even though the lady who took the complaint said they would fix it or replace it. The corporate lady transferred the line directly to the store and the manager spoke about doing his best! Still waiting to hear his call back! Its a safety hazard with wobbly bunk bed and cant believe they wouldnt even care! Hope they realize that they would get sued for negligence if anybody got hurt in there. Worst corporate customer service! If this is how their products are within the first year, why would anyone purchase their low quality products paying so much money?
