I bought a motorcycle from here. My first motorcycle, actually. Great customer service during the buying process, but only about a week after I bought it, I started noticing a noise coming from the front axle. My motorcycle needs a whole new front axle as well as wheel bearings. I also opened up the air intake cover and discovered it hadnt been changed at all in years. I also took off both sets of brake pads and replaced them. A full service on the motorcycle should have been done before it ever hit the showroom floor. I will include photos of what I found only one week after I had the bike and drove it less than 100 miles. Check your bike before you buy it from here.

I have to be honest. I didnt actually go in the store. I ended up with a flat tire at 3am on my way home from work. I wasnt able to get to it the next day but when my daughter and husband picked it up, it was in the same shape as when I left it. Thank you so much for taking care of my car. I love you all!

If you want a Harley, I cannot recommend the folks at Mancuso Central enough. My sales rep Alicia was amazing, went above and beyond to get me on a bike, and has been so welcoming to me as a female rider. The staff there are friendly, funny, welcoming, and just a joy to be around. They all took what could have been an intimidating experience and made it feel more like a family reunion. These folks are incredible people and I am excited to be a full member of the Harley family now!

I had high expectations coming in here, but I feel like the service could of been better. After reading all the bad reviews, it’s all starting to make sense in regards to service. You would think that a person in sales will have that drive to really help you out instead of “meh—- it is what it is” attitude. Salesperson wasn’t even trying to sales us anything. I’ll go somewhere else.Update: A few hours later, hubby and I went to another store and we bought a Harley! Sales helped us all the way, not just in the beginning. They were nice, supportive, and did everything they could so that we could get approved ASAP. Hubby and I are happy that we went somewhere else. I’m posting this now after someone tried to call me just now. I don’t want to hear any excuses. At first, I was told that there was a second chance credit and many financing options, but when it came down to it, it was all a lie. It doesn’t matter anymore. We now own a Harley 1200 and it is beautiful! I’m happy that there are other stores in the Houston area that really go all out for their customers and not make them feel like they simply can’t afford a new bike. Oh well, they lost a sell. Not us! 😊 👌🏻

Worst customer service ever! Service is a joke! Had my bike for 2 weeks and havent turned a wrench on it. Mike in service has zero follow-up skills! Just wanted a 20K service and a couple new tires. Anytime I wanted an update which has been exactly twice....Ive had to call and get nothing but BS from Mike!! Do yourself a favor and do NOT use this shop!!FOLLOWUP REVIEW:Daniel the service manager reached out in an attempt to resolve the issue. There were able to get the tires on Friday and had the service completed on Saturday. $1850 bucks. The actual work on the bike was fine. I appreciate Daniel getting involved. I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 due to the fact that the service adviser just doesnt seem to care about providing reasonable service.

Posting Jan 7 2021: I am just a non rider and tire kicker right now but am really interested in a future in Motorcycle riding, especially the new LiveWire® all electric. Still have to get riding lessons for it to insure that I dont kill myself with all that torque! This is my older brothers. He did his own conversion from a two to three wheeler. It is worth about 60k to him after all was done.

After getting the runaround, bait and switch from a couple of local HD dealers in the Austin area, I extended my search to Houston. Tim Mabry at Mancuso Central made me a deal I could not refuse on a 2020 Breakout. I was skeptical upon my arrival but was immediately assured everything we discussed would not change. My husband and I stopped into Mancuso for some parts for my 883. We spoke to Dedra immediately as we walked in and had a friendly chat about bikes we ride and enjoy to potential future purchases we may make down the road. Afterwards, she let us roam around and see what the store had to offer. We had a fantastic time looking around at the bikes that are available and were able to look without any pressure to purchase a bike (or anything else). We spoke to E-Man at the parts desk and he helped me find the parts I was looking for and was willing to work with me and order whatever else I needed that they did not have in stock. I had a fantastic time and if I need any parts, etc., I will definitely keep Mancuso in mind.

I recently purchased a 2010 Electra Glide Ultra CVO. The purchase was made from Arizona, site unseen. The bike arrived as described. Alicia, my sales representative, was first class. Hands on all the way, from sending me additional videos, financing, closing the deal, to shipping. In fact, I just happened to make a trip to Houston, on a day the dealership was closed, and Alicia (and her awesome family) met me at an offsite location to finish all the paper work. No complaints here, great buying experience. They were firm on the asking price, but based on all my research, the same bike was on average $1500 - $2000 more at other dealerships.

Mancuso your Customer service is TERRIBLE at ALL LOCATIONS - but Central LEADS THE WAY!I would not recommend them if they were last on earth, since Gray no longer works there! Purchased a 2013 Road King in Feb 19 with issues out the door, had to come back 3 times for the Service Department to get it right and that is the condensed version of that debacle! Walked in yesterday with a friend and not one Sales Representative assisted us! If we had been at any other Harley, upon arrival we would have been GREETED, at the least!Had another issue with Mancuso Crossroads with my Kawasaki Ninja- see I have been on Motorcycles for 20 years and own different types, I had to contact the GM at Central and again was treated with no real care or concern. The Mancuso name is not recommended - not one location! I have yet to speak to anyone in Finance in reference to receiving my ESP REFUND for the Road King I traded in! Yesterday, no one was there to discuss it and today when I call I am send to the VOICEMAIL!I purchased my 2019 Road Glide from Republic Harley Davidson and that is the Harley Dealer, I wholeheartedly RECOMMEND!Kieana

Prior to going here, I did months of online research, on cycle trader, you tube, forums and everything. I was so confused from all the different views on what new riders NEED or DONT NEED. I stumbled across Mancuso Harley Davidson I saw they were one of the most well-known Harley Dealerships in the Houston Area. Like always I started to do my research and found out that this dealership was literally 2 miles from my work. (ASK FOR HOTROD)Like all things new you feel nervous and anxious, since you arent completed confident in your knowledge to know if it’s a good deal or not. So, before I went I printed all this information I found online, cheaper prices of the bike I wanted, other dealership prices and everything. I WAS GOING TO GET THE BEST DEAL! (ASK FOR HOTROD)I arrive at the dealership and I saw the bike I was looking at immediately outside when I pulled up. I immediately got excited and felt like a kid on Christmas morning looking at my new toy! Remember early I said I was going to be a responsible adult....... Yeaaaaaaa no longer cared! I just wanted it ASAP! (ASK FOR HOTROD)Now this is when the BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD started! Side note, I have been driving cars since I was 16 years young, now I am 31 and owned 12 cars over the last 10yrs. (ASK FOR HOTROD)HOTROD aka JAMES BAKER approached me while I was pretended to appear to know what the heck I was looking at. This is the beginning of the best buying experience ever. We talked about everything I wanted in a bike but made sure he understood I am 100% new to this and did NOT want a huge bike, cause my skill level is not there yet. This is where I go from being a responsible adult to I WANT THE BEST BIKE I CAN GET FOR MY MONEY. He explained the benefit of buying a new bike over a used bike (2yr warranty, no unexpected issues, all new, etc...). I told him I was hoping to just pay cash and get a bike and blah blah blah. (ASK FOR HOTROD)After looking at the used bike he brought me in to look at the bike I bought. I was confident I could resist on buying a new bike cause like I mentioned before I didnt want a new monthly payment. Then I saw the new version of the bike I wanted, I lost ALL COMMON SENSE. So now in my head Im trying to justify the price difference and going over my budget and all that adults do. (ASK FOR HOTROD)We went over to his desk to talk pricing, and he mentioned they do financing. I said sure why not (my Score is far from perfect, I knew I would get declined). About 10min later HOTROD comes back and said YOUR APPROVED. At this point I was filled with excitement and I knew I was going to get that new bike (against my responsible adult ideology). I told him the max I wanted to pay including insurance. (ASK FOR HOTROD)To make this already long story shorter, Ill speed it up. I returned that night 15min to closing. HOTROD greeted me at the door, had my insurance setup, had paperwork filed out, he enrolled me in the beginner’s course for free AND was able to lower the price of the bike closer to what I wanted. All I had to do with pick my accessories out and sign my life away! Since then HOTROD has helped me with EVERY QUESTION I could ponder, and he always responded within 5min. Had the bike for about a month now and he still helps me with any crazy question I have. I will ALWAYS get MANCUSO HD for all my needs. I have been to many of the dealerships and every time I am blown away by how nice and knowledgeable everyone is. PLUS, YOU GET A CAKE (best cake in world). So, if you are looking to buy, GO SEE HOTROD, MENTION MY REVIEW AND I PROMISE YOU WILL GET THE DEAL OF A LIFETIME FOR A BIKE THAT YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH. (ASK FOR HOTROD).

I purchase my last bike (2016 Street Glide) at Republic Harley in Stafford and paid a premium. The bike was on their showroom fully chromed out. I had to sell the next year with only 400 miles due to right elbow surgery. I sold it back to Republic and they only offered me half. (Purchased for $36K they bought it back for $18.5K) I was told all the extra chrome they put on the bike was useless for trade-in. Fast forward to 2020..... I went in to purchase a 2020 Road Glide Special and they gave me the run around with the price. They were asking for $5K over sticker. I did some research and landed at Mancuso Harley Central. Dedra and the team took care of me. They gave me a Military discount and out the door I was $8K less than Republic. For anyone looking for a great deal, I say head over to Mancuso and ask for Dedra. Going forward, I am sending all my friends and family there.

After multiple issues with other dealers from the Houston area all the way over to Baton Rouge, LA. I finally came to Mancuso. I had found a private seller deal and Harley offers a Rider-Rider transfer financing program. John and Gary both made this deal painless and quick. They were very friendly and welcoming. I received a hello from 3 people while walking in to this place!! The deal was finished quickly, they helped get the bike ready to roll and it was an overall enjoyable experience. I live in South Dakota and if I ever buy another bike, Mancuso Harley Central will be my dealer. They are wonderful, knowledgeable, and a no BS dealer. Great service!

Had a phenomenal experience with this stores service center. My HONDA started to overheat on me so I pull over and hop off the freeway pull up there and see some magnificent hoggs on display after speaking with a few mechanics I find out that Harleys are air cooled and that I may be able to find some coolant in store but my best bet would be the auto parts store.. I removed my tank in order to access the radiator cap thts where I messed up after I reassembled the bike and tried to ride off my engines dies on me and im frustrated at this point wondering what could be going wrong. I start to disassemble my bike in the parking lot to troubleshoot the cause of the problem and a brother walks up to me and ask if I’m ok. I give him the rundown and he comes bacc with a chemical to help the process. We get the bike fired up and trace the cause of the problem to my carbs long story short my fuel lines were clogged and the hose got disconnected during my original learning process. These guys came thru in the clutch didn’t try to finesse me out of any extra money or out their parking lot they just gave me the space and tools needed to get the job done thanks yuh Harley Central keep up the good work I really appreciate the support and feedbacc forever. - Moses

I normally dont leave reviews, but created this account solely to let others know what a horrible experience Ive endured with Mancuso...I ordered a simple oil feed line hose for a 2014 Sportster. I was told they did not have it in stock and that it would take 7 to 10 days to arrive. Okay, no big deal. I ordered it on January 6.About a week later, I called and they said it has not arrived yet. At the 10 day mark, I called and they said it had not arrived yet. I questioned them why not, and they blamed it on covid. Okay, fair enough. I called today, January 19, and they said it had not arrived yet. I expressed my frustration and they said they would look into it. Received a call back about 10 minutes later and was told now I would have to wait until February. I asked what happened and they said they didnt know that it would be this backed up. Fair enough. Then they proceeded to say that dealerships in College Station and Beaumont had the part, and that I could pay $12 for shipping (the hose cost $10!). I said this was ridiculous and handled unprofessionally, but would still work with them if they could pay the $12 shipping cost. Parts guy said no. I asked to talk to the manager, explained everything and they refused to pay for shipping. I reiterated that they would lose a lifetime customer over $12, and he didnt seem to care.On the flip side, let me tell you how things SHOULD have gone. I called the dealership in College Station, and within minutes, he worked with me to have the part driven down to me the next day when one of his drivers was to deliver a motorcycle to a customer in Cypress. It literally took the dealership in College Station (The Ranch) 5 minutes to figure out my problem and come up with a solution.Fyi, this review will be posted on their website, but instead of getting 1 star, they will get 5...because they actually understand what customer service is!

Today on Sunday 9/20 my key broke off in my ignition. Fortunately enough it broke off in the on position so I was still able to start my bike and drive it to the dealership. Unfortunately it was Sunday so the dealership was closed and I felt like there was nothing else I could but leave my bike up there and park it behind the building where there was the only covered area.i got a ride back to my house to pick up my truck. I didn’t feel that comfortable leaving my bike parked like that especially without anything sufficient enough to cover it up.Luckily, I had a tarp to throw over it. After throwing over the tarp, I walked down the street to find something that I could use to weigh the tarp down so it wouldn’t fly off. After finding a couple rocks, I began walking back to my bike and that’s when the owner JT came out of the back and asked me if that was my Sportster that was parked right there. I told him it was and broadly explained the situation as to why it was parked there and shortly after he offered to open up the front of service so I could keep my bike safe until they were opened back up on Tuesday and could take a look at it! I quickly rode bike bike from around back and parked it in front of service and then after speaking with Jt for a little bit and after thanking him more times than I could count I was in my way home with a peace of mind! So that was just 1 of many stories I wanted to share from my experiences at Mancuso Harley. From their service department, sales, and their gear shop these folks are #1 when I comes to customer service! Thanks again JT, Mike in service, E Man in parts and the rest of the staff there!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏💯💯💯💯

FREAKIN AWESOME! Tim and Miss D are the best. Went for a bike that was on their site but was a little late, someone already picked it up. Soni asked the question what else ya got?. Tim and Miss D could tell i wasnt digging the vibe of the stuff on the floor and Tim said they had something a little more vintage vibe in the garage. He took me over and it was love at first site. 1992 FXLR candy paint and tons of chrome. They worked it so that down and paymwnts were still in the same ball park and we made the deal. Bike was delivered to my door by an awesome cat that went over everything with me and delivered a helmet that I called back and ordered over the phone since my old one was MIA. The entire staff was awesome and very helpful. Tim even hooked me up with an FXR enthusiast group and plans are made for me to join in on a ride coming up. Miss D even called me the day after delivery just to check on me and make sure I was good. Cant wait to go back and see them all again.

Did not have a warm feel upon my arrival or my departure, but everything in between was good. Once they found out I was traveling and had a timeline, things livened up. They got me in, diagnosed and out the door in a reasonable amount of time. The bill was a bit high but I bike that in the going hourly wait as the little plastic piece that broke could not have been expensive. They are conviently located right off the highway which was helpful and I appreciated their assistance on a really frustrating day.

I purchased my bike from this location earlier this year and the staff were very friendly. I scheduled my 1000 mile service and my bike was picked up on May 13th for service and i figured Id give a little bit more business by having them install a few accessories and to also check my rear lights as they would work some times and not work some times. Here is is June 7th and I still dont have my bike yet. Also, my tags expired May 20th and they still didnt have them when I called June 3rd. Im not sure what is going on but that is too long to have any bike in service unless it was wrecked! this is my first and last time I use Mancuso for any service work!

Just be careful with this company. So I order a part of motorcycle on January 25. They said,”it will be arrived in 10 business days. I came there three times looking my oder. Unfortunately It took two months to get the Stuff. Well, If I want to cancel or returned the order, they will charge for storage fee. I felt so disappointed that I heard them said like that.

What can I say about this awesome experience!!! I was looking to trade my brand new Kawasaki V1700 after only having a month. I always wanted a Harley but I let the guy talk me out of it originally. I knew it would practically be impossible to trade or get rid of it since the bike was so new. So I decided to look for a Harley Davidson Dealership and saw the reviews for Harley-Davidson central. I kept noticing one name on each review JAMES HOT ROD BAKER. Well I woke up early Saturday to go meet this guy they called Hot Rod well the stories were accurate this guy made magic happen. He worked with-in the budget I needed and helped with the negative equity I couldnt avoid. Im definitely pleased, I purchased a brand new Road Glide and I couldnt be any more excited. I would refer James to anybody looking to buy a bike he treats you like family. He even responded to my text messages when I had questions about my bike after the sale was complete which was the icing on the cake!! So thanks James and Mancuso Harley Davidson for a stress free purchasing experience!!!

This was my first experience at this dealership. I met with James Baker over a 2016 Ultra limited and was very pleased with the attention and honesty that I got with James. I was introduced to the staff on site and was well received. I was treated so well by everyone and I felt as if I was James only customer though I know that I wasnt. I had an enjoyable experience and was treated very well at this location and would recommend it to my friends. I recently took my bike in for service and even now after the purchase was complete I still was treated like I was important and I greatly appreciate James and everyone over at Mancuso Harley-Davidson Central for their service and product.

Mancuso Central came through in a tough time. My Harley tried to leave me on the road coming through town, and they helped out more than I could ask. Parts on hand as well as not being a local, the employees suggested very good places to eat. Brother hood is brother hood at this location. Will be returning on my trips through the area. Excellent. Also if your looking for a new bike, prices are reasonable.

Hot Rod recently helped me make my first ever Motorcycle purchase at Mancuso Harley Davidson Central in Houston. He was super helpful and didn’t put any pressure on me during the entire buying process. I actually stopped by a few times to look at the 2 bikes I was interested in and each time I swung by he took all the time I needed to talk to me about the buying process, go on a test drive, and show me around the dealership. For being someone that isn’t your typical Harley Rider, Hot Rod immediately made me feel right at home during my purchase and I imagine I’ll be going back to him for future bike purchases. If you need a new or used Harley, Hot Rod is your man!

One experience can make or break. I needed assistance finding handle bars. Matt in Parts was about as much help as a tack, bare minimum. Man of the least words as possible. His first impression seemed like he did not even want to talk to me. I explained my situation and the the type of handle bars Im looking for and told him the type of bike I have. Gave me a book turned to a page of handlebars. I started asking questions but it seemed like he had no idea what I was talking about. Asked him for the black book Harley gave me when I bought my 2018 bike, he had no idea what I was talking about. Found the book sitting on the counter just a few steps from him. Clear as day, 2018 Harley. If I hadnt explained myself properly, perhaps he could have told me this and we could have had an actual dialog. Ive been to this store a few times and never before had anyone working in customer service been so unhelpful. Extremely discouraging customer service. Discourages me from recommending this location, or returning.

I never road a motorcycle and was very apprehensive before purchasing one. James Hot Rod Baker assisted me with all my questions and was very knowledgable in helping me find the right one that suited me. He enrolled me in the Beginners Cycling Course and made the process very enjoyable and memorable. He truly made me feel like I was a part of the Harley Davidson family. He followed up with me days later to make sure the course went well. He went above and beyond what is required and is the true definition of Great Customer Service!!! Thanks again Hod Rod!!!!
