Save yourself from some headaches and dont shop from this store. Jan the owner is so sneaky and unprofessional. Changed the price three times on us. by time we got our order she claimed the prices went up. She ordered the wrong size lights, and wouldnt accept to return the order without charging a restocking fee.She acts nice when you walk in , but that is all fake until you see her really personality.Terrible experience 👎👎👎👎👎 and soUNPROFESSIONALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.

I’ve recently purchased a home and immediately noticed it needed a “WOW” factor. So I decided to visit Lighting Boutique. They were extremely attentive, professional, and had several options to chose from. I was so impressed with their options to where I revamped my entire home with interior and exterior lights. I would recommend all in need to check them out. They are AWESOME!

Yeah get here at 5:10 today 2 women saw me with my daughter, not one of them helped i was like maybe they are busy so I was ok dont be mean so I waited nothing and my daughter asked papa i got to go pipi so I finally ask the Asian lady hey sorry to can she use the restroom she said the restroom is close we close at 5 so come back tomorrow and told me to go next door. I was like everything here says yall close at 5:30 so got my daughter and left, sad part I was ready to order what I wanted. I recommend yall to go some where else

Love this place. All the lights and furniture are beautiful. If you need consulting, Jan is the one. Shes super friendly and helpful. Oh did I mention the price was so reasonable 🤔?!?

Jan’s background in building experience is phenomenal, not just a great designer, but a high level of service and follow thru during the whole process. We had a big remodel job for our home in the galleria area and she did all our plumbing fixtures and lighting. Highly recommend her expertise and her selections.

After searching several websites and stores, I found the right kitchen cabinet hardware at Lighting Boutique Plumbing & Hardware. Jan and David were both very helpful and also let me take a few different pieces of hardware home to ensure they matched and fit correctly. Overall, I had a 5 star experience and would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality products at a reasonable price with high level of personal attention.

Jan is very snappy, bad attitude and all her employees are afraid of her. That is why next time i buy lighting, i will buy online. She pretends to be nice until you question her about anything, then you will see her nasty attitude.

My family and I have had wonderful experiences each and every time we have gone to the Lighting Boutique. The selection of the items we have purchased such as ceiling fans, vanity lights, and a dining room light have fell well within our budget. We were extended great service followed up with a phone call to see if we were happy with our purchases as well as request to see the items once they were installed. Sometimes buying local really pays off. I am happy we shopped there as the Lightning Boutique will certainly continue to receive our business.

Called to purchase a replacement glass and all I got was “We dont have it” before I even said exactly what I needed and was hung up on... they were very unprofessional and rude I wouldn’t contact them or get anything from them.

My husband and I wondered into this store looking for some lighting and plumbing fixtures for our home. We were helped by Jan, who was very friendly and gave some great advice. We spent over $4k.What Jan didnt mention, nor were there any signs posted, is that there are no refunds or exchanges. If you do try to return something, there is a 35% restocking fee. One of the faucets we received was faulty, it leaked when installed. We were asked to prove it with a video, and then questioned when the video wasnt to Jans satisfaction.When we decided that we didnt want to move forward with the faucets (we ordered 3, received 2), we were told we had to pay a 35% restocking fee on all of them, even though one was faulty and one we never received.We also ordered 3 light fixtures. They were pretty, but cheaply made. Of course we cant return them.As my husband tried to work through this with Jan, she: refused to allow us to speak to the owner (she said it wasnt worth the owners time), she mocked my husband (in front of our daughter and other customers) and refused to answer phone calls (she would only text). She told my husband he was terrorizing her, because he kept calling, trying to get her to talk through this on the phone.They have signs posted on their front doors, asking people to buy local and not to buy online. The service we received at this privately owned shop is exactly why people go to big box stores and shop online. I can buy most of the same stuff on Amazon, and can return it without question.Their business practices are questionable at best. Buyer beware - they are very friendly until something goes wrong. Then good luck.

Jan and her staff were very great to us . They have a great selection of products and We got great pricing. They also recommended a great and affordable installer . I highly recommend shopping here.

I would never shop at this place. They dont deliver on there promise. Sign outside says shop and support local, but are not able to deliver. I had bought chandelier and fan from them. They took over a month to get the lights in, and charged me with a promise theyll refund money once I return the light. I just went in to return the light and they would not refund my money. DO NOT BUY, HERE!

Lied to me telling me that the hanging light fixture I bought was dimmable when I specifically requested that for my office. Then they dragged their feet refunding me after fixture was returned. Unprofessional, go somewhere else.

Went to this place to check out some lighting for our remodeled home. I wasnt greeted at all, and their inventory are overpriced and cheaply made. Thought I would give this place a chance but Ill save my money for a place with better service.

Dont go in unless you are ready to buy. There is so much to like, and the designers are graciously helpful.
