Overall fantastic experience not only exploring their store but learning which design and features fits best for you provided by their very knowledgeable staff who assist you.

Disappointed with their level of service here. Called first to check on the Herman Miller Aeron chair. Was told they had them to try but had to order. Was also told when I inquired about price that a max 10% discount was the best they could do. When I got there I was told there is no discounting, period! I asked to try and get an exception since I was promised that on the phone and no attempt was made (like calling Herman Miller). I ended up ordering the chair online direct at full price. Everyone there was nice enough, but am still disappointed in what I perceived as the bait and switch. I could have stayed home and just ordered it to begin with.

Well located, pretty large space, the best place for Retro Classic iconic furniture under one roof, this side of Copenhagen; friendly and knowledgeable staff, I dont mind or have a problem investing in good furniture but some of their prices are ridiculous. Good selection of chairs and lamps. Plenty of parking on site.

Just the absolute worst from a customer service perspective. Especially disappointing given the high-end nature of this store. After two consecutive issues that took MONTHS to resolve with both corporate customer service and local reps from this store, I will never buy anything from here again. When looking in store the sales rep encouraged us to purchase through him so he could help us if we ever ran into issues... it’s clear now they work on commission and he has been no help, with NO communication in our time of need. I follow up weekly for answers on my request and often don’t even get a return call. My situation isn’t even complicated... it would be so easy for DWR to make things right and look good in this scenario. But with Broken product, non-existent customer advocacy and inaccurate lead times... take your money elsewhere.

Custumer service is TERRIBLE!!!, we bought a table almost a month ago and we still have not received an update from them, we understand that the Covid situation has delayed many shipments but at least they should keep the customer informed of the status of the product you already paid for. I sent an email to the seller Juan Montiel and he just told me that we have to wait for our table, not even a tracking number, not even an update of our item. They treat the customer as if the customer is asking for a gift from them. Whenever I visit a Design with reach store, customer service is always very bad, I will not buy anymore in this store, I rather to buy directly from Vitra, Eames, Muuto, or Nani Marquina. Don’t waste your time buying in this store. You can buy directly from other authorized stores or directly from the design firm.

Chase was amazing. We came in to check out some of the Herman Miller office chairs, and he answered all of our questions and more. Even when we made it clear that we were just doing some research and werent ready to buy that day, he provided excellent customer service and even gave us a lot of really great advice on buying new vs second-hand and how to tell between genuine and fake models. Thank you so much for your help!

Obviously a specific style, but I don’t understand the bad reviews that are based on style (like I wouldn’t leave a sushi restaurant a bad review because I happen to not be a sushi guy). If you like modern, minimalist furniture, this place is awesome. And the service is always excellent, no matter who I interact with. I mean, really, I’ve been shopping around a lot after a recent move—the service here is as good as it gets.

Amazing. Stroll down memory lane with all of the classics:. Eames, Nelson, all of the classic designs manufactured by Knoll, Herman Miller, etc. Its fantastic. The items are pricey. Service is good, Chase was great to work with... highly recommend

Beautiful store with lots of designer furniture! I visited this store just to browse after taking some designing courses that got me interested in these designer brands. Beautiful selection and loved the chair display upon entrance.

Great store with an awesome selection of design furniture (by Herman Miller). We became clients and always look for Rene, which is the best salesperson in the store. Very helpful and always let us know of any promotions or upcoming sales...we saved a lot of money and still bought beautiful and modern furniture. The Noguchi coffee table is awesome.

Update! 8 months later and still on their mailing list! I wont enter this store or suggest my customers shop there until they take me off their mailing list. Too bad because I have a lot of customers who want contemporary furniture. But I wont trust a company that cant follow through on a simple request I have made over 10 times over the past years, thats letters, emails and phone calls! Got to love the saleslady that said oh we just want your name and address for internal purposes, we NEVER put our clients on mailing lists. I wont shop online anymore unless I can pay with Paypal for this reason. I wish they could pay me for the time I have spent on this!Never ever give this company your address, you cannot get off their mailing list no matter how many times you ask. I have written to the head of the company and still get the catalogs. Its been 5 years!
