Wont let you pay for anything in advance for contractor to pick up. Got my pavers and soil from Cowboy down the road (Brittmore) instead...better customer service (and better paverd...Pavestone).

Great nursery! Excellent selection of plants and trees.

It doesnt look like much but they sure do everything and carry everything landscape related! One of the workers, Raymond, went above and beyond with us by showing us everything and answering every question we had. Although we took up a lot of his time, his excellent customer service never faltered.

Its okay, something thats not that serious, one cashier is sometimes not enough to attend everybody, theres not alot of variety of flowers yet, prices just okay

Bad bad service here. Would not recommend to anyone I come here every now and then and never get good customer service. The workers are always “busy” when the workers see a customers they all turn their heads to not help out some of them are even sitting down on the golf car instead of helping load the plants while others are on their phone. The workers don’t even know the plants they have to ask someone else to locate a plant or tree. moving to the warehouse no one is there to help load this location has been months without help in the warehouse personally I recommend Windfern when it comes to bulk material the staff there is more friendly and don’t make bad faces to answer questions Shauna is always helping me out and answering all my questions one of the best staffs there is

The employees are very helpful even though they all have their assigned spot they will still go out of their way to help you. They will answer any questions you need. Aleah is one of the gardeners and she helped a ton. I wish I knew the other gardeners names. 10/10

By far the best place in Houston for all things landscape be it roots in the ground or your exterior room experience. Great mulch. Great soil. Nice plant selection. Awesome service at each location.

Excellent source for pine needles. Good mulch that lasts several years. Pretty plants sold to public only at this location only on weekends. Staff helpful. Recommend.

I want to commend Shauna at the Brittmore location. She helped me locate the item I needed, even following up to be sure someone helped me in the nursery area. She also handled payment of my transaction. She did a fantastic job! Great job, Shauna!

George (the old white guy with glasses) has very poor and unprofessional customer service, he is not welcoming at all if he doesnt like his job he should leave and find something better to do, I recommend everyone go down the street to Cowboy Top Soil or anywhere but here along as old george is still there. george you should be happy to see customers amigo, us making purchases is the reason you have a job.

I bought two cubic yards of the vegetable soil they have in bulk. I tried to talk to someone knowledgeable about there soil and ask what is my best option for a vegetable garden, I was pointed to this and I asked if they have anything of higher quality at this location or another and I was told no. 5 weeks later I cant get a single plant to take in this new soil. very disappointing as I missed optimal timing for planting a garden. The soil has way too much wood chips and sand and not enough composted organic material. also there are tiny pebbles hidden in the soil that I didnt notice at first and would have never purchased had i noticed. now i have thousands of tiny pebbles introduced to my garden soil. thanks a lot tgu. I had high hopes for your product but I guess your marketing team does a great job of selling dirt. the only reason Im giving two stars and not one is because Im still hoping you make it rightno tgu, I did not keep my receipt for my dirt purchase. yes tgu my name is in your system perhaps your employees cant spell

Brittmoore location- poor customer service. I was required to unload a truck bed full of gravel by myself after a mutual misunderstanding on the type of rock desired. The only help that was offered was a shovel.
