They ROCK no punn intended at Heights Hauling & Land! Prompt, professional, and thorough. Jeremy the owner got me the best bang for my buck. After doing some Web surfing for ideas, I called up Jeremy after finding HH&L online. After taking to him I found out pretty quick I have expensive taste. Jeremy was able to take the desired result in my minds eye, and knocked it straight out the park with a plan that brought me back down to earth by using decorative rock and plants that were more affordable for me and equally striking. All the while keeping me just under budget. Two days later... Its like a block party on my corner... Ive been here 4 years and neighbors Ive never met have come over to compliment me on the complete face lift my property has given the neighborhood. After my next door neighbor came over today to compliment me, he walked in his house, then came back out with his 5 kids... trash bags and rakes in all their hands and started cleaning their property because he said my property inspired them. For me... thats the ultimate compliment. HH&L employees are all very respectful and professional.Theyve made me a customer for life. I read their ratings and calledum up. SO GLAD I DID! Jeremy was very quick to respond and finish my job. Within 24 hours, I had a quote, scheduled time, and completed project! It may look small, but I had compacted dirt and rocks that his guys quickly removed and then installed the sod. They gave me very clear instructions to make sure the grass established as full and healthy as possible! Exceptional service!!

I wish I could leave a nice review. Jeremy’s response to my husbands negative review was one in which made us out to be unreasonable. So I’m adding pictures. The crew cut our cable lines and both of our neighbors, as well as our main water line. So when our sprinkler system was all of the sudden not working after they completed their work. It wasn’t a far reach to assume they broke that as well. Maybe our patio is so messed because they finished it once the sun was down. Erik’s crew left at 1pm the previous day because they didn’t have the supplies to poor the concrete. Even though they were several days behind schedule. Now the water sits in the center of the patio I have to constantly sweep it. My dog is tracking in mud daily so I have to mop daily. I was looking forward to playing with my children in our backyard now due to their job I’m working on fixing and managing the issues. Also the concrete was laid less than a month ago and chunks are already coming off. Very upset and disappointed!!!

I have a small yard and Jeremy and his team knocked it out very fast (less than an hour). He was very easy to work with, responsive, and cheap. I called many places and he gave me the best price by far and provided tips on how to care for my lemon trees, jasmine and other helpful advice. Jeremy did a great job re-sodding our house for a very competitive price. He returned my calls and e-mails promptly, came out 2 days after the initial contact, and performed the work quickly and efficiently. He was also great about answering my wifes questions about post-installation care. Would highly recommend.

Great experience. Received detailed bid that was broken down item by item, which easily allowed me to make adjustments and know how the price would be affected. Bid came in on time, and work was scheduled earlier than I estimated and they showed up on time. What I thought would take a day or two, took only hours. They worked efficiently and fast cleaning up as they went along. The materials that were installed were great quality and Jeremy even followed up with an e-mail regarding on-going care and maintenance of the new grass.

We lost most of the grass in our backyard in the summer of 2011. Jeremy and his crew were able to replace the sod with a specific grade of grass that will be more resistant to the weather deviations we have in this part of SE Texas. They also were able to match the sod to go along with the other vegetation in our back yard. The best part, the price was a lot less than we expected.

I don’t usually write reviews but when I spoke to Jeremy today the customer service was off the charts. With all of the recent flooding I am in need of a drain being put in, Jeremy was very honest saying that he could do it 12 days out and at a great price but was also very candid in saying if you are a hands on guy and have sometime you could honestly do it yourself very easily. We then spoke for 10 min on how to do it step by step. Being in a customer service industry I really appreciated him going the extra mile and I am now looking forward to putting in the drain myself this weekend.

Purchased a full load of palm trees from Jeremy. The palms arrived on time and were is perfect condition. The palm quality exceeded our expectations. I did have a small issue with the load....he actually shipped a couple extra palms by accident. We cleared it up quickly and professionally and I would recommend doing business with Jeremy anytime. Great experience. Called with questions and a clear idea of what I wanted, got honest and upfront information about the job. After sending in some pictures I received a very reasonable quote, less than others in the area, even with a travel fee to my location. They showed up THE NEXT DAY and were quick and thorough. Communication was great, I received tons of good tips for caring for my new grass. They had some sod leftover so they installed it around the little parking space we have outside our townhome. This area is managed by the HOA, haha, but it is now nice and grassy!! Great work, awesome service, all around good guy and top notch team. I highly recommend them and couldnt be happier with my new lawn.

Jeremy and his crew were very prompt with their work. My yard was all sorts of messed up, with multiple foothills, a pond, and tree stumps. He managed to level the dirt and install the sod in 2 days. They even saved the fish for me. This is my go to sod company; highly recommended.

Highly recommend for sod installation. Spoke with Jeremy throughout the process, very knowledgeable in terms of preparation, installation, and the upkeep. We installed zoysia. Installation work was performed well. No problems at all. Were very disappointed by our interaction with other competition in the area, especially in terms of installation costs and transport; this was not the case with Jeremy and his team. Jeremy did a good job of installing decomposed granite for a pathway. The price was VERY fair and I will use him again. Upon the completion of the install we were short 10 pieces of sod. He made a point to set aside additional pieces of sod after a job and through in an orange tree. Thanks Jeremy & Crew. I have received many compliments on my yard. While others added extra service fee to come out to my house or would not come out at all and give me a quote in our subdivision (Wild Rose Gardens) Jeremy was quick to quote and blew away the quotes I did receive. Recently received and planted 5 Texas Sabals and 3 Windmills! Love love love them! Made my backyard more of a paradise!

The guy answers the phone and immediately begins to yell at me that hes spoken with me 3 times. I have no idea how this is possible, but he was a complete jerk. Just wanted to ask if I could order 1 palette, but never got a word in over his yelling.Crazy person, use at your own risk.

I had a an issue with a batch that didnt work so well and within a short time --- replaced--- no questions asked. Jeremy so far has installed over 20,000$ in Palms in my landscaping.
