Stopped last night bad experience.Falooda not good, I can smell raw milk..Kala Khata very bad as well.Overall not good quality compare to others.I will not name others. But definitely not recommend. This is my first time trying kwality ice cream.

Looking for desserts in the area, we found this place and walked over to get some ice cream. The inside was a bit small. The interiors were decked out in red and orange on the wall and floors. Quite colorful. The staff behind the counter was patient with us as we tried majority of the ice cream flavors.This was my first time seeing these flavors. Oh boy, there were too many flavors and it was hard narrowing down the four we wanted. We opted for two scoops each on two waffle cones. Good portion and very shareable. As for the flavors, the winners were kulfi falooda, fig walnuts, mango kulfi, and pistachio nuts.The flavors were Indian inspired, a bit obvious since its located in the heart of Hillcroft. This was my first time trying ice cream in the area and I gotta say Im a fan. This place deserves more visit, they take ice cream flavors to another level.

The lady here is so rude...she doesn’t have manners how to talk to their customers.... gave me the wrong order.. I wanted a cup of plain chocolate ice cream and she gave me choco chip chocolate.... and said the I asked for choco chip one.... my daughter ordered malai kulfi falooda which tasted really bad ... didn’t except this from kwality Ice cream . Never coming back here .....Kwality Ice cream at the university Blvd location is very good .... and the falooda n sundaes taste much better than this location ....

The short stout gujrati lady with black glasses was rude. Requested her if I could use the restroom, she almost insulted me out. Keep in mind we still had our ice creams ordered. Kandahari next door was very welcoming instead!

Dont worry if its busy, it is worth the wait. The staff was very welcoming and observant. The bill was fair. Mood here reminds me of San Diegos scene.

This Mango was perfection!

Pretty good variety and taste. But beware, too much of it can give you a headache. Eat a scoop in a weeks time if you are 25+ and sedentary most of your time.

I really like their falooda ice cream and the best thing I like about them during this covid times no tasting of ice creams and they ensured that only 3 people enter at a time in their store and no waiting and sitting allowed for safety reasons.

Dear Aunty,We had called you to keep the center open for 2 more mins past 10. We reached exactly at 10:02. We were visiting Houston from another state and tonight was our last day here. My heart sank as we saw you locking the door at 10:02. You said that often times people call but don’t show up, but you could have given us the benefit of the doubt. We were a party of 7 and we wish we could have enjoyed some delicious Kwality ice cream. We were all going to order different big cups of ice creams. Best ice cream place in town. Authentic desi experience. The flavors are one of a kind and nowhere to be found.From the ice creams to the kulfis and the faloodas everything to die for. And shoutout to the staffs for amazing service.

On google it shows that it closes at 11pm on Saturday, but we were there at 10pm and it was already closed.

This place is fantastic! Super helpful staff and absolutely delicious ice cream! They have a wide variety of unique flavors I would be more likely to find in South or Southeast Asia as well as more traditional American flavors. I had never been here before so they offered me some samples and while every flavor was great, I fell in love with the rose petals. Flavor was very rich without being too over powering. I also enjoyed the Lychee flavor for its light natural taste and not being too sweet. My boyfriend strictly eats vanilla and he really enjoyed his scoops. The vanilla was a true vanilla not an artificial or French vanilla. Overall delicious and enjoyable! Will be back!

Delicious ice cream with a Indian twist. They have some classic flavors as well as some that you cant get anywhere else. Definitely would recommend if youre looking for some new flavors or textures in your ice cream life. A little pricier than just heading down to a simple ice cream counter, but definitely worth it.

I like their Sugarland location. Tutti-frutti and mango is a childhood love for me. Nice place, hygienic and they offer you to taste it before making your decision.

The Indian flavors are awesome and different from what youll find anywhere else. But the American flavors are really high quality, tasty treats too. Portions are large, it is inexpensive, and the environment is fun. On our last trip, everyone was happy -- the toddler, her great-grandmother, and two generations in between.

Visited about four, it was not full. The staff was friendly and sociable. Bring your appetite because portions are generous. Menu is similar to a restaurant in El Paso I loved.

You get to try before you buy! There are many amazing Indian flavors and also your typical American flavors. Everything is fresh. We got the malai kulfi and strawberry.

Really liked the variety of unuasal flavors and get a sample to try them out. I tried one that had FIGs and I could taste the real Figs. Plenty of parking on Sunday. Reasonable price. Will return.

Such a wonder place to eat indo/paki ice cream so many different flavors vs other ice cream stores, my favorite is the pan ice cream give it a try you wont regret it, clean establishment with friendly staff cant wait to visit again! If you pull up and its busy its because the place is so popular, dont leave patiently wait your turn and you will be rewarded in the end.

I just walked out of here with what might be a new favorite flavor (rose). I really liked that they have so many flavors, and the young lady working, Nida, was super helpful and nice, letting me try a few flavors while explaining what they were, until I found what I was taking home. Well be back!

Highly recommended if you grew up in India in the 80s and 90s and miss the creamy Kwality ice creams then. Theyve got the same mouth feel, and all the right flavors (chikoo, butterscotch, paan)... Worth picking up dessert here after Indian dinner in the area.

We ordered Original Falooda and Malai Kulfi Falooda. The taste is not so authentic but the quantity is good. The sevayya is hard and the falooda itself is watery

So I have visited this place twice and was the same great service and great ice cream. I have to say the best and unique ice cream flavors.

I was served expired ice cream. I reported it to the owner who basically insulted me for informing her. Saying the ice cream is perfect and my mouth is the issue.I asked her to check the cooler temperature and she just looked back at me and said she dosnt need to share that information with me. Its confidential.

Never miss this place if you are in Houston. The best ice cream you can have. Like mango and faluda flavor. Recommend to all.

Dont usually write reviews but this place was a pleasant surprise. I tried the Dry Fruits Falooda and it was one of the best faloodas I have ever had (mind you, I have tried a lot of them in Saudi Arabia, Canada and Pakistan). Tasty items and clean facility. Highly recommended.

I visited kwality ice cream today,i had best experience in my life they have reliable great flavors specially the iced coffee with the ice cream, it was to busy at that time there was a tall boy who wad really working fast and he was very friendly and hardworking and he made best faloddda for me l, keep hard working go vist kwality ice cream it was best place ❤️

It was horrible!!!!!? too many old employees there was an old lady and she was slow and was not listening to anything. The most shocking thing was that there was no sign of welcoming it was all so dull and the ice cream flavor were also very flat i will not recommend any of you to go there. POOR!!!!

This ice cream joint is Amazing, it’s truly a hidden treasure of Houston. This is my 2nd time here . The first time i had the “ original “ faluda and today the “ Ferero Rocher ice cream along with the “ chocolate “ oh my !!! “ yummylicious .The girl at the counter provided excellent service . I’d highly recommend this to all Ice cream Fans . Now let me enjoy my Ice cream before it melts .

As a group, we ate variety of ice-creams. But the ones who ate the mint ice cream with chocolate chips, developed explosive diarrhea (ED). The shop does not make any ice cream at that location. It is delivered from the factory. I could tell from the taste that it was definitely TOO STRONG. My tracing goes thru microscopic scrutiny before I point my finger. I wonder what else could be contaminated at this location !!
