Im a loyal Renu Herbs 10 plus years customer. I started with the Detox Trio years ago when introduced by Yolanda Adams on her morning show. The products have increased (using the hair growth and Drop Slim Extreme when needed) but I can say the quality is still great. Ive been approached many of times by others asking about my detox. Proudly I can say Ive introduced Renu Herbs whole line to numerous people. They are now healthy happy customers. The best part was in the beginning Robin herself use to talk to us customers answering questions etc. Since then the clientele is large but once in a while I get surprised when I call the shop. I purchased the Drop Slim tablets & I am not happy with the ingredients. Some of the ingredients in the Drop Slim can race your heart. Its just like the regular diet pills on the market. I have not returned my product yet. When I received it, I looked up all the ingredients & again, I was not happy. But...I just love the Detox Trio and the Organic Tea Leaves!🥰 I will still order Renu Herbs and the other stuff, just not the Drop Slim.

There isnt much to this store. My sister wanted to visit it in order to purchase a helpful supplement. Both she and I were expecting a space and merchandising like Trader Joes or Sprouts but on a slightly smaller scale. What we witnessed was nowhere near that. However, the owner was well versed in the herbs that are carried and what theyre good for

Products are helpful but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There have been several times where I have ordered and the products were on back order and I was not advised. So I’ve just been sitting waiting on tracking and had to call to be told a piece of my order was out of stock. All I was offered was Sorry. That’s not good business and I’m considering not ordering ever again which is unfortunate because I referred a lot of customers from my office.

Hello,I drove quite a long way to purchase the parasite cleanse based off of the imformation presented on your website. After an explanation from your salesperson, Sam, as to how one product will not work without the other, I walked out disappointed. You should openly explain how each product MUST be purchased as a set in order to achieve the desired result. According to your website the Detox Trio is only suggested, not mandatory. I was under the impression, based on your website and published testimonials, that they work independently. Not that it must be purchased as a set in order to work. Your website sells them separately although your salesperson stated they must be used together in order to work. Very misleading information and extremely disappointing. I was looking forward to purchasing and sharing your product.
