I love their hats and customer service. I have ordered 3 hats in the last 2 years. All quality. I live in Texas and know quality straw hats. Thank you so much Sunbury. Use 1 of my hats for fishing the mangroves on SW Florida. Gave 1 to a friend and he loves it! My noggin got to big for that hat.

Wouldnt even leave one star but it makes you. I am saddened at the decline of pride in the western retail industry. From hats to clothing. I purchased a hat and Im so disappointed in it and sunbody that I will never do business with them again. If you cant buy it in person dont buy it at all.

My wife and I stopped in and bought 2 hats. The staff is great and very helpful. Just a couple of days later I called and purchased another hat for my Father-in-law. The folks there are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them. I will be purchasing there again in the near future.

Great hats! The main store/distribution center on TC Jester is the place to go. They will fit your hat properly and shape it on the spot. The staff in the store are very friendly and helpful.

Dont expect to get this hat soon. They dont tell you, but they wont even ship it for two weeks. So expect about a month ago by before you get your hat.

Had what I wanted in stock and shaped it just we way I wanted.

I like the hats I buy, and I buy them in pairs. The last two times, Sunbody has not placed the usual spacer between the hats, which means the top one is smashed down over the bottom one, stretching the upper hat. I mentioned that when I ordered, but when the hats arrived, there was the same compression with no spacer. Its careless and image-damaging to sell quality hats with no-quality packing.
