I got two caps as Christmas gifts, I knew what I wanted. As soon as I got there the selection was great had different varieties of color and design. Was helped immediately in narrowing my search. Finally choose two and had them personalized with there names. Great experience, return for me later…

I had a hat embroidered there. Pros: Good quality stitching. Fair Price. Cons: Wrong color stitching, runing hat. (Even with other stitching already on the hat, they didnt match it as ordered} Poor Customer Service: I went up to the counter with two employees there. One said hello and turned her back, The other looked at me while they talked about personal things. I just stood there too long, then one finally asked Can I help you?) I would not use the again for anything other than getting web orders delivered.

I went in to get my boyfriend an Astros hat. Note This is the second time this happens I bought one of the Astros hat for his birthday and it had additional stitching that I did not want on it still paid for it this time I went for another hat and it had $40 worth of stitching so the total for the hat was $88 because it had metallic stitching first of all I didn’t ask you to add crooked stitching it wasn’t even stitched on right and second why should I pay for something I don’t want and I didn’t I walked out I refuse to pay $88 for a hat that wasn’t even stitch correctly I don’t mind paying for stuff if it’s done right and if it’s stuff that I want

I didnt appreciate one staff with a very rude attitude when asking you whay you want I like the girl who was much nicer towards me but the guy no he was rude.

I was very disappointed on my visit to Memorial Mall location in Houston! The one reason why I made my visit was because of the great service I received in the past! I was told that I didnt get credit for veteran discount when I did before and I made several purchases back then! I am receiving email notifications of discounts but I had suggest that they check out my membership! I didnt feel like they werent interested in my business!

Although he was super busy Grant gave awesome customer service! He was friendly and inviting and very helpful!!! Thank you Grant you are the best!

I was treated terribly by the manager trying to return an item. He was uncooperative, rude, and incompetent. He wouldnt give me the number to his superior. I had to contact corporate just to get the return done. Eventually, i was able to get the return done but it was such a hassle.

Got a King James jersey for my nephews B-Day. Caught it on sale half off, Great deal, right on time. Assistance was great, knowledgeable and pleasant. Thanks Great job guys.

Lee was sooooo helpful and had patience with all the questions my husband had. Did embroidery perfectly and just the way we wanted. Hooked up my Dallas Cowboys hat so I could represent!!!! Thanks for the great job Lee!! Definitely will return!

Bought a cap n got it imprinted. They messed up my cap 😡. When I went in 2 get the cap the assistant store manager gave it 2 me. When I told him they messed it up, he continued working, like I was not there, n that they cant do nothing anything about it. I spent $100 dollars in it. The assistant manager has no kind of customer service experience. He was very rude the whole time I was in the store. That they cant refund imprinted cap. Need 2 get a new cap now n got it done right. Hope the store manager this is it n that they need 2 let the assistant manager store manager go. He needs 2 be fired. Need 2 get a refund or get it fixed now. Need something done ASAP

Not a lot of options outside of Texas teams, especially in the college apparel. Houston is a melting pot of many from all over the country/world. This should really be considered.

Wanted to buy something but needed help from a sales assistant. I was not attended. I came back another day and asked for advises. I was very badly attended.Did buy anything and will never come back.

We stayed in the Lids Locker Room and were very pleased with the advice and especially with the embroidering of the caps. The shop makes a very good impression, is very clean and the atmosphere is right, well be back!
