BEWARE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT - This is an unprofessional and unethical business.I am a professional contractor that came to J&M Granite and Cabinet to looks for cabinets for my customer. Thus, when I got there, I was given a cabinet sheets with price and dimensions of all the cabinets they offered. After 5 days of working out with my customer to narrow down what to order, I came back. On 3/2/19, I came in with my list of cabinets and the girl at the front looked at my list and then check her system- she then told me they do not have 2 of the cabinets on my list in stock. Because I have a deadline to meet, thus I have to rearranged my cabinets around to accommodate the cabinets that she claimed to be available in stock. When I finished my reorder list, I asked her to double check to see if all these cabinets are in stock (due to deadline). Thus, the front desk girl even went to the back warehouse and asked the owner (this old Chinese Man) and he told her that they have it in stock. With the owner confirmation, I went ahead and paid for it with my credit card (receipt is below in picture#1). The front desk girl told me it will be ready in 3 days, and she will calls me then. Thus, Monday came around and the front desk girl called me to informed me they missing a few cabinets on my list and for me to chose something else. My deadline is coming soon, so I asked for a refund which she agreed to do. To my surprised, when I looked at my credit bill, I saw the amount (see attached photo 2) was a lot less then what I originally paid for. I came back to inquired about this and the front desk girl told me that they do not refund taxes for return because this is their policy. First of all, she never tell me this at beginning or when she did my refund. Second, I never receives my cabinets- so how can i return it. I just canceled the order that they couldnt fill due to their mistake in inventory, not mine. (This is unbelievable)- I asked to talk to the owner. The owner came out and as I attempt to explain to him, he just yelled, NO, NO refund taxes- turn around and shut the door on me. And as this point, I asked the girl if i order another set, do he add the taxes credit back? of which she said no, they have to charge me new taxes????? WTF?????????????????????I will informed my lawyer to pursuit this, write to BBB, and I believed It is illegal for them to hold my taxes money without giving me the product. I am sure this place is not paying taxes in the first place. I will talk to the state tax assessor about this establishment as well. THEY WILL BE AUDIT-

This is a wonderful place to shop for kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. The best customer service experience the employees are really helpful and have affordable prices. The chinesse man is very friendly too.

I Highly recommend this place for really good prices and quality of cabinets and granite, the two ladies in the front they are really nice persons they help me out a lot with everything I need for my remodeling house project , my brother had been buying from this place since 2010 and he have never had any problems with the orders, big cabinet orders can be ready in 1 or 2 days thats awesome, 5 stars ,, !!!!!!!!!!
