My new bathroom tilework/floor looks fabulous. Sam, the Tile Zone Mgr. heard and acted right away on my every concern. Victor, the installer was amazing in his expertise in working with tile. It came out perfectly like I designed. He was thorough, precise and worked very cleanly. I am very pleased.

Tile Zone has an amazing selection of products to choose from. We had a kitchen bath splash replaced, a utility room floor and a master bath complete redo (shower, floors, sinks, etc.). Sam was extremely helpful throughout the process. We needed a lot of assistance making our tile and countertop choices and he was very patient with us. Throughout our project Sam kept in touch and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The crews he contracted to do the tile and countertop work were excellent, very conscientious and talented people. I highly recommend Tile Zone! I highly recommend this business!

The tile selection is great. Team is very helpful and the displays help us select tiles. The atmosphere at the store is very positive and encouraging. The staff are very friendly and always helpful when I call in for tips or questions. Love this place!

Excellent tile selection. Sam was very helpful in showing us the wide variety of tiles and showing us what would work the best for us. They asked us what we were kind of looking for and from there he guided us to the right selection of times. From purchasing the material to getting them installed, Tile Zone did a tremendous job in guiding us through the process and did an amazing install as well. We had a huge remodeling project including porcelain floors, whole house painting, remodel kitchen and 1/2 bath, lighting installation and stack stoning the fireplace. Sam Badowie, our project manager, was professional, caring and kept us up-to-date from the beginning to the end. His crew also did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous and arrived on time every day. Sam predicted the project would take at least 6 weeks and he was right on the money. Excellent service. Expert installers. On the business side, Sam is more of a Consultant than a salesman. He listens carefully and is able to quickly adjust his solutions to you as an individual. Really great co-ordination between the different installation teams. I highly recommend this business.

We recently installed new solid surfaces and backsplash in two bathrooms and our kitchen Sam Badawi was professional from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the available product choices and helpful in staying in our budget. The Tilezone showroom is great place to see samples and cast your vision. The installation crews used by Tilezone are not only very talented but also polite, efficient, and professional. The entire project was completed very timely and Sam did an excellent job of keeping us informed about when the installers would arrive. Overall the entire experience was first rate. I would highly recommend Tilezone and will engage them again.

If you’re looking for attentive, helpful staff, this is absolutely not the place to come. Went in to look for shower floor tile and only one person was working and happened to be helping another gentleman. Respectfully, I waited and walked around looking at tile in the meantime. As that customer left, the man behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me for a solid 10 minutes while I was then standing at the table in front of him with my sample tile and a prospective floor tile to match. He then proceeded to ask if I needed help, to which I said yes. Without even trying to be helpful, he stayed behind the counter, a good 10 feet away & looked at the tile I picked out which was laying on the table & then said, “I think that looks good” then proceeded to get on the phone and take a call. Moments later, another assumed employee walked in with fast food, walked behind the counter and was listening to some podcast. Didn’t even bother to take over or try to be resourceful. HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere where it will be appreciated.

This place is by far the best place ive been to in regards to remodeling. I initially went to another place and they ended up messing up a lot of things in my house so i came to tile zone and they took care of everything for me. The price was cheaper than the place i had been to initially and the timing was perfect. I was satisifed with the job overall and the customer service was great considering the person was following up with me everyday to make sure everything was punctual. I did my downstairs master bedroom and bathroom i will be back for the rest of my house!!!

We recently purchased backsplash tile from Tile Zone and had them demo and install the product in our kitchen. This is actually the second time we’ve purchased tile form them, the first being in 2010. In both instances they were wonderful to work with and did quality work at extremely competitive prices. They have a huge selection of products and worked with us to secure the tile that we wanted and schedule our installation the very next day. The installation teamed worked extremely hard and did a great job.

Avoid this place. I was planning to buy tile for my whole house from here. The first 10 tiles I bought, I had to return because the other tiles in the small bathroom were backordered from a different tile store, so the ones I bought from Tile Zone wouldnt work. They charged me a 25% restocking fee. Ridiculous. I returned them 2 days after I bought them, in perfect condition. I wont EVER buy ANYTHING from this place.

Awesome customer service from Abraham and Sam! They walked me through the design center to help me with my bathroom and kitchen design. Professional and skilled contractors came to my home and did such a beautiful job from my floors I had to go back for the rest of my major home repairs done. Currently working to complete my kitchen and bathroom which within a couple weeks will done soon! So excited!!!! After the flood we experienced and heard horror stories of people taking advantage of families we are glad we never experienced that with TileZone. Professional and FAIR from start to finish! I recommend neighbors, family, friends and the world to TileZone. They have been a blessing to our home restoration we did not have to worry about anything. Thank you again Sam and Abraham your guys Victor, Julio, Danny Jario, Omario, and their helpers to restoring our home after Hurricane Harvey our home design is better then ever with your help!

Akward place. Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns your calls, nobody is at the store. There is a lady some times that claims no knowledge about the business. She is there some times to open the place. Baaaad custumer service. I do not recommend this company.

Please avoid this place. The people who work there dont help you at all and they yell at you and harass you. Please go somewhere else all they do is cheat you out of your money.

Excellent job great prices lots of collection

First time I write a review which in itself is not good. It is important to acknowledge when somoene is doing a good job, this is however for the opposite. I ordered some nice tiles, they were being sold as a special price, but we all know the mark up is high so that they can give on the spot reductions ... that is not an issue just a bad practice and very transparent (check online for generic prices and I caught the new price even being more expensive).They promised to get the tile deliveries in a few days, a few days turned into 10 days and I had to call every day for an update, even though Rico and the store promised they would get back to me. Once tile received, all was good. Unfortunately we were short so I had to go back to same store (cant find these anywhere else, and I would be prepared of going out of my way to use another store). Now they admitted it was going to be longer for this delivery, it was even longer than what they defined as longer (a week, another 10 days, but that was planned for). Once received, one box was broken. They promised me they were going to get the new box within 5 days, I call to verify a few days later ... now it was not coming in until another 7 days (!?!). I require a refund, store credit ... anything to keep customer happy, but they are not responding to my calls or emails and I still have not received the last box. Please save yourself the hazzle, some very nice tiles in the store but keeping customers takes more than empty excuses and contiuous broken promises. Sorry Rico, this was necessary and I will not stop with this. You have put a 14 day delay to my project without even offering anything, except for breaking every timeline set by you.

We just completed a master bath remodel and used Tile Zone. We met with Sam who coordinated the entire project. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result. The project was completed in a timely manner and on budget. Every tradesperson that worked in our home was courteous, professional and hard working. Sam communicated with us every step of the way and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the final product. We highly recommend Tile Zone.

Im very thankful for the service they provided. They have very trustworthy, skillful and dedicated staff. They went above and beyond for me. Victoria helped me choosing from their wide variety material, to keeping me updated about the progress of the project since i live far from houston. They also have skilled tiler that turned my old, damaged bathroom to this refreshed, spa like bathroom.full disclosure : i only renovated shower , tub and floor area
