I called and spoke with a lady on the phone looking for a sweep for the bottom of the shower door. I told her that I had an actual part number that she could have just typed in to her internet browser and it would bring up a picture of the item I was looking for. The lady seemed not interested in helping very much at all. She seemed to know more about what I was talking about or at least she thought she did without even listening to what I was trying to explain to her. People who dont listen dont get my business.
