Tmax is the real deal!! I found this company on google in search of affordable shutters (they cost a mint anywhere else) and decided to give them a call. I recently added a patio to my bedroom and wanted protection from the elements and spoke with the owner Glennon. I sent him pictures of my Patio, and he provided me a rough estimate over the phone. I told him I wasnt aware of any companies that provide this type of service in the Houston area, and had been searching out of state. I thought it was going to cost me $5k - $6k and to my surprise it was well within my budget, and the best news of all, they were motorized. Yes, I said motorized with a remote control. OMG!! I was soooo excited, I was expected something with a manual lift because I knew those type of shutters were expensive. His team of workers came out and were AWESOME, professional and did an amazing job. Highly recommend TMAX.

Initially my experience was decent. You could tell it was a small company but the service was good and the installation went well. I realized though that if I lose the remote I cant put up the screens and that I cant put them up from the outside. So I asked to buy a key paid and get a second remote. I waited and waited. My first follow up I got an excuse about the employee handling it not following through and the Managing partner would handle. Then nothing again. When I emailed this time, another excuse. Then nothing. I finally emailed my disappointment to them managing partner of all people and he want dark. Pathetic level of service, not a professional, reliable company

From the moment I saw TMax Roll Up Garage Doors, I knew I had to have them. When we started building our house, Tyson was my first call to see when and what I needed to do. I placed my order for 4 doors. When I was ready for them to be installed, they were right on schedule and installed them all in 1 day. I love them and my friends love them. TMax’s motors are super quiet. I will never use anything else.

We looked into these roll down shades to protect our screened porch from wind blown rain. Tmax came out and reviewed all of the options and design ideas since we had some eaves to deal with. The install took less than one day, which was what was promised and they look great, and blend in well with the house. And they work as advertised. We’ve had them about a year and zero issues. Highly recommend.

TMAX did a good, professional job and even when one of the motor drives went out, they came out and fixed it under warranty. Good quality screens and rolls ups.

We were referred to Tmax by a neighbor who had motorized patio shades. After seeing a demo of theirs we called right away. It turned out to be one of the best investments we ever made! We love them and have received many compliments. The shades are constructed well, look great, and come in a variety of colors. We enjoy our patio so much more now. No more blazing afternoon heat and bugs. Tyson and Glennon were great to work with. The whole process from ordering to installation went smooth. They also did a a good job helping us pick out the best color to match the house. Awesome company, highly recommend.

We saw TMAX in a home improvement catalog. Tyson came out to make measurements and show samples of shutter material so we could get an idea of what to expect early in the process. Glennon took charge from there and presented package suggestions and recommendations based on what our concerns and budget were so we could make the final decision. We took them up on an offer to look at a previous job to judge the work done. Keeping in touch was a major point during the process. There are always incidentals and issues that come up. Staying informed and in a timely manner was what made the difference in the service after the sale. Tyson came by for a final review and all is well. TMAX stayed on task. We did not feel as if we heard from them less and less as the project went on. That’s how home improvement projects should be managed. Well done, Tyson & Glennon.
