DONT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY!!! By far the worst Experience from customer service to the service of their so called expert repairs. Brought in my Apple Watch Series 5 to get fixed and they completely took advantage of my knowledge for the repair. I brought in my Apple Watch to get the LCD repaired because I had dropped it. when I called this place I told him what the issue was and they assumed it was an LCD screen repair only. after returning it to me later that afternoon, I used it for that evening and started noticing battery issues with my watch. I brought it back the next day and told them what the issue was with the battery. They told me that they were responsible for any issues outside of what they were hired for. but the way I see it is that if you are taking your device to be repaired somewhere. a professional business would have diagnosed your device for everything to make sure that they give you a fully working device back to the client. So outside of the horrible miscommunication from the business that took weeks to hear back from(I had to reach out for an update every time)to myself and then forcing a battery repair that I never agreed to pay. they still ended up not fixing my device and I ended up paying over $300 for an LCD repair on a watch that I can’t even use because it has battery draining issues. The management in this company is horrible!!!!! the “managers” always seem to be in meetings and can never show face to even try to fix the situation with the client. Horrible customer service all the way around. don’t give your business to this place!!

My husband found this place while looking for a place to replace the screen on a apple watch series 4. He took it here and they took about about 3/4 days to repair, which would of been fine if they did their job. We had to go back because once we picked it up, we noticed battery issues. It would die within 1-2 hours of it being charge and it would not charge to 100%. We took it back and this time it took them a whole week of us following up constantly, my husband showing up to the store, for them to finally give it to us. This time they had even lock it and their employee (she was nice!) told me that it was their fault but that resetting it would be easy. I, of course didnt know any better so i took it and they gave us a free band for the hassle. Okay sure fine. We noticed the same exact issues again with the battery, we took it back and we were told it was due to the off market batteries. Now, we understand “fix” things are not as good as the originals, but we are talking about the battery would never reach 100% charge even if it charge ALL night. The battery wouldn’t last more than 1-2 hours WITHOUT even using because again they locked it and we were not able to reset it. They said they will change it again and reset it, this time took almost a MONTH! We constantly had to call with no answers, showed up to the shop a few times, and it was always “its at the lab”. They finally “fix it” with a original battery but were not able to reset it and did not take any responsibility for it, after being done with them we just took the watch and still the battery DOES NOT work. Worst $250 ever spent. DO NOT COME HERE. Save your money! Should of listen to my husband and just gotten a new one. Now we need a new one and still out $250. Employees are not rude, which is the only reason the one star is okay. I would give them 0 of I could. I see this is not the first time something like this happens, i saw another review with the same issue and they dismissed it but saying it was a competitor. How rude.

I didn’t care much about the phone I just wanted to get my baby’s pictures out of my phone. I want to 2 different places before this and the told me there was nothing they could do. Please use my experience as a eye opener so everyone could the scam theyre running! They also switch out ur original parts and add in aftermarket cheap ones so u could go back and do more repairs. Fixed ipad screen which broke the next day and they refused to help also they replaced an iphone screen and face recognition stopped worked they also refused to help!!! If I could give this establishment zero stars I would I brought my iPad Pro to be fixed for 250 and they fixed it for day and then back to a problem I dropped it for about a week and it was just sittingOn the shelf waiting to be sent to the “lab” there’s no refund so even if they can’t fix it they’ll still charge it also they don’t care about your safety regarding COVID-19 there’s no Lysol no hand sanitizers only one employee wearing a mask and gloves. Place overall very ghetto looking holes in ceiling and not sanitized or clean.

Do not do business with these people. I called on the phone asking about a complete screen replacement for my iPhone XR and I was quoted $90 to fix the screen. I needed to have the front and back replaced so I asked him how much and I was told it would be $139 and if I wanted mobile service then it would be $159. Set up an appointment for between 2:00 - 3:00 PM, technician shows up at 3:15 and says that it’ll be an additional $75 to repair the back of my phone (on top of the $159 I was already told!) I took my phone out of the technicians hand and said thanks but no thanks have a great day. She stood there shocked so I’m guessing that they pull this scam on tons of people and get away with it. I took my galaxy s8 with them, and it was the worst. They did me a bad service. They gave me the cell full of glue, which they did not take responsibility for And they even broke the glass in the back.They installed a used product in my galaxy, they gave me the phone with the scratched screen

I came here to fix my cracked Galaxy screen, which they repaired fine and on time. My overall experience was however severely marred after they installed my invisible shield screen protector and the the phone looked like they taped bubble wrap to it with finger print smears all the phone (underneath the screen). When I asked why it looked that horrible the response was thats the best they can do. I would have understood if they were honest and admitted they havent installed that type of shield before or something and apologized for the poor job but instead she unprofessionallyand dismissively proceeded to flat out lie to me. This is the reason for my overall poor review.

The company has two locations i had repairs done and at both locations. Staff is very good and multilingual and will help you with your electronic devices. At reasonable prices.

Last Tuesday I had my phone screen replaced here. later the same day two dime sized white spots show up on my screen. Friday morning I wake up with my phone on my night stand with the screen split from the white spots to the microphone. Today I call and they will not replace my screen saying It was caused by physical damage. I wish I had never used this place it was a huge red flag when the door has two signs/stickers that they take American Express. After my phone was repaired I tried to use my American Express to pay this is when the cashier told me they can no longer take American Express due to so many charge reversals.

Brought phone to have screen replaced. They put on WRONG screen and said to come back tomorrow and theyd put on correct screen. In the meantime the incorrectly fitting screen cracked. Said we could CALL GOD if we wanted they were not replacing unless we paid for another screen. Finally spoke with mystery owner on the phone and he said we could just pay 30 extra and they would fix. Shouldnt have cost us another dime. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. Rudest employees EVER. Poor quality workmanship too.

My experience was very bad with them. I took in my work phone to get repaired and they charged me $324.75. It’s an s10 so I understand it is very expensive to repair. They told me it would be ready by 2 pm and they did not have it done until 7 that day. Not even 24 hours later the screen began to do the same exact thing it did before. I called them and they assured me to take it in that they would repair. The store kept my phone for 3 days with the promise that they were going to repair it under warranty. Once there vendor said that they could not replace the lcd at no cost to them they told me I had to pay for the repair again because I supposedly damaged it again which was not the case. They are Liars and the workers are of no help. The manager hasn’t even attempted to talk to me and tell me himself that he is not covering the cost. I picked up my phone and will just spend my money elsewhere to have it repaired. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! THEY STOLE MY PHONE!!’I went in to get a diagnostics of my iPhone X and they told me they would give me a call back once the diagnostics was done to give me a price for the fix. They never gave me a call back and so I was never aware of the status of my phone until I went to the location two weeks later. When I talked to them they told me they were unable to locate my phone and said it was lost. Then they once again told me they would give me a call when they figured everything out. Once again like before, I never got a call back until I called them to ask about the status. When I called them they kept bringing up the 30 day policy which is not listed anywhere in their website. Their policy states that after 30 days they are not responsible for the phone. But I went to ask about my phone TWO weeks later not 30 days. And the guy kept mentioning the 30 day BS. After realizing that they would not give me a call back, I began being pushy and kept calling them but they just kept telling me that they haven’t had the time to look for my phone and that they will give me a call a week later. It’s been almost 3 months and I have not gotten anything resolved. I had to go to the location probably like 7 times to ask about my phone and I called them more than 15 times too. Please do not waste your time they probably will do the same to you. In the bottom I will list the many things wrong they have done.MY MANY PROBLEMS.- THEY FAILED TO CONTACT ME COUNTLESS TIMES EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO SO.- THEIR 30 DAY POLICY IS BS . THEY LOST MY PHONE BEFORE THE 30 DAYS.- THEIR 30 DAY POLICY IS NOT LISTED ANYWHERE.- THEY DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT MY SITUATION. INSTEAD THEY KEPT PUSHING IT TO ANOTHER WEEK. ULTIMATELY, THEY NEVER GAVE ME A SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM.- WHEN I ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD MY PHONE THEY PROMISED ME THAT THEY DID AND THAT THEY JUST NEEDED TO LOOK FOR IT. BUT IN THE END THEY JUST TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND IT AND THAT THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO.- THEY TRIED TO SHIFT THE BLAME ON ME BY SAYING THAT I SHOULDN’T HAVE BEEN SO IRRESPONSIBLE AND THAT I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO RELY ON THEM BY WAITING FOR THEIR CALL.- OBVIOUSLY THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY STOLE MY PHONE.IN CONCLUSION, DO NOT COME HERE.

I got quoted last week thrusday for 200 bucks to repair my phone I come in today when Im ready now its 250 to fix it these guys will change the price on you I highly recommend you shop aroundReply I told you what the issue was and i told you what I needed and i left your store and i went to another one on airline and they did it for me for 200 bucks. You lied and change your price just to get me in the door. Your company is a very dishonest company and you wont be in business long if your continue with this route

It was supposed to be 2 hours.I come by to pick it up and they hadnt even looked at it.Complete waste of time so I ended up ordering my own repair kit to fix it myself in an hour.I advise you do the same and not waste your money on phone repair techs.

I recently broke my personal laptop that I use for school while doing homework. Due to me needing my laptop & not being able to be w/o it , I had to think of a good reasonable & best quality repair place. So I thought fast and remembered of Phone Repair Ambulance off of north Fwy. When arrived , I didn’t know what to expect & was hoping that it was fixable due to the screen popping out on one side & a hinge being unbolted. When the technician Sam looked at it he immediately said “don’t worry , I can fix it & have it back to you w/in 2-3 days , w/the best permanent solution.” I was so relieved to hear that. So after 2 days I picked up my laptop. Immediately went home & gave it a try out & my laptop was definitely back to new. It has been 2 months now & I have yet to have any problems w/my screen or anything else. So once again thankyou Sam , & if you or anyone is looking for a professional , reasonable , & good quality work definitely give Sam a call.

The back of my sons iPhone X got broken I called 5+ repair shops they all wanted $199 plus to fix it.I called these people for a quote since its an hour drive from where we live on the phone they quoted me $89 and a one hour wait.I arrived at 11 am. The gentleman at counter was friendly but informed me the quote was off slightly that they wouldnt be able to do it for less than $100. Seeing as how they were still at least $100 cheaper than anyone else and Id already driven an hour to get there I said ok. He told me it would take 1-2 hours.2 1/2 hours later I came back they told me it would be another 1-2 hours. I decided to wait in my car hoping to speed things along. 30 mins later it was done.All in all it was a decent experience and they did a great job fixing the phone so I would use them again if need be but I was dissatisfied with the difference between quote vs price and the wait time.
