Great company, customer support, and quality products! I had called them to inquire about parts I would need to extend my Z axis on my Ender 3. I was met with excellent expertise and had the parts cut, plus filament, within a day (local pick-up). After putting together my machine with the new parts, I noticed some new issues with my prints. I called them the next day for their advice and they gave me great solutions that solved my problems. Ill be a returning customer because my prints came out great with their filaments and the price is just right (not too cheap to where you start questioning the quality, but not expensive to where you are breaking the bank). PLUS MY ENDER IS PRINTING HIGHER THAN EVER!

Love their PLA filament! This is the first and only brand Ive tried on my printers...and after printing hundreds of cookie cutters, which I design and then sell through Etsy, every customer of mine has agreed that the quality is fantastic and the final product is durable. Cant beat the price and I havent had anything but a great experience with their customer support.

If you are a 3D printer this place is like a candy store! The entire staff treats you like your their biggest customer and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They also have a ton of other stuff like extrusion, electronics and a million other items you might need for hobby and other projects.

I bought the ZYLtech Gear V2 for 3D printing. Works like a charm and easy to unpack and set up. As a beginner, it is awesome to reach out to super friendly and knowledgeable customer service when I needed help to ensure it kept making quality prints. A++.

Every issue I have and question I needed answered was taken care of quickly and in detail. I have had a LOT of questions and issues and they were quick to fix them. Their Tech person is very detailed and attentive.

I have been using ZYLtech exclusively for 3 years now. Leslie has been absolutely amazing. Always there to answer any questions I have, send invoices , keep me updated. The filament quality is great! The ZYLtech gear printers are the best running printers in my shop.

Received the parts I ordered very quickly, however when putting them together they remain very wobbly even after adding extra supports. contacted the company about getting a refund and a week later still getting endless emails back and forth with no end in sight.

Everything Ive bought here has been great even one that was the wrong item. They replaced the wrong item quickly and customer service is excellent.

Products are made with cheap parts, so they break over and over. Nice colors on filament. But again, low quality.

Have placed multiple orders from Zyltech for plastic, stepper motors, and other printer parts. My first order was missing 2 spools of plastic that I had ordered doubles of. I called, was apologized to repeatedly, and had both spools sent right out to me. Chris is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products and even some that they dont carry.

I have seen bad reviews for Zyltech, but I can confidently say that I would 100% recommend them for anyone looking for low prices but high quality parts. Very fast shipping and reasonable prices.

I have had no issues with their customer service or parts as of yet. They use to be very active in response to communication, but havnt been lately. (business has gotten busy maybe?)I never have had an issue with their filament or electronic parts.

Customer support is non existent. They sell you the parts and tell you to go watch someone elses video in order to put it together. Wouldve given 1 star, but the prices are fairly decent

Their lead screws and plastic filament is of good quality, and an excellent value for the price.

Companies are being tested by quality of customer support. this company has very bad one. so, if you purchase something from them - they deliver fast - no problem here. however, should you have a problem with product you may end up, like me, wasted money and wasted couple of months trying to solve the problem with them. manager of customer support Krystal Obsheatz said in the email to me: It seems we must have different standards, when I asked to replace defective product they have sent to me.
