The snow is always very clean walking very courteous and knowledgeable of where things are located in the store one of my favorite places.

***DONT GOT HERE!!***Without fail everytime I come into this store it looks like a tornado hit it. Nothing is ever organized and all around cleanliness is subpar.Im not sure what the GM/Manager here is doing but properly training staff obviously is not on their list of to dos.P.s. the several times Ive walked in here, the cashier is either NEVER wearing a mask or wearing it properly. Smh.

Out of all size small and extra small clothing items. Christmas aisle totally destroyed and just disarrayed items in the floor just overall a messy store. On Dec 8th at 7:30 pm.

Not the best Dollar General. Always clustered up with boxes from merchandise that hasnt been placed on selves. Also, the A/C was off/out this past trip so it was VERY stuffy as well had a strange smell throughout the entire store. This is really a last option for me as its the closets location to my job.

Literally if management see this comment I would love to work overnight to restock the shelves. I mean I love this store. The prices and the quality products I buy here weekly are why I keep coming back. I was pleased too find many crafts I needed for a last minute retirement party.

Theyve re-organized/cleaned up the store post-covid 19, I go there regularly for cleaning supplies.

This is a small store, I only rated it a three because it’s sometimes not stocked- but that’s due to its location and it not being expansive enough to accommodate its high volume regular shoppers. Generally speaking, staff is friendly. The only exception is one of the 2 ladies working there; she’s pretty grouchy to all customers. I love the vibe in that store, however. They’re usually jammin some R&B OR hip hop, which I respect and appreciate while both shopping and waiting in line to check out. All of the cashiers- every single one- has been pleasant and had a great attitude. A young lady who i believe is rather new, deserves an extra special shout out...her name is Shamira and I was having technical difficulties using my card, which was apparently a little short of what I spent (which, of course is never pleasant and always at least a tad mortifying!!) without saying a word, she assisted in completing the transaction herself, personally, and I thought that was such a cool thing for her to have done. I really appreciated it and told her I would mention her active kindness in paying it forward in my moment of need. She has a great spirit and attitude, and I think we all need more of that, especially in these difficult times, it is truly appreciated. So THANK YOU, SHAMIRA, for having gone above and beyond for me, and providing excellent customer service... as well as being a compassionate and kind human being. 2 Thumbs way up on that! Overall, I give the store a three strictly based on us not having enough space to stock the supply that’s necessary for this growing area. Other than that, they’re doing it right and with a positive attitude that makes it a pleasure to shop there. I’ve bought groceries several times from them, rather than Kroger’s next-door, based on that fact alone.8-5-21 update!! I just upped its rating to 4 stars; they’ve improved their selection tremendously over the past few months! (And fixed the A/C, finally!! So yay!!)

Its exactly what it looks like, a dollar store. Need something for your car? They probably have something for you for cheap. Want some candy? Well theyre all one dollar. They even have drinks if you want some.

Ive never seen anything like it; this place was horrible inside. Boxes and clothing were sprawled all over the place

This dollar general was recently in a armed robbery September 28 2019. I had just got into the store and not even 10 minutes after walking in we all hear 2 guys with hoodies and a mask demanding money while pointing a handgun to an employee. No one was harmed thank god but never again will I shop around this area. Keep in mind, it was in the daytime. It was around 11 something in the morning when this traumatic event took place. Stay safe everyone.

Cashiers need training. Teach them how to ring up miscellaneous items several items are missing price tags and they don’t allow you to buy them because they don’t know how to ring it up lol

Every time I go in here the cashier is on her phone talking.. Yes she greets and farewells, but between is talking on her cell the entire time.. The store constantly looks like its being renovated inside and is quite difficult to find what u need unless you go often and know the layout of the mess...

There is usually a line to pay. The store is messy there was stock all over the isles and very difficult to move around. The good thing is that I can usually find the things that I am looking for. I go here when I dont want to fight the crowds at the local superstore.

Why does this store *NEVER* ever, ever, ever!!!!! Have white Ts/black Ts , or boxer briefs for men? PS. Most men dont wear sizes medium to large either. Can we get some xl, 1x,2,x ts??? The whole dang isle is always unstocked. And the womens clothing in the back takes up mostly 2 isles.???....

They always have a long line. There are always big carts filled with boxes on most of the isles in it makes it hard to navigate through store. There is always one cashier but 10 customers in line. Very unorganized!

Its a wonderful store they have so many different things. Im usually heading to Kroger when I go there.many times I dont have to even go to Kroger because they have what I need there Dollar General.

The weekly Seasonal sales were incredible and items were continually being stocked. Staff and management super friendly.

Its busy and unorganised. But the staff is always kind, and I feel like thats the most important aspect.

Employees were nice & helpful, and they did have what I had went there to get name brand Duck Tape to my surprise .

Horrible customer service. The cashier didnt greet me even after I spoke to him. I asked the price of an on sale item and one of the other employees scanned a item with the handheld for me. The price was .30 cents but when I got to the register it was ringing up for $1.00. The cashier was rude when I questioned the price and wasnt willing to resolve the issue. He wouldnt even confirm with the other employee about the price difference. 1st and last time at this location.terrible service and a dirty.

Store is always filthy. aisles blocked, you cant walk through, shelves are never stocked, items tossed around everywhere.

-My 1st time at this store. No one greeted us.-Junky & unorganized store. Boxes, carts, random items were in the middle of the floor, blocking walkways, sticking out from the shelves. Safety hazards everywhere! The aisles are so congested that you can barely push your shopping cart. Looks like they have some potentially good products, but the store was so cluttered that I couldnt appreciate them.- Then some guy kept announcing over the loud speaker that the store was under live video surveillance...keep hands where he could see them...will call police...blah, blah, blah. Ive never heard that in a store before. I didnt mind the 1st few times. But after a while, it became bothersome. Dont ruin the shopping experience of good honest paying customers in an effort to deter 1 or 2 petty thieves.-Also, if he was live, couldnt he see how disgusting & hazardous the store was? He shouldve been announcing pardon our mess, watch your step, be careful & thanks for shopping with us.-Cashiers were loudly holding private conversations & using profanity while checking out customers.

If you are going there for makeup it can be a hit or miss. Sometimes they have everything and sometimes nothing . They have a decent collection of snacks and other household items.

Really like this Dollar General but some of the prices in there are higher than Krogers. This doesnt make sense! ! Why not just go to Krogers that is right next door?
