The young lady working today is very friendly and worked as quickly as possible to get orders ready so that people werent left waiting too long. Did I mention the ice cream is DELICIOUS!

I love that I can get a cookie and a scoop at the same time. The smell along will make you want something sweet and the service was great. The store is clean and it its a great treat.

I went in today at 1:10 pm and the lady working had on gloves. She was touching everything from the register, to the counter, and completed a transaction where she counted cash from a customer. I was next in line and she told her I wanted a couple of cookies she grabbed my food with those SAME GLOVES!! I told her those were the same gloves she used to handle the other customer’s money and she had touched everything. She then went to change gloves but the fact I had to tell her that made me think how gross and contaminated the food must be. Working with food she should know better. My health is more important than some bacteria virus cookies. She left the cookie in the case, she didn’t even toss it out knowing it was contaminated. I immediately left. HEALTH DEPARTMENT PLEASE COME DO YOUR JOB

I ordered a cookie cake from Biren and he did an amazing job. Gave me his personal cell number to make sure I could send him pics of what I wanted. He went above & beyond with customer service, and Im grateful for that! My daughter loved her Birthday Cookie Cake! Will definitely be a repeat customer!!

I hope the owner sees this. If he/she doesnt want to keep loosing business they need to fire these two stupid girls working right now (2/11/18 @ 8:21pm). They both took so long to serve my mother and mines ice cream that it melted. Then another customer came in and neither one of them wanted to serve her for no reason. The customer had done nothing nor said anything to them. The customer statred walked out and the girls started trash talking to her, laughed then started yelling to leave. And the place is so dirty and trashed. The girls have been doing nothing but socialize with each other. I am a business owner and I am just trying to help out a fellow business owner. YOU NEED TO FIRE THESE GIRLS ASAP.

Do not go here at all!!!! Very poor customer service. There was trash all over the floor. The middle eastern older guy must be the manager, and looks miserable. Had no greeting or welcome. He just sits down on his laptop on YouTube, yes I took pictures. The place dont even smell fresh. Hope the corporate office terminate this owner/manager.

Yum,yum and also honest employees I left my whole wallet by accident. I went back the next day and it was there behind the counter with the manager with everything still in it.

The owners of this location are so nice and accommodating AND there is a SWEET deal going on where you can buy a regular or best value cone and get one half off! And the ice cream was really tasty as well! 5/5 will DEFINITELY come again!

I recently ordered a cookie cake for one of my dearest family members birthday celebration from this location, a little hesitant about the review with the thin cookie comment. I am happy to report that if they had a problem before, they certainly do not now! The cookie I ordered and expected to receive was EXACTLY what they made for me! It was delicious and looked just like the picture (dog) but with my family members super long name at the bottom! 100% 5 Star experience. The staff there is always friendly and on this occasion the owner even called me to make sure I knew the cake was ready and to see if I needed any extra time to pick it up. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great cookie cake try this place, you wont be disappointed! A picture would have been great but I didnt think of that til now, sorry...

Very nice people working there, But I was very disappointed in the thinness of the cookies. They were very thin compared to the many we have had from the various malls. I purchased two cookie slices and a half dozen cookies. The slices were half as thin as before and the same high price. I wouldn’t order a whole cookie cake from here at the prices they charge.

Bought waffle bowls for my family and they all tasted like they had cheap, almost fabulosa smelling cleaning residue on them. I dont know how anyone could be so careless cleaning around food products... especially something so popular for kids.

The interior is very clean and visually vibrant. However, the employees were more focused on side activities to handle the customers in line. One employee was taking orders and operating the cash register while the other employee was choosing to do dishes and anything else but tend to the customers to help reduce the lines length. The ice cream and cookies are delicious as any location for these two favorited dessert companies. Quality of taste is up to par per any establishment.

Bad service since the new owner/management took over, they never have the good flavors on sale like they used to in the fridge, usually 3 for $25. If a flavor wasnt available in the past they were able to make it for you on the spot. The Older dude thats always there he is very rude, no customer service skills at all. Save you money and go somewhere else, HEB got their own brand and the ice cream is delicious, high quality and cheaper than marble slab.

I made a purchase expecting you use an earned $5 off reward only to be told my account/ phone number was not coming up even though I made a purchase the previous month. They were not able to locate my information. Not cool😒. Honor these rewards or do not even offer them.... nice way to lose business.

Ice cream was very tasty but, expensive.

Placed an order for a cake last night and when my friend picked it up the older gentleman and the girl looked confused. Well the cake wasn’t even ready!! They forgot to put “happy birthday (name)” as I specifically asked them to put on the cake. My friend paid and left. 1 star because these people don’t follow orders and I paid for a service that I was expecting and didn’t receive.

Manager is funny and the service is awesome. Store is super clean and feels very home like. My kids especially love their cake!

Terrible customer service, it’s an ice cream parlor, maybe a custom barrier, Definitely missed the concept of customer service. Disappointed the second time so I sure I wont be back.

Then the times the male manager or owner IDK whoever he is is nasty touching cones with bare hands told him and request a new cone and the next time I see him do it again. Have they ever heard of food handling rules? And they close earlier than schedule on the door...

My daughter and I were very disappointed with our experience at this Marble Slab on 2/3. My daughter ordered the Cookie Dough Drizzle ice cream, in a sprinkle waffle cup. Biren used vanilla ice cream instead of birthday cake, and barely any cookie dough, fudge or Oreos. And the sprinkle waffle cup was stale or something because it didn’t taste right either.I ordered the Snickers shake, and it was thin, like drinking milk with crumbs in it.We’ve never had a bad experience at any other MS. Just really disappointed considering we spent $14+ on product that was not good. I threw mine away and my daughter didn’t eat the waffle bowl.

January 1,2017 I ordered online from grubhub at 8:23pm then around 9:53pm I had contacted the customer service for Grubhub to see why I haven’t gotten my ice and let me tell you they were open now the customer service tried contacting marble slab and no response so a few mins later I told them to cancel my order and then the marble slab person called me and it was 10pm saying they were close now how the heck were yall close if I ordered at 8:23pm come on now. Never again will I order from here they don’t know how to do there jobs they need new people

Great ice cream! Bad service. . Unsanitary as well. . Girl serving ice cream was putting up her hair and served ice cream soon after she was done while playing with a strand of hair in her mouth. Experienced a bad attitude and witnessed it too. . Also having a conversation while using profanity.
