I actually ended up here due to a friends craving of Crepés. Prior to arriving, I had made up my mind that I was not going to eat anything. I had a presumption of Crepés being a dessert, not a meal. My mother loves crepes & enjoys eating at Coco Crepés, Waffles, & Coffee. Once inside, I glanced at the menu and realized they offer crepes which have proteins which surprised me. So I decided to order a custom Veggie Crepe with the DOSA batter, black bean spread, & sautéed potatoes paired with their house made green tomatillo salsa. I was impressed at how delicious the veggie crepe which contains local roasted vegetables which consisted of zucchini, beets, carrots, a few more. I devoured the veggie crepé & felt satisfied. I had tried crepes prior that had sweet ingredients. So this experience changed my presumption of crepés. Melange Creperie has an exterior that no one can miss, it is a “pink” home with inside & outside seating. Staff is helpful & will accommodate to any substitutions of ingredients one desires, definitely would recommend to anyone!

Nifty little shop n a great spot. I love that they will make an Arnold Palmer here on a hot day or any day for that matter. Their espresso beans are sold w just the right amount of spice. I’ve tried the the breakfast taco crepe and found it a little flat on seasoning... but omg the Brie and jam crepe is the absolute bomb and I could have easily ordered a second guilt-free as it was such a melty gooey delight u simply can feel bad for that much good n one small package. Being on the bike route is an added plus!

I am giving this a 3 star because the food was actually delicious! The issue here is that is take a LONG TIME to get your food. Unfortunately, you should not come to this place on a Sunday if you are thinking you are getting in and our in a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant was not packed but the food took so long. I think that all of us were wondering why it takes a long time to get crepes made. I was there for about 30 to 40 minutes until I got my food.I usually ride past this place on the weekends and I want to come back but I have to second guess because it just takes so long. When you do get the food though, it does taste good.Note to management: We watched 6 employees getting in each others ways and folks not knowing who was doing what. We saw once crepe get messed up and it took folks about 5 minutes to regroup themselves. One crepe stations was used as a warming table instead of making more crepes! There is a lot of opportunity here for efficiency and happy customers and I hope they get it right!

The crepe were pretty creative and delicious. The were pretty big, so there were definitely leftovers. The serve the “street style” in foil so you can eat them by holding them on the go or you can request a paper plate and silverware. We walked in around 1:45 on a Monday. Despite being later in the afternoon it was pretty busy. After the one person in front of us ordered, 2 of us stood at the counter waiting to be helped, acknowledged, at least make eye contact with the girl behind the counter. Nothing...for a good 5 to 8 minutes. We left. Who knows if the food was good. I wont bother going back.

Ew, definitely nothing at all like the old Melange kiosk/food truck days. The first time I ever stepped foot in the brick-and-mortar it was a weekend and I picked up my food to go. The place was so empty that it actually became awkward for me how hard the workers worked at ignoring my presence.Since I was a pre-paid pickup order, they literally only needed to hand me the bag, but the two girls at the front were too busy gabbing with each other about their personal lives to notice me.When someone finally came from the back and asked me what they could make for me, I told them I was a pick-up order and all three of the workers looked confused for a solid 30 seconds until someone questioningly picked up a bag sitting in (presumably??) the pick-up order area of the counter and then read the name on the bag like they were discovering a new element. At the time they handed the bag over, I was still tripping on the contrast between this depressing new establishment and the old days of entertainment and enthusiasm outside.Since the food was also cold and nothing to write home about, I have to wonder how this place even shares the same name as the old cart on Westheimer. Different cooks, different food, different service -- all coasting on the same name.Im not a fan.

First of all, their pink store gives me a good impression which is a good place to take pics for IG person like me. Secondly, crepes are delicious. I ordered Jian Bing which is a Chinese style crepe. The sweet chili sauce makes it more delicious. My friend ordered veggie one and she said they put lots of veggie which made her full until noon (lol we came around 9:30am on Sunday). Lastly, the owner is really friendly. I saw him trying to talk with customers and introduce their crepes to them as much as he can. This time we only ordered savory crepes since we were quite hungry. We will come back to try their sweet crepes next time.

Absolutely disgusting. I really had high hopes for this place, I came in and couldn’t even eat my crepé. Seriously, the restroom felt more “clean” than the rest of the restaurant.-The girl gave me the crepe wrapped like taco and I had to ask for a plate and utensils. No bueno-the crepe was overcooked and it was too hard and Crispy like a cookie-I was charged for my latte even when they offer a FREE latte with any crepe on Monday 4-8 pm-the tables were dirty and the servers did not care to clean them at all-there were flies inside the restaurant-the lady “in charge? “ was just not caring, when I complained about all of this she said “WELL it’s been a rough day”You all need to get it together, there are many competitors around this area.

Hard to eat. Handheld crepés? You mean, like an ice cream cone? Not only unusual, but also like forcing a square peg through a round hole. The crepé was a little crispy at first which was a refreshing experience from other crepés, but the remains were rubbery and my Nutella leaked out the bottom leaving me with messy hands and dirty pant legs. I think one of my strawberries fell out as well. When I was done, I felt like I had wolfed down my dessert to keep from making a mess. The only reason I left two stars was the taste. It wasn’t great but, at least they didn’t screw that up. Management never inquired if I enjoyed the food. I will not be returning. Do yourself a favor and get crepés from City Centre. Much better. And you eat them with a fork.

The crepes I just had here this afternoon on my way to a doctors appt. were so delicious. Added strawberries to the banana and nutella sweet crepe- divine. Fruit was super fresh and tasty, cute decor and vibe, super nice staff - even grabbed me a cup of cold water without my asking. Because Im also kind of a glutton when it comes to new foods, I also got a savory crepe - egg, black beans, salsa, and potatoes. So good. I almost ate both crepes. Holy crepe. We stopped in here for a mid week treat after dinner. The location is great; right next to the new Heights Marketplace. The atmosphere inside is very chill and the decor is trendy (Atmosphere: 4 Stars). We got two crepes: Lemon Curd + Strawberry and Caramel + Bannan + Chocolate Chips. Both were tasty, but we would have preferred the filling to be warm because the crepe itself cooled off very quickly (Taste: 3 Stars). Each of thier sweet crepes cost around $7 which seems a bit pricey for what you get (Value: 2 Stars). If youre really in the mood for a crepe and live in the area, this is a convinent place to fill that craving. But for me its not really a destination.

After a doctors appointment, we decided to treat the kids to a crepe. As soon as we walked into the establishment, we could tell the employees did not seem very welcoming. While we ordered, my kids went to go sit down (far away from the two other customers already there). Then the employee proceeded to tell them to go outside while my sister was placing the order. After questioning the employee, she said the capacity of the building was 10 people. Including the two other customers, two employees, and our party of 6, we did not pass the limit. She expected us to go outside in 97 degree weather with no coverage and under the sun. That is horrible customer service.

However, when calling to confirm I arrived, he didn’t say “hold on I’ll be right out” he just set the phone down without hanging up and I was like “hello, hello?” The reviews about sticking to the sweet crepes must be true because this was mainly colflower I would have expected mushroom and spinach-a more standard veggie fare. Great location and cozy inside however, they need to refine their operations. We went on an early Sunday morning with a couple of friends. We ordered two coffees and two crepes. Even though it wasnt that busy the employees making the crepes seemed to be overwhelmed with orders. Our crepes took a bit longer than expected and didnt have much filling (Jian Bing and Thai Chicken). We had to order another crepe to share since we were still hungry. One of our coffee was cold when we got it. They remade that drink. Overall, crepes are decent but they need to figure out how to be efficient. This double stand puts out crepes quickly and efficiently and piping hot.As most mentioned the dough is a great consistency and neither too thick or brittle and thin. Its also fairly flavorful just on its own. They come wrapped up in baking paper to seal in the temperature and make it easy and edible without the mess. The chicken Thai offering with peanut sauce was a great blend of sweet and savory. The sweet crepes come with the typical offerings of Nutella, fruits and sweeteners. What I like about this place is that there are only a certain amount of flavours they specialized in and the crepe size is large. They pour the batter onto the flat pan which thins out the batter evenly.I love the Jian Bing! It is one of the savory crepes and has so much flavour. It’s the next group/ people that do it. The food was ok. The savory “weekender” was good but the crepe was over cooked. To tough! My kid got the Nutella banana .. way tooooooo much chocolate just slopped in it. And off all the people working in there no one had any organization going on. They were reading the orders off of a small tablet by the crepe stove top. It’s your own choice to go in there but don’t go in hungry you’ll be waiting forever to just eat something you can eat in 5 mins!! And don’t go in with a hungry child!
